I asked about having a firearm shipped to their location if I bought one online, and Octavio explained that it is definitely possible and walked me through how that works. I plan to come back whenever I need more ammo or have questions about buying a specific firearm. Overall, the store is clean, well stocked, and easy to shop in. I would recommend it to anyone who is a first time firearm owner or someone with experience who wants to add to their collection.

Even though the store was busy, one of the employees still took the time to make small talk, check in with me, and make sure I had been helped. He even apologized for the wait, despite the fact that the line length was completely understandable given how busy they were. In the short time I was there, I was genuinely impressed by the kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness of the staff. After I left, I could not stop telling my wife how excited I was to come back and purchase a firearm from them in the near future. I saw several pieces I would love to add to my collection. One thing I would note is that the store itself is on the smaller side; there were so many people waiting to be helped that the door to the outside had to be propped open to allow for adequate ventilation. Please do not relocate again, FF Firearms. Having you within walking distance is dangerous for my wallet...but excellent for my collection!

I have been playing airsoft since i was 16 bought my 1st gun from Evike at 17. been playing ever since. i am currently 21 and still enjoy the sport. BREAK DOWN PROS: Team Discount Fair Prices in comparison to others Huge Selection available online and in retail store (San Gabriel) Clean Store Good Displays CONs Horrible Service Long Waiting times (best to go during the week Tu-Th 20min wait) Cheap products mixed with Quality products HORRIBLE SERVICE! Unreliable Techs unknowledgeable associates with cocky attitudes depends on who you get some good guys there but you have to know them. I have been loyal to evike mainly because its near by. I became a customer back when evike was a hole in the wall up the st from its current location. back in those day evike rocked!! Harry who is now a manager i believe sold me my first gun, he was knowledgeable and was honest and sincere in the way he communicated actually till the day he is my go to guy. But evike is not the same anymore. they have turned into the walmart of Airsoft. Litteraly. Crappy, no knowledge service by the average employee. that store needs specialty training (it is a specialty store!!) those associates dont know much about what they sell. i would expect the person working there to know more then me and i can honestly say that i would probably better assist their customers. ppl on the sales floor should know the diff between a crappy toy to a tactical training weapon just by the look, feel, brand name. those ppl really need training. I understand i have been in this game for a while but most should at least have general knowledge such as the diff between HFC and KWA. If you go to this store to make your first purchase i recommend that you do some research because they will sell you stuff you dont need, and shitty equiptment some of those sales ppl will just sell with out telling you anything about what you are buying. The prices are fair and can be cheaper then incomparison to other airsoft retailers. but the service sucks. i mean you have to wait an hour and a half just to buy BB's or just to ask if they have a part instock. thats just rediculous. I have experience other shops and evike wins when it comes to price, but if i want service for sales i would go to AEX (Torrence) they really know what they are talking about, its just so far 26mi from my place compared to 4 to evike. Tech department is CRAP! INCEDENT #1 i took my first AEG there to get a spring upgrade HA! he broke my gun and figured i would look over the damage cuz he gave me metal bushings lmao i realized to late after the 14days since i didnt play for a while my gun just opened in the middle of the game! looked at the damage the loops where the body pins go were busted in a U shape so the pin wasnt holding and it had to be them when they opended it. i had never opened my own gun before. mnind you this gun took 3wks to get to me! just for a spring change which only take like 20min INCEDENT #2 Figured it was just a mishap i could try again i always give second chances. I dropped my WE TECH 1911 in some very fine sand and i figured a professional cleaning would get it working. NOPE! i couldve done a better job. I mean i understood it was fine sand but i just rubbed my finger along the slide and black stuff came off. i would never to tech service with them again! Over akk they are there, they have what i need and i only go when i have too, i would not just go hang out there just too look at stuff. best way i can put it: SUMARRY: Evike is the Wal-Mart of airsoft. They have everything you need in one place at fair prices, but no one there can really help you with specific questions. Good place to get stuff if you have prior knowledge, but if you are new to the game you will get ripped off, i have seen it happen. just do research and feel out the your associates knowledge before you buy anything. good luck and keep playing! =) read more

Lets get down to it. First of all I always like to make sure I let everyone know that I will not and cannot lie.( proud real Christian). I fell in love with EVIKE way before I visited there store. I researched them for at least a month along with a store I made a mistake by visiting because it was closer to my house( airsoft extrme,huge mistake,sold me a used gun.)Anyways Im here to let you Know that this is my favorite store for all the right reasons. Holy cow deals, who else will give you two mags for 3 dollars with your purchase fo a gun. The guns are pricey as it is. Most hate there ticket method, but I think its genius. How else will you get all the undivided attention. Ive had them help me for hours, testing guns, checking out merchandice sizes,and asking them a million and one questions while they stick to your side. They make sure you get exactly what you need before you leave. One night I camped out for a huge sale they had. It started to rain and it got cold.I started to worry,but liitle did I know that this store realy cares about its airsoft family. They came out and set up extra tarps and brought us chairs. As if that wasnt nice enough they asked us if we wanted anything from the store like coffee, hot chocalate,etc. Not only did they prove there service that night, but they continue to serve me very well. I have purchased a few more guns from them,aswell as all my gear. I continue to save and to smile. Big shout out to Steve,Denny, and julie. Thanx for all your help.I will continue to do business with EVIKE. Do your self a favor. Save your money, stress, time and heartache. If you disregard this thats ok. Some have to learn the hard way, just like me. This is for all the new guys, dont make the same mistakes I made. Its a terrible thing to be ripped off. Or to have dishonest salesmen. Hope you never go through what I went through before I found EVIKE. Some guys dont know organized service when they see it. I love EVIKE service. Some are also dishonest about waiting for way to long. I think they work at other airsoft stores and are just worried about the one store paving the way for airsoft.EVIKE #1. Evike Airsoft Superstore is about a 5 hour drive from my house however, I was in the area and was able to check out the store. They have a large parking lot so parking was no issue. Inside a large collection of guns line the walls (Side note: this is a great place to go if you want any replica airsoft guns (Airsoft WWII guns, grenade launchers, etc.) and there is a shooting range where you can test them as well as a bunch of laptops surrounding fish in a military tank. The indoor shooting range is long enough that you will have targets no matter what gun your testing and has a variety of targets to shoot at. Also if walking around the store looking for guns isn't your thing you can browse their website on the laptops. Customer service was great, got my number, you pick one up when you walk in and when they call your number you can get a sales rep to help you. They called my number quickly but I still had enough time to scan the store looking at different guns before it was my turn. The store is nice and open and there were not many people there. The sales rep was a great help. He helped me choose a nice CO2 sidearm (Elite Force 1911 Tac) and answered all my questions thoroughly. After shooting the gun and saying I would like to purchase it, the rep left and came back with a brand new one (not one other people have tested). The gun is still works beautifully. I was also able to test out an AEG (Airsoft Electric Gun) even though I did not plan on purchasing it. I have also ordered online from them and have received my packages within 3 days. Nothing was missing and the guns inside functioned perfectly. Also it is a great place to buy any gear you might need whether you are new to airsoft or are a veteran player. All the gear has held up well and I still use it in my airsoft loadout. As for returns I had bought a cheap pistol online from them a while ago and it did not shoot straight. The gun was way outside of the warranty period however, when I was there I asked them about it and they just took the gun and gave me a new one. All in all a great store! read more

EVIKE FEELS LIKE A SCAM. I ordered a part I needed for a big weekend game I had that I was really looking forward to. Evike's package got here in time, but the part was BROKEN and missing parts, stuff was falling out of the sleeve. So my game is toast. I email them for a return, a couple days later they send me an RMA, I send it back. Finally a week later I get their refund notification...except they decided to deduct shipping costs from my refund. ARE. YOU. KIDDING ME??! You send me a broken item that's missing parts falling out of the clear sleeve, my game is ruined because apparently quality control is too hard for Evike to do, and to add insult to injury you have the audacity to decide I'm still on the hook for shipping costs of you sending me a broken unit that's missing parts? Really?? This was my first time shopping here, and it left a very bad taste in my mouth. This is horrible customer service. I should have looked at the reviews they got before ordering but I was in a rush. Had I noticed those other bad review warnings, I probably would've looked elsewhere. And now I know WHY those bad Evike reviews are there. This felt like such a scam! UPDATE: 5/30 - it gets even worse. Evike's email policy is that they will respond to your inquiry within 48 hours. I sent an email, it has been 3 days later (and counting) and no response at all. THIS is their 'customer service', people. Beware. ALSO attempted to resolve through their chat support and after being on hold for 20 minutes, it finally connected me with staff. Unfortunately "Thomas" was ineffective too. Instead of even ATTEMPTING to resolve the issue, he just said keep waiting until someone responds to my emails. 2nd UDATE: 5/30 - they just responded by email saying, sorry, we don't refund shipping costs. So even though they sent me a broken unit that cost me my weekend game, they're doubling down on keeping shipping costs. So my only option here is to file a chargeback. Safe to say I'm never shopping at this poor excuse for an Airsoft shop again. read more

Three weeks ago I started playing airsoft and needed gear. After searching online for stores near me I found Evike.com. Their online store had a huge selection of gear and airsoft guns that was pretty spectacular. Unfortunately, because I am new and there is so much information I had no clue about, it was also a bit overwhelming. Then, I noticed they had a brick and mortar location that was very close to were I live. I decided to head down there to ask my questions and I am glad I did. First, the store is huge! When you get to the sales floor there is a ton of different makes and models for every taste. Assault rifles, pistols, submachine guns, light machine guns, shotguns, just a ton of models and makes. They have all of the other equipment you would need for a day on the field as well like helmets, clothing, magazines, bb's, batteries, and anything else you could imagine. I went to the first salesperson I could find and got down to business. Daniel was an amazing salesperson. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all of my questions about the various guns I was interested in. I was looking for a rugged gun that requires no upgrading and is low maintenance. After helping me by explaining the differences between gearboxes, components, and possible add ons, I picked an M4 carbine. We then went and tested it at their indoor range and it was great! I selected some extra bits and Daniel took my order back to be filled. It took less than 20 minutes and was everything I wanted. During my wait I also met Tanya. She is an amazing salesperson as well. She is very knowledgeable, funny, personable, and made me feel very comfortable. Between Daniel and Tanya my trip to Evike was great and super easy. Both are fantastic and I suggest seeking these two out next time you are there. All in all, I am very happy with my gear and will definitely be returning for more airsoft gear. read more

Evike has been my go to spot for my airsoft needs. They have everything you could possibly need to get started and more. The staff are very helpful and have a lot of insight to help you make the best purchase to your desires. They have a consistent availability of deals and specials and if you go in store you can look at their Red Tag items. I have ordered with them both in store and online and had no problems on either one. It's a great and fun experience being there even if you don't buy anything on your visit. And if you're lucky you might see Evike Matt on the scene! - I did want to shine the spotlight on Steve W for helping me with my questions I had today. He answered extremely detailed and from his own experiences and really had me wanting to walk out with every item he showed me, specifically the Elite Force UMP. It was one of the most enjoyable experiences I've had there but every experience there has been for me. - Also one of the female shift leads was very helpful when I brought in my SOCOM Gear M9 for repair. It was my first time doing such a thing and I felt safe leaving the gun with their techs. - I would also like to the all the people that have helped me out on previous visits, I don't know them by name but there one tall guy with dreads that helped me with my first purchase at Evike, then there's the guy that helped me with my Cyma/Matrix M14 that I bought, and also the guy that wears a sort of Porchse looking patch on his jacket that helped me when I bought RONI for my M9. But all the staff there are absolutely amazing! Overall a great place to come for your airsoft needs and don't be afraid to talk with the staff they are incredibly helpful and you definitely leave having learned something new. Ive been playing airsoft for years now...... and love this place.. when airsoft was unheard of evike.com was here.. evike used to be in a small hole of a shop that have 1 counter and the owner and a staff member ran, I cant believe how fast this place has grown over the years and how well the company has handled its self during it growth.. Ive been to the other larger stores and internet retailers.. but no one has anything I want.. GI doesnt even carry BDU's!!! yes sometimes there is a wait to be helped in the store... on a sat when there are 10003543434 kids in the store trying to test fire every gun they see and it slows down the people that know what they want.. but that isnt Evike's fault now is it?? they had a huge staff when i was there this past sat, the place was packed but the sales man helped me out let me mess around with the new magpul Masada even though it was past his lunch he stayed on the floor to help me out!! AWESOME.. I wouldnt have done that for him if I were him... The store is cool lots of gear vests masks goggles everything I want.. when im at evike during the week days I can walk right in talk with a few of the sales people and have even had a tech support guy help me out with my AEG right on the counter didnt even charge me to look at my gun and tell me what was wrong with it... AWESOME!!! I hear alot of bad things on Yelp about Evike.com but I think these people are nuts. Outstanding customer service and support! I am a newbie entering the market for an airsoft PTP. Even though I did prior research and had a basic understanding of what I wanted, it was nothing compared to the insights and recommendations provided by the associates at Evike Alhambra. When I arrived at curbside, I was able to get some facetime (which is rare these days) with some very knowledgeable and experienced staff. Most of these guys either have or had years of experience with shooting and are using airsoft or real steel on a frequent basis. They are also all very familiar with the inventory. I want to accredit my happy purchase to Eric A., Raymond and Steven. I was able to explain to them my purposes and expectations and they tailored their recommendations to my specific needs, circumstances, and budget. They also shared insider tips and were patient working with an amateur, which is a bonus! There also wasn't any upsell and I felt that they had my best interest. Like I said, I walked away with a pretty happy purchase. It's so hard to find quality customer service, but these three guys absolutely went above and beyond! Also, since this is my first time visiting, I realized that there is a community here. As I shopped, I met some regulars who were very passionate in sharing and I realized that it's because of Eric A., Raymond, Steven and other staff members who service this community that they value just as much as well. Evike is a great place to buy airsoft products! I have made many trips to the store over the past several months, and I can honestly say that Evike provides the best customer experience of any airsoft store to which I have been. Stephen W. is an amazing employee! I look for him every time I go there to shop, and he helps me find exactly what I need and want. His expert advice has helped me find the right airsoft guns and the best upgrades. I recent purchased an AEG P90, which is a gun I have always wanted. Stephen identified all of the upgrade parts needed to ensure that I get longevity and reliability out of the gun. I left the P90 with the Evike team to modify, and they did an amazing job! I couldn't be happier with the products or knowledgeable staff! Stephen even recommended a side arm for me (We-Tech GP1799), which was a great pistol right out of the box. I wanted even better performance, and Stephen recommended a tight bore inner barrel and a new, high performance bucking. He really educated me on how and why the upgrade parts can make a difference in the field of play. He has even taken apart my guns with me to show me how they work, how to maintain them and how to make modifications on my own. BEST SERVICE EVER! I have now purchased 7 guns from Evike, and I won't shop anywhere else! Thank you Stephen, and thank you Evike! I recently had a very frustrating experience with Evike Airsoft's customer support. They were extremely slow to respond to my inquiries, which made the whole process of dealing with them incredibly difficult, especially when it came to returns. The lack of communication and support was disappointing. I would be very cautious about buying from them online. ok first of all its not evikes fault they hav so many customers they hav many many employees working the sales floor compared to many other retailers so idc how long u waited u wanted to go to a store with cheaper prices GOOD customer service and great selection than well u hav to wait jeez all u people waiting for hours again NOT THEIR FAULT. I have been to other airsoft stores before, but I would definitely say Evike.Com is the best one. As soon as I walked in there is a huge selection wall to wall of merchandise. I just stopped by the other day and it seems they have hired a lot more workers. One of the workers there, I think his name was Harry was working there and he provide great help and even joked around with me. I love stores that can joke around with their customers, boosts my impression of the store and provides a friendly environment. I bought a H&K G36C along with a Socom gear M9 and some BBs. Their prices are the lowest I have seen even compared to online stores. If you can find a lower price in the U.S they will price match it!!!! Their products of high quality (you an actually take them out and touch them, unlike other places). I took my little cousin here before and he bought a G&P Sentry, it is tough choosing a gun because of their ridiculously large selection. When it comes to Airsoft, they are the Best in the US of A. Evike has a better selection than any other airsoft store in the USA and they have it in stock. I talked to one of the people that work there and they have over 10,000 airsoft items in stock at any given time. I hear complaints like a couple of them that I have read on here anyway. The way I honestly see it, I have never had one problem with Evike.com I have ordered over $2,500.00 over a period of 5 months and I have never had one problem with them at all. As a matter of fact, all of the people I have dealt with there have always treated me very well. Again, I have no idea why the other people had problems there because in all of the time I have been dealing with Evike.com and the several items I have ordered, I have had no problems at all. I would give Evike.com 10 stars, but we can only go up to 5. Also, I want to mention, I have bought all of my stuff through the on line store, all of my orders have been well taken care of, I would not shop any where else other than Evike.com for my airsoft guns and other airsoft items I buy. read more

I've decided to give Evike Alhambra another chance and went back a few days ago. I'm glad to say this experience was far better than the first. This time the wait was way shorter than on Saturday. Then again, it was a weekend in comparison to a weekday. Luckily I did not get the same employee that "assisted" me while I was here last time, instead I asked for Cyril like many other yelpers recommended. Almost immediately Cyril made me feel welcomed. He was very friendly and helpful, a large improvement from the other representative. He answered all my questions and concerns that I had in a professional manner. Unfortunately I did not end up with the airsoft gun I wanted, but instead left with a much better one thanks to Cyril's recommendation. Incredible store with even more incredible people working there. I have purchased many items are in person from Evite. From rifles, pistols and vests pants shirts grenades and parts for all my replica weapons. I find that the employees of Evite always motivated to find for you exactly what you need. Just recently I visited Evike (last Saturday and yesterday) to find parts I needed to repair my sons (Red Fox) echo 1 M4A1 Zombat. I have to say that Mike (The tall blonde guy that wears a Krytac patch on his left arm) and Taco went way above and beyond helping me find what I needed. With their in valuable amount of knowledge and help I was able to find the parts I needed and make the repairs so that we will be able to attend using the weapon of our choice wildlands opening day this Saturday the sixth. Man....Evike.... I've been following these guys for years now. From nothing more than a little one room hole in the wall in Alhambra's industrial district Evike has sure grown. Now occupying what used to be an old skate ring back in the early 90s Evike has become one of the largest suppliers of Airsoft and accessories in the west. If you're in the market for a cheapo Chinese clone or the smallest of airsoft parts and accessories this place is your heaven. I routinely go to this place for consumable products such as gas, bb's and other AEG parts. They have great prices on BBs and gas but their guns tend to be a bit overpriced. They also do excellent repair work, but do not warranty any of it. If you're looking for small or hard to get parts Evike is for you. If you're in the market for a new gun, invest your money at Airsoft Extreme who warranties their products and repairs for 60 days. read more

I would have gave four stars instead of three if I didn't have to wait 2 hours to be helped. I feel like each individual customer should get a set amount of time with an employee. I also noticed quite a few floor representatives that seemed like they had some free time to help out some customers but didn't. I don't know how the customer service process works so I can't really complain. Anyways when I finally got help from Cyril, I found that he was very helpful. I recently got back into airsoft and had many questions like which guns were good and which were bad. He gave me quite a few recommendations after he asking me a series questions. He also helped fit me into new gear that best fitted my play style. After that, it was smooth sailing. I checked out within a matter of 15 minutes and walked out the store as a happy customer. alight i just want to start off by saying that i have never been to the store but my friends have and say its great. But i have been on their website and found it easy to navigate and a ton of new guns. I had no clue as for which gone i should get so i sent them and airsoft gi an email asking for suggestions. As soon as your email is recieved by their computer they will send an email to confirm your email has been recieved. Then the next day i got an email asking me what was my budget and what type of position in airsoft do i usually play. I replied and got an email the next day with a few suggestions I am very pleased with their customer service. As for airsoft gi i have yet to get any reply confirmation email or anything. I did some research myself and have gone to ranges so I had an idea of what I wanted and what I needed to do. When I arrived, the store is in a small lot and looks a bit hidden and old. Only one room I think had AC but that was where I took my test and spent my whole time in. It's not very assuming or a luxurious place, but it has a charm and very honest feel to it. The staff there were friendly, patient, and helpful (The 2 ladies that helped me were, Tami and I didn't get the name of the other lady, but she felt like the owner). They were both very knowledgeable, honest, and transparent with their answers and recommendations, and I didn't feel pressured for anything. I was given a few firearms to try that I talked to them about and a few that they recommended. They also said anything that they did not have in store, they could order for me and did their best to accommodate or find something similar for me to feel out. They had a wide assortment of firearms, at least in my eyes, and what they kept stocked made sense. I didn't look through the whole store and everything they had, but I will tomorrow. From what I browsed and saw while I walked in and around, they have many standard picks and accessories that make sense to get in person, and a few interesting pieces. Larger items or more common items, like safes, they were very transparent and said they did not stock and that it's better to find one online, which made sense business wise. I like that they understood what is feasible for them to stock and what not to; both for their interest of keeping their inventory moving, but also to not peddle something that the customer wouldn't want or be satisfied with. I was shown everything in great detail and kindly. I made my purchase and was given instruction on what to do, what to expect, and a time frame for when I can pick things up. For my FSC, I got clear instruction, some helpful preface, and then the paperwork was straightforward and simple. I was guided for it to be as smooth as possible. I got my card and everything done and the prices were as expected and fair. I will update my review if anything changes, but considering the positive experience and friendliness of the staff, I don't think I will have anything to update. I don't know enough about prices for different models and ammo to split hairs on that, and this is a local small business, so it doesn't make sense coming here with the expectation of below market prices. The price range on the models I looked at seemed to be around the ballpark range of what I saw online for MSRP. I'm sure you could look around and get quotes to find things cheaper, but considering this is a local business and near me, I'm not coming here to try to haggle for the lowest price. I care more for the experience and personal interaction. With that said though, I also don't like small businesses that don't keep prices competitive with the rest of the market. I think this business does a fair job with it. As I mentioned before, the items I looked at, I did some research on, and the prices were in the ballpark of what I saw online which is a great indication. For what I purchased, it came as a set and luckily for me, was also on sale, so I feel my purchase was actually on the better price range.
