I had a lot of trouble getting a representative on the phone to discuss my options. I initially left a negative review on Yelp. Fortunately, Tako immediately responded to my review and told me to come in over the weekend so he could exchange it for the correct one. I did just that and the experience was seamless. My AEG broke down and I requested the RMA for the warranty claim. I already called 7 times and emailed them 6 times. The only person who helped me out and answered all of my doubts without sounding like he was bothered that I was making questions was Dominic. Dominic from customer service if you're reading this, congratulations! I have never had such great help and commitment to my issues. Management know that Dominic is a great customer service personnel and really just does an amazing job. He solved my questions with prompt and very well explained answers. I wish the other people from customer service would be like him! And about the store it is if not the one of the biggest airsoft online stores in the US. Many great items from all over the planet and the with competitive price. My only issue is the website where it's not well keyworded. The items online are not well aligned with the keywords. Meaning that if I search for midcaps some mid caps won't show up on my research. And some items are on the wrong categories. SHOUT OUT to STEVEN! That dude is a walking encyclopedia when it comes to HI-CAPA pistols and Airsoft products. When I told another associate how awesome he was they responded "oh he's a new guy", I was baffled come to find out he's been shopping at EVIKE and into the hobby for about 7/8 years. His customer service was 10/10 and was very fast in navigating the store. HE even went out of his way to help me troubleshoot and install a HPA conversion on my new Sandviper, if my wife wasn't there I would've bought the whole store with how amazing and attentive the service was. Amazing customer service. Lawrence was great; he was helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. He was excellent to my mom and I. I am definitely going back whether it be for the shooting range or for supplies. They have everything, from airsoft guns, to different kinds of gasses, attachments, and magazines. Nothing against this store in particular but back in September I bought a few items off their website and never got it, I input the wrong address and hadn't realized it until the shipping company they used (DHL) said they couldn't deliver it due to wrong address, they sent it back to 'sender' which just means they sent it back to the DHL facility in California, which would be impossible for me to get to seeing as I live in Texas, and when I asked for a refund or at least store credit so I can replace the order and all they said was to input a claim with DHL and when I went to go do it there wasn't a button to press to place a claim. Also since the orders a bit old now the tracking number doesn't even work so I can't check to see if the package is still at the facility or not. read more

Over the thousands I've spent here, I have never experienced a quick and easy time here. These employees move like syrup. They got nowhere to be and all day to get there. Getting a couple of mags and green gas shouldn't take the dude 45 minutes to find lol. I'll never buy another thing from them. They don't back their Angle Custom junk when it don't work right and brakes. About 40 shots and the tip on the piston brakes. The tube didn't fit real good it was tight. The end that your bolt handle attaches to was undersized and sloppy. read more

I purchased an airsoft rifle with an extra mag after business hours. I received free standard shipping and a $20.00 off web coupon. The next day the order was packed and the day after that it was shipped. It traveled over 2400 miles to my home in under a weeks time. It was well packed and the item was perfect! They sent my mags with gas in them showing that the did not leak, so they test before they ship as well! I WILL buy from them again! read more

Online store severely lacks product information, technical information, just lacks information overall. It's a process of browsing, finding out where something exists on the site, then going to a different website or store that isn't Evike to buy it because Evike omits important details, such as type of gas used, or the metal or material the product is made of, which parts, what magazine goes to this airsoft product or this or that; it's just completely unacceptable. On top of that, customer support is just as uninformed & have no idea how to help no matter what is asked, on top of the replies having very long delays in between & as of lately, no reply for over a month in regard to several different product inquiries. i want to leave a review on behalf of the communication evike has in regards to when doing tech work. Few things you have to consider when going to evike for tech work based on my personal experience. They can't work on silver back rifles or most likely no rifle that is niche. I say most likely because they didn't tell me that they will not be able to work on the rifle only till i called them 6 weeks later to find that they no longer want to work on it as they see it's from silverback. they weren't going to tell me and most likely let it collect dust until someone feels like it. In other words don't come here for tech work as they don't communicate with who is wanting work properly. They gave me a mere "welp, i'm sorry" Wasted gas, money, energy, & time. all they could've said was "hey i saw your box come in and im sorry to let you know i wont be able to work on this." read more

This is an updated review, 6/9/24. The manager reached put to me via the Yelp. He again asked for my order number, for some reason the email I sent never got to him. He reviewed the situation and offered me 2 options to correct my situation. Both with expedited shipping, free shipping (to correct to the transaction) and the requested amendment to my order. I took the option which would be fastest for myself. I appreciate the manager's help. I'm leaving this update a little prematurely as I haven't received a shipping number yet, however I have good faith in the manager, Tako. I'll leave a final update when the transaction is complete. I did leave out of my initial review that the selection, I feel is good for this store. I ordered a butt load of things and was able to get it all off their one website without having to order from a few other ones. And I don't feel their prices are bad. (Airsoft shopping during a pandemic) (Forgot to post this review) I visited the Evike Superstore at the beginning and during the COVID pandemic and their pandemic setup was outstanding. The process of picking up your order went smoothly and they had a good amount of staff helping customers compared to Airsoft GI. I would definitely recommend Evike to anyone wanting to get into the sport or get your airsoft addiction. I also recently upgraded my AEG with their Evike Performance Shop and it's worth it if you are willing to spend the money. During the process of upgrading my AEG, the communication with their EPS tech Spencer was amazing. Spencer would email me and answered all my questions and helped me get the right parts for my upgrades. In my opinion, Evike has the best airsoft inventory in the United States and maybe worldwide. ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE I placed an online order for a BB gun. When it arrived I opened the shipping box and inside was a clamshell blister pack that had been sliced open, then the cover ripped apart. The BB gun inside had blue tape wrapped around the trigger guard and the hand grips. The info graphic inside was also sliced apart. The black anodizing on the inside of the trigger guard had been scratched and removed in one corner. I contacted Evike customer support and asked for an RMA to return and exchange this and was told I would get one via email the next morning. I did not. What followed was a back and forth exchange of emails, for 6 days, with Evike always telling me "we are working on it" and even though I sent them photos, they still had to "work on it". It became clear that they had no intention of resolving this and replacing the opened and abused BB gun they had sent me. So as a last resort I filed a dispute with Paypal. I waited two more days for Evike to respond to Paypal, and they did not. So it was then escalated by Paypal to a claim against Evike. Evike finally cooperated after Paypal got on their case. They issued a refund a few days later. This is the worst retail experience I have ever had with any company. Every other company I have dealt with over many, many years has issued an RMA request usually within minutes. And they have often sent a replacement before even receiving the defective item back. Not Evike! Needless to say, this was my first, and last, order with Evike. read more

Great selection, decent prices, TERRIBLE SERVICE. The reason that you shop in store vs online competitor is for the service. Well, you'll be severely disappointed. This place is completely disorganized. There is no system/process in place to pull orders and call you back up once your order has been pulled. I got here at 10am on Saturday got my order in at 1015 and 45 minutes later, nothing. I get back in line which at this point is extremely long. Surprise! My orders been sitting on the back counter ready for who knows how long. Had I not get back in line, I'm not sure how long I would have waited. The expectation when going in store spending $500+, would be an organized and pleasant experience. Staff is not respectful of your time. To management, get a better process in place so that consumers are able to quickly make purchases and increase your revenue. I would not come back here to wait HOURS. They are well stocked with many brands and replicas and they run some crazy epic deals and mystery boxes. bit of a drive to get here - also visited their Battle Lab Ontario location recently as well. read more

If you're a geek and like Airsoft, this place is amazing. Parked in front was a pair of old HumVEES. The door handle is a little rifle. Once inside, there's a little gallery of geekdom and Airsoft. The highlight of this collection is a Nerf replica of Boba Fett's rifle. Then there's the actual store. There's a sign-in tablet next to The Batman. If a customer is looking for anything that might be in the warehouse or needs guidance, this is a must-do. On that note, do not go in the last hour before closing and expect anyone to help. The shutdown the sign-in about an hour before closing. They might try to help the customer if there's time. Once signed in, the numbers are called over the overhead speakers. Also, when an order is placed, the overhead speakers and microphone are used to call the customer to service counter once the order is ready. We arrived about 90 minutes before closing. We looked around for a bit and signed in about 10 minutes after arriving. My son picked out what he wanted. After 20 minutes after signing in, he was called. He took a few minutes to get his questions answered and made sure the items he picked out were going to work for him. The order was placed, and he was called to the register. The exact version of what he picked out was on a high shelf in the warehouse, and there wouldn't be a forklift operator available until Monday. My son understood and asked if another version was available that was almost identical. 5 minutes later, we were cashing out. This shop is extremely efficient. They have taken a lot of steps to make it as easy as possible to serve as many customers as possible. Next to the fish tank are a few terminals. If a customer knew what they wanted, or they placed an order online for pickup, this is where they go. Just like other ways of service, the customer is called to the counter when the order is ready. Next time, I'm going to have to check out the fishing store. read more

This place is the biggest clusterfuck in California. Called ahead to make sure they had what I needed. Was told to come by and grab it at this location. Get here, look all over, can't find it. Wait in line to have an employee tell me that I need to put an order in the system and bring them the order so someone will pull it. I go to put in the order and it isn't working. Stand in line AGAIN to have them tell me, "oh yeah the system is down. We will have someone pull it and call you up." I've been here almost an hour (45 minutes at the time of writing this) and am waiting in line AGAIN to find out how much longer it is going to take to pull one thing I need "from the back." This is asinine. I would have ordered online and had it shipped -- from another company -- if I had known what a nightmare it is coming here. Update- waited another 25 minnows to ask if my order was ready. The guy said "almost. We're working on it." I explained that I have been waiting OVER an hour at this point and he said, "yeah? So has everyone else." No they haven't because I've seen people come in after me, place new orders, get their stuff and leave. I. Am. Furious. read more

I have an update! After leaving my initial review, I was reached out by Tako the manager. He was incredibly understanding and decided to help me out. The assistant manager Joseph helped me out in the end and I have to give a huge shoutout to Lawrence. He treated me like a king while I was there even though they were getting ready for outpost. I was able to return my mp5 and I even bought a brand new Krytac P90. I am extremely happy and so is my fiance with her new p90. Lawrence made sure everything fit and he even hand picked the perfect battery to fit in my p90 since the battery compartment is a little small (krytac has a battery extension on theor website) This experience has put Evike at the top of my list. Again their selection is superior and their customer service blew me away this time. I cant wait to go back and get more gear and weapons. Again I want to thank.... I ordered a p365 air gun and after receiving it a week later I experienced an issue with it after 2 days of firing it. However this is likely just Sig making not good air gun magazines and not evike's fault. When I called the customer support, they picked up really quickly and were extremely helpful, despite the fact that I called once 5 minutes before the call center closing time. Kevin and the other customer support agents were incredibly polite, understanding, and helpful, and not only offered to send a replacement magazine for free, but accepted a returned air gun that had already gone through a couple of mags. stellar customer service read more

I made an order on a Friday and requested it be cancelled on Saturday. On Monday when Evike had opened, I called them to confirm the order cancellation. Unfortunately, I was told that my cancellation request couldn't be validated and that my order would ship, and that if I wanted to return the items I would incur a restocking fee. I did everything I could to cancel the order prior to it being shipped, and now I have to get charged for it? I feel like Evike thought "well we won't get the money from his purchase, let's at least get something from this sucker." Avoid this merchant online.
