Then rolled into every week saying its shipping on Tuesday. Should have known what was up after week 6 but trying to give people the honest end of the stick. I ordered the Tacoma 3rd brake light on February 25th. After a month of waiting with no delivery, I contacted Evil Offroad to inquire about the delay. They responded immediately, explaining they were in the middle of moving their shop, which had caused delays. They assured me it would be shipped by the end of the week. Three weeks passed with no light, so I reached out again. This time, they explained that the batch they produced didn't pass quality testing but promised a new one would be shipped by the end of the week. Another three weeks went by without receiving the light, so I contacted them a third time. They informed me they were dealing with issues involving a large customer and were backlogged, but once again promised it would be shipped by the end of the week. After yet another three weeks with no delivery, I still haven't received the light. Be cautious--there's a chance you may never receive your parts from this company. read more

And then at the last minute I asked them to add some Baja Design Amber fog lights on the front bumper. And they knocked it out of the park. I had left two reviews on here exposing Doug parks aka scam, to defraud customers with his Christmas sale knowing he was going to file bk right after collecting as much money as he could. Can't say nothing but positive things about Doug, Anthony, and the rest at Evil. He was very cool with squeezing me in to install my CAI and identifying a whining noise (ended up being a failing power steering pump) within an hour (and during their lunch break). I definitely plan on coming back and having them install new upgrades to my '13 SVT Raptor. When you go to shops like these, you normally find the customer service to be lacking because they're so enthralled in their work. I called them due to an order placed and was surprised that they answer the phones. Most offroad companies do not care to answer the phones and they do. Talked with customer service and they answered my questions then shipped out my order immediately. I received it the following day and the quality was flawless. This is the only company so far in the Raptor community who delivered an order within a good timeframe. Most deliver in 3-4 months which has become the standard. Evil, delivered well before this. In my opinion I think between a labor shortage and being overwhelmed with orders while still trying to put out a outstanding product! I spoke with another gentleman in sales and he sincerely apologized about the Non communication and made good on it by sending updates via email etc, Doug also emailed updates and has been great about reaching out as well. I would leave a review of zero stars if I could. These guys just tell you whatever to please you but don't actually take any action in helping you out. The customer service is poor and the business is unorganized. I would not recommend Evil Manufacturing at all to anyone. I ordered a third brake light on January 18th and it is now April 12th, I wasn't informed that baja deigns lights were on back order and when I found out I was told 8weeks. I was told that my lights were there and they were just waiting on the bracket to be powder coated and then two weeks later I was told the bracket was done and they were waiting for the lights. Then two and a half weeks ago I was told my order just needed to be put in a box and shipped out. As of today I still haven't received my order or a tracking number confirming it shipped. The owner says he was told that everything from January was already shipped out and taken care of. They state on their website after you purchase that they will provide a tracking number as soon as it ships and there hours on there website claim they are open different hours than they are actually open. Overall really poor experience, buy your parts elsewhere. read more
