Started calling around to see who can get my windshield replaced within the 2 1/2 days I'm out there. Ray (the owner) took my call and told me to bring it in as soon as I arrived into town. He made a few calls and was able to get someone to come replace my windshield ASAP. I literally left in an Uber to get something to eat and when I got back, it was all done! I thought it was gonna take a couple days and I was gonna have to rent a car from enterprise for the rest of the trip - I was wrong. My right passenger door window had receded into the door and would not be further engaged by the switch. After taking the door apart and following a guide just to learn how tedious ford makes the task I realized that I needed someone with proper tools to finish the job. I called numerous body shops and had no luck because everyone was to nervous to replace the regulator mechanism for the window. I called this place and spoke with someone who I believe manages or owns the shop. He was very up front and honest about the work and the cost and stayed true to it. We ordered the part and within about a weeks turnaround time due to shipping I took my car in and it was resolved in under a couple hours. Great accommodating staff that are attentive to the matter, they offer a wide variety of services for auto related issues. Let me say Ray is absolutely phenomenal. I met him back in early March 2020, he was recommended by family that I trust. He looked over my car entirely and gave me a walk through of what everything should look like and explained to me what work I may need to be done. He spend almost an hour answering all my questions prior to agreeing to any services. Before we we're able to schedule anything. The coronavirus pandemic happened and I didn't see Ray again until the end of May. When I called him he remembered everything we talked about months back and was able to schedule me a last minute service. We were in the process of moving out and Ray was able to accommodate us even though he had a busy schedule. He was also even able to ensure the car back to me in such a limited time as he did explain to me it would normally take a day or two but with us moving he made sure the mechanic made it a priority to have it ready the time we needed it. (Not to mention he was able to take time out of his busy day to even take me back to my car personally as I left items in there.) Ray called me early to advise our car was ready and even walked through everything again of what they did and made sure we understood what to look out for as we planned on a full time road trip towing a travel trailer of 4000lbs. Does not have a paint booth and cars are being painted out in the open on the floor shop. I had a bumper painted there and the color is really off despite them borrowing my gas tank cover to color match it. Too much trash on the surface of the paint. I had to come back for them to cut and polish the paint when the bumper was installed. read more
