The atmosphere is laid back and fun, but intimate enough to enjoy time to talk and enjoy the meal. The menu has a wide variety of options so it's a great place for most anyone, including picky eaters. The service is amazing, the waiter we had checked on us just enough to feel taken care of but wasn't constantly checking in. They have an amazing patio and friendly staff everywhere you look. I can't recommend it highly enough.

From my initial search for a slightly upscale brunch spot that wouldn't break the bank, this…read morerestaurant seemed to check all the boxes. Indeed, it was beautiful on the outside. Unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. Right away, the noise level inside was overwhelming. With virtually no sound-dampening materials anywhere in the dining room, conversation was difficult. I would recommend requesting one of the round booths, as they may help somewhat, but don't expect a dramatic improvement. Despite sitting only a couple of feet apart, our table struggled to hear one another. Sitting outside (when possible) is your best bet. The larger issue began after our party of four placed our orders. For reasons I still can't understand, three meals were partially delivered while the fourth guest's food was nowhere to be seen. Twenty minutes later, it still hadn't arrived. This pattern of long delays and poor service coordination continued throughout the meal. In total, nearly an hour passed--57 minutes, to be exact--between the first meals arriving and the final plates being served. Failing to serve an entire table at roughly the same time creates the impression of a poorly managed operation. While our server was pleasant and did her best, the rest of the staff appeared undertrained and unprepared. At one point, after clearing a guest's finished plate, staff placed the used utensils directly on the table rather than removing them. That's simply not acceptable. Ultimately, the problems we experienced seemed less related to food quality and more related to training, communication, and overall execution. To the restaurant's credit, the manager recognized that our experience fell well below expectations and graciously comped our table. As first-time visitors, that gesture was appreciated. Unfortunately, I had specifically chosen this restaurant as a surprise brunch destination for my father's 75th birthday, and the celebration did not go as planned.

We started with the shrimp toast and it was good, but there were so many other appetizers that sounded amazing that I'd probably try something different next time. Both of our steaks were unfortunately undercooked. I ordered mine medium and it came out medium rare, and my fiancé ordered medium rare but his was very rare. I mentioned mine to our waiter and they were great about taking it back to cook it more, but at this price point for a steakhouse, I really don't want to have to send a steak back. My fiancé ended up not finishing his so we could cook it more at home. The creamed spinach wasn't my favorite, it was a bit runnier and not as rich as I personally prefer. The potatoes were delicious. We ordered one dessert and then were surprised with another for our anniversary, and both were amazing. The sundae was definitely the standout. Overall, the service was excellent and the atmosphere was lovely. Just wish the steaks had been cooked correctly the first time.
