EVolving Motors knocked it out of the park with the purchase of my beloved 2020 Tesla P3D-, otherwise known as the Stealth Performance, as the first of their new inventory. Selling a car privately can be fraught with all kinds of concerns, especially when dealing in larger amounts of money with people you don't know. Albert is a brand new dealer, so this lent credibility to the sale along with Albert's clear and quick communication, his obvious diligence and knowledge of EVs, and Tesla in particular. Albert was dropped off at my place in a gorgeous Model X, not super close to where he does business. This was nice as I didn't have to drive anywhere. Albert agreed to wire the funds as I didn't want to deal in that much cash, including the requisite counterfeit-checking. Not that Albert was someone I'd suspect of this but it's good to check large bills when doing business I think, or at least I'm a bit paranoid in that regard. It's a bit safer to verify funds in an account than to count cash at a table and transport that to a bank. Albert was also very prepared with all of the necessary forms, including Bill of Sale printed out with our agreed-upon price and everything as-expected. We verified each other's identity and completed the sale without difficulty. It was a smooth transaction and Albert is a man of his word.
