Selection-wise it's pretty standard and the same as the rest. Prices are pretty much on par with Amazon so it's a good place to go when you're in a pinch and need something immediately. When I called the Poway store, Renee in the garden center told me she would go look, they were in several different locations around the garden area. When she got back to the phone, she had located 5 of the exact plants that I wanted, and offered to put them aside for me (despite being a busy Saturday afternoon). When I got to the store, Renee greeted me with a big smile , by name even (!) , and had the plants already loaded up in a cart for me. I very much appreciate Renee going above and beyond, saving me from driving all over San Diego looking for something that probably was not to be found.

The store is a decent size but they have a great variety of merchandise and props/decor for your home or office. I love going to various stores throughout the season because each have something a little different. Prices range but are very reasonable and there is usually a 20% coupon on heir Instagram or via email. Spirit Halloween is always good and raises funds for our local Children's Hospital which is pretty awesome too. Great location, not too far from the freeway.

They strike that perfect balance--always friendly, approachable, and available if you need help, but never hovering or interrupting your shopping. It makes it easy to take your time exploring the store while still feeling like support is nearby if you need it. Checkout is just as great. The team is always kind, efficient, and welcoming, and I can honestly say I've never had a negative interaction there--which, for retail, is pretty impressive. Not only did she find the piece I was looking for, but she also went above and beyond by holding a second piece by the same artist just in case I liked it too! When I arrived, I was blown away by how well-stocked, organized, and beautiful this location is--it looked like a commercial! The teamwork was evident; my cashier, Hanna, already knew I was there for the pieces Carmen had held for me. Because of their kindness and professionalism, I was able to get the perfect birthday present for myself. I usually frequent the "Depot", their competitor, but decided to see what they had to offer in the case of outdoor plants for my yard. I was pleasantly surprised. The Garden Center was well maintained and the plants were thriving. There was quite a selection of plants to choose from, but, I decided to purchase two color bowls of Calibrachoa or trailing Petunia's The flowers added a nice pop of color to my yard. I'll definitely return when I'm in need of more plants. The associates were helpful, answered all of my questions and assisted me with my purchase.
