The entire staff are excellent, warm greetings and keeps the gym clean throughout the day. Members are friendly and everyone does their part to wipe the equipment after use. I absolutely love this gym! The staff is so friendly always saying hi and bye, they have tons of equipment, so many random pieces that the average corporate gym doesn't have. They're always adding in new pieces and surprising their members. I'm so glad I found this place coming from an in-shape city. I do not recommend. It's a very young crowd and they bully the older crowd. One thing I especially don't like is that they not only allow filming in the locker room but they encourage it. Full length mirror in locker room for filming. When I complained about being filmed naked they told me to be aware of my surroundings. read more

This is a great gym in a great location. The corner location of this parking lot is perfect for this gym. Once you walk in you will see a clean, well cared for gym that always updates the equipment. In just my 2-3 years of being with this gym I have seen them update flooring, stairmasters, dumbbells, machines, etc. They always update their members on instagram to keep them informed. They have a sauna, clean bathrooms, and tv's throughout (and on almost every machine). The access is 24 hours, so you swipe your badge at the front door and it unlocks it for you, so you can go whenever. During normal hours they do have staff incase you need help or have a question. They have vending machines with energy drinks and protein, they also have towels for sale. The machines are clean because members here care for them with sanitizing wipes which are located throughout. Check this place out if you are near the area, they are way better than any big name gym chain! Support local and care for your gym! read more

This gym has what you need and some extra stuff as well. First Responders get a discount. 90% of the folks come in to get after it and leave. Cleaning wipes are everywhere, so there's no excuse, other than laziness, to not wipe down equipment when you're done. I like this gym. read more

This gym is so ass, I spent 1 month in there and followed every rule except for being loud here and there. The workers were very understanding and friendly but never really provided any warnings until they needed to. I apologized multiple times and actually ended up being quiet from there on, but then one day I showed up and had my membership terminated with no warning or explanation. They didn't even reach out whatsoever and said they'd call me but never did. One of their rules is you're not allowed to wear jeans to the gym, and people always do, why aren't they terminated and I am? Also they don't have 35 plates, shitty gym with a shit manager who's too scared to reach out to people. read more

I signed up for one of their training programs and had a very very unfortunate experience. Then the owner said that he would give me a discount on working with another trainer. I spoke with the assistant manager and it has been over a week and a half since anyone is called me back. I guess they just don't want the business. I just find it very off-putting when you go to a business and tell them that you want to be a client and they just ignore you. Not a good vibe at all. read more

Awesome gym! My husband found this place during Covid and we moved to the area shortly after just to be closer. Amazing equipment, very well maintained and clean facility. We need to move out of state and this is definitely one of the harder things for us to leave behind. read more

Doesn't look flashy or impressive from the outside, but don't let that fool ya. Best gym in the area in my opinion. A little small, but it has everything you would need. No fancy bs. Just a gym. It's always clean, quiet, and the machines are maintained. No excessive, loud music. Its open 24 hours, which is great for those who don't work normal hours. They give you a tap key to access the gym during odd hours. Love this gym. read more

I wanted to give a shout out to Personal Trainer Adam. We had 4 sessions together that were highly curated to my multiple physical limitations and advanced age. I wanted a trainer to recommend a regimen following surgery so I would not reinjure myself. On Adam's program, I never experienced 'next day' pain. Also, Adam is a terrific guy, which made the sessions enjoyable. Highly recommend him! read more

I meant to write a review sooner but completely forgot. I'm new to Fair Oaks and was looking for an open hours gym. This gym is exactly what i was looking for, energy wise, equipment, and a plus is friendly staff. My last gym had me on a contract and i didn't even realize that other gyms don't do that. I go all different times of day, and all of the people I've encountered were really nice, but more importantly respectful. I'm not used to people being so respectful about their time on a machine, and bringing such good energy to the space. When I first joined the gym, my phone stopped working and i needed help looking up if there was a way to fix it. Staff was really helpful in my situation and did what they could to help. I've loved all of the machines so far, you can tell that staff and members take good care of the machines. This gym is perfect for someone like me who likes to lift in their free time and as a hobby. 10/10 The staff is great. The equipment is great. They are constantly improving and replacing equipment that goes bad. On top of that they are open 24/7!!! My only issue is that it is a little small which everyone can agree on. However, the community here makes it easy to workout so that's honestly not an issue. If it's crowded most of the other members will make space for you or even offer to let you hop in with them. Lot's of experienced and inexperienced weightlifters and I've met so many people. No annual fees, No enrollment. Just sign up and come work out. read more

I have been meaning to write a review for this amazing gym for a year now. 1 year ago I took the leap to get back in the gym after a decade off. At 44 years old I was nervous, self conscious and quite frankly scared about how I'd be received. First off the staff are absolutely amazing. Friendly and super helpful even at 5am! From time to time I've had questions about equipment and they are so easy to approach and show me what to do! Patrick especially a thank you to you! Excel is lucky to have you! Next I want to mention all the beautiful people we've met. Every morning we are welcomed by the 5am usuals. Smiles and laughs all around and they are always so helpful and so encouraging. When we skip a day we get accountability reactions in a super supportive way! I've never once felt self conscious or out of my element. Everyone is so helpful too! It's crazy to me how much I miss this gym if I'm out for a bit! If your nervous about taking the leap with this gym take it from me, DO IT! You will not be disappointed! read more
