People are very nice but I would not recommend a hair cut from here. Spend the extra money and just go to a regular hair salon.

The first time I came here I wasn't too happy with the work but the owner fixed it. I can again and met Loann who is amazing, she is my go to! Very detailed and we always have great conversations. She knows me well enough that I can just say do whatever or give her an idea and she makes it work. I wanted a milky shimmer. And she did that. The owners are really good too and i love that they have a rewards program . I'm almost at a free pedicure! On top of that they are very affordable. read more

I'm upset that they charge for using a credit card. n 1985, California passed a law (Civil Code section 1748.1) that prohibited merchants from adding a surcharge (an extra fee) when customers pay by credit card instead of cash. Came across this shop on Yelp and glad I did. Needed to find a new home salon and it looks like I found it here. Was greeted by Kim and Loanne, super sweet ladies! Loanne did my gel pedicure and manicure. She was extremely thorough in getting all the dirt and extra skin off my toes and fingers. Loanne listened to what I wanted and made sure I got exactly that. Kim did my husband's manicure and pedicure and was also very thorough in getting him all cleaned up. The shop is extremely clean. The shop is within a small shopping center that has a Subway, Schoolsfirst credit Union and Chinese food place inside. Ample parking but it looks like it can get filled up pretty quickly. Didn't have to wait long to get seen. I do recommend to call and make an appointment! The hubby and I will definitely be making this or regular go to shop for our mani/pedi needs. I have traveled all over the country and can't find anyone who is as good as Kim. The shop is clean and affordable. All the staff are good. Being a nurse, I watch the sanitary conditions closely. I went into the salon they had one person they were working on I started my nails and I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted and I noticed that it wasn't going how I liked it so I was very vocal but nice ! Then guy starts working on my toes and it doesn't seem like he knows what he's doing because you can hear the lady that's doing my nails kind of guiding him but you can hear the frustration and her foreign language. I then tell them at this point to just finish because I'm not happy with the service and I just want to leave she insisted on fixing it which I had already been there for a very long time I figured since she was taking her time that my nails were going to come out nice but they came out like if she was rushing. I told her what I didn't like I saw bubbles scratches on the nail you could still see my actual nail I then told her at a point to just paint the whole nail green and she didn't do it because she wanted to fix it a certain way which looked hideous I then went to the manager when I wanted to pay and explain to him that I was not happy that I wasn't going to pay that much of them out but I still would pay some service he ended up charging me the whole thing there was two customers in there I stated I'm not usually the type to be this way but after voicing myself and not being hurt I was very upset then the guy that gave me my pedicure ended up giving me all the supplies that he used for my pedicure pretty much like the filer and something else I left it there I wasn't going to take it that was ridiculous She then tried to explain as I was walking out that she would fix it right now she had time but she was doing another persons nails so basically I would've had to wait until she was done so she can fix it they didn't seem to really care or acknowledge why I was upset they seemed very nonchalant about it and I definitely will not be going there I hope that video that I posted is useful horrible $115 for horrible service !!!! read more

I'm so disappointed in this place! I went in to get the works for my pedi the man kept my feet out of the water the whole time and I had to ask for my chair to be turned on twice. Then he wasn't even doing the basics for the pedicure he wasn't getting the dead skin and I had a lot because it had been Over two months since I had a pedi. He seemed new and inexperienced at his job. I had to make him stop after he replaced my fake toenail because it was taking to long and I didn't enjoy the service and I wasn't about to pay for the works and I'm not getting the works treatment! Please make sure your employees are skilled and know their job. read more

Prices are to high for the type of work they do not to mention that it's not sanitary they don't disinfect after ever customer and not only that but they girl that did my pedi dropped some of the cool gel that n the water so she went back to get more and never took off her dirty gloves that she was using on me. I got a pedicure with a callus removal and a regular manicure (no color on both) done today. The man working on my mani did a great job, but my pedi! The whole pedicure process was well until she got the callus remover part, she scrub the bottom of my feet, but she also scrub the top of my feet? She scratch my skin with the filer, at the moment I didn't feel it, until after I left the salon I felt this burning sensation on my feet's. And the prices are ridiculously high $37! For a pedicure with a callus remover NO COLOR and a regular manicure NO COLOR! $37!!! HA NEVER AGAIN! read more

I've been waxing, and getting fills here for a couple years. I was always terrified of waxing but Kim is quick and it wasn't so bad after all. The new location definitely has more color selections, however, I prefer the color changing gel polishes. They take their time with each customer so if you're in a rush, this isn't the place for you. I have been coming to Kim for years for waxes, she is very good in what she does. She also explains to you what she is doing and about the aftercare every time. As an African American it is very hard to find someone who can wax curly hair but she does it efficiently and fast. I definitely recommend only coming here for any of your wax needs. read more
