That's not that person's job...it's yours. I would steer clear of this entire group! Update....finally talked with a manager, said he would get back to me in 10 mins. Hours later I got a called but I missed it. I called him back left a mssg to return my call. No call back was ever attempted. So I again called to get answers, now the Mgr has left the dealer for a few days. I ask for another manager.... that manager also out ! Who runs this show?? So days into this I still have no answers and I'm just left hanging!!!

The newest stupid thing is they couldn't even make sure one of my air vents was installed correctly. Now it's all jammed up, pushed back where vent controls are inaccessible and inoperable and it's even crooked. They are pleasant so far to speak with but actions are hot nothing but hot air.
