Although I went through insurance, the quote he provided was very reasonable and lower than what I was seeing elsewhere. I don't have a yelp account as I rarely ever feel the need to write a review. However, Sal's service was so phenomenal, I had to use my wife's phone and post one up. I called Sal on Thursday stating I had a big crack on the windshield of my 2020 Ram 1500. He got the glass in that day, and I dropped my truck off Friday morning. My insurance company screwed up and sent the wrong glass, but Sal managed to get my new glass, have it tinted by a local shop, and installed all by 4pm the same day. He overcame obstacles, and was seriously the nicest and informative owner of any automobile type shop I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. My 2009 F150 was leaking water from the rear window or the brake light unit above it...this taking place during the torrential rains we are having. My back seats were soaked! I didn't know if it was coming from the seal around the main rear view window or the brake light fixture above the window. I called to see if I could bring it in and they said I could bring it in immediately and they'd take a look. Within 30 minutes of arriving they identified where the leak was (brake light unit above window) and sealed it up! And, Sal was super nice about it and did not charge me. Thank you Sal and Team! From the 1st contact contact on the phone all the way to the end of the transaction this was an incredibly professional, efficient, excellent experience. I cannot overstate how much we recommend Exceptional Auto Glass enough. My driver side window mechanism failed suddenly. I wasn't sure if the glass had cracked and fallen through or if the regulator was broken. We called Exceptional because my husband had recently had a windshield repair there. Within 10 minutes we drove to their shop, we were met at the front door by the owner who was able to assess the problem on the spot. He immediately called to order the part from his supplier and had a working window regulator within 2 1/2 hours. The owner even took the time to point out a tiny tiny scratch. It is barely visible but yet he took the time to point it out.. Great experience getting my windshield chip fixed. I got in right away and they did a great job sealing the chip.

They fixed the door window the same day, Sal also delivered the truck to A+ window tinting which is in the same parking lot and I was able to have a ceramic tint put on from them at the same time. Everybody is very friendly and professional, and they removed every single last piece from inside the door so it does not rattle. The price was fair, and they are a great company. If anybody ever experiences the trauma of having their window broken, they are very understanding, caring, and compassionate. On my to work this morning, while traveling on I-80, a rock bounced up and hit my windshield. It put a quarter-sized round(ish) crack in the lower driver's side windshield. I got to work and looked on yelp and found great reviews for Exceptional Auto Glass. Bonus that they were about a mile down the road. I called when they just opened and he said to bring it over. In five minutes I was there. He looked at the crack and said he probably won't try to repair it because there was actually a very small impact crack just above it. He said if he tries to work on it the main crack may bleed into the other small one and initiate a very big crack. We decided to take the risk and he took the car in. 10-minutes later, he had finished it and did a GREAT job....hardly noticeable. I will be back next time I have a windshield issue. read more

Incredible experience. These guys are the most professional and service-oriented businesses I have worked with in a long time. My daughters 2019 Jetta needed a new windshield. I was initially working with Safelite, whose earliest appointment was one week away, so I booked it. After getting the price from them, I thought it wouldn't hurt to check Yelp. I saw that Safelite had 3.5-star average reviews and came across Exceptional Auto Glass and their awesome reviews. I called them and spoke to Sal, who was so kind and helpful. He worked around my schedule and let me know that not only could he could pick up the car same day around 4pm, but he would have it back to me same day, even if it were after hours. When I wasn't sure if the car had rain-sensing wipers, he offered to contact the dealership with the VIN number to to make sure he got the right windshield. His service was stellar, the job was done in less than two hours, and I didn't have to do anything or go anywhere. And price was about 10% better than Safelite. They even carefully peeled off my daughters parking sticker from the old windshield and re-applied it to the new one. The gentleman the picked up the car and the one that dropped it off couldn't have been nicer. I can see why they have soooo many 5-star reviews... and now they have one more. My vehicle had damage on the windshield from a small rock hitting it on the freeway. The individual in charge reviewed the damage and concluded he could probably repair it but noted the damage would not be totally masked. I'm addiction, he wanted me to be aware that the process could result in a complete replacement being required. He noted they did not have any replacement windshields on hand and they may not be able to easily obtain another, given the supply chain issues. I really appreciated his complete honesty and the risk assessment. I was in the process of getting the car ready for sale and chose to leave the windshield alone. I was so impressed by his forthright manner. If I ever need to replace or repair my windshield, this business will be my choice. read more

Apparently, a rock hit the windshield; a small ding went unnoticed for, perhaps, some time. It eventually spread into a crack and was noticed on SAT 7/22/'23. The length had increased noticeably to about 20 inches, one day later. We contacted a leader in windshield repairs via web & made an appointment, Friday of the next week, 7/28. We would have had to wait 5 days, then drive the car from Roseville, CA to a nearby city to get replacement of the windshield. Advice on the web was that with a crack that long it may be dangerous to drive the car for an appreciable distance. Exceptional Auto Glass (EAG) proved that they deserve that name; they are exceptional! We contacted them by phone on MON, 7/24/'23. The owner, Sal, is very knowledgeable and friendly & everyone in EAG staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. They even had the equipment in their shop to perform the recalibration of the windshield required for the collision avoidance system. The work was finished before the estimated time had elapsed, it was excellent work and done for a reasonable price. we do not hesitate to VERY STRONGLY recommend EAG for any job they are willing to take! read more

I can't say enough about this establishment to tell you how great they are. I will never go to another auto glass repair shop again unless it's kicking and screaming. My auto insurance company (state farm) referred me to them when I filed a claim for a cracked windshield. Boy, am I glad they did. I received a call from them inside of 24 hours, they were fast to get me in, and they were as flexible as you could imagine to fit my scheduling needs. When I arrived, they offered me a bottled water, patiently walked me through the paperwork, and then told me it would take no more than 45 minutes to complete the job. The owner is so kind and does everything to help people. I heard him speak with another customer who was paying out of pocket. He was clear about what the customer did and didn't need, and his pricing was extremely reasonable. So even if your insurance isn't paying for the work, you're in good hands.
