I would also call them "low drama." When the installers put on a different shower door handle than what we ordered, we called the office to ask if it could be replaced with the one we ordered. I talked with Chris about it, and he looked into what happened. He explained that even though they had ordered the handle we requested, their supplier had sent the standard package. He said he would re-order our handle and call us when it came in to schedule putting it on. True to his word, about a week later we got a call saying the handle had arrived and asking when we would like to schedule the install. A dude came out as scheduled, and installed the new handle in just a few minutes with a smile on his face. Would it have been better if they had noticed the handle order discrepancy before initial install? Sure, but mistakes are inevitable, and how they handled the situation was perfect.
