The best! Shaun was fast to reply to our request after some recent vandalism to our store front in Sellwood - he gave me an estimate on the same day I called too. The 6' x 8' double pane glass iwas nstalled in less than a week and was he was even flexible on the day so we could do it when our store was closed. It was by no means an easy install either but Shaun helped me understand how to direct a third party to help with the molding preparation and all went smoother than we could have expected. 5 stars for everything from price, to install, service and cleanup! Buyer beware, especially if you're a woman. Had a broken single pane of glass measuring 24 x 30. I was told it would cost $475 dollars to repair! Yes, that's right. Shaun quoted me nearly $500 dollars. Got the glass cut myself ($21) and installed it myself (took roughly 20 minutes). This company seemingly takes advantage of women. So many great reviews, not sure why I got such unprofessional service. I called All Service Glass. Shaun was not too friendly, but who cares, I needed a job done and he had great ratings. I got an estimate via phone, then he came to give me an estimate and take measurements. When I told him we needed to get our other estimate he blew up in an extremely unprofessional manner, saying he would not have come if he knew it was a bid. I'm sorry, he has a service business and any good consumer is going to get 2+ estimates, especially when a job is over $500. EMERGENCY GLASS REPAIR. I called at 4am and Shaun sounded awake! Had a tree fall on my house and had two windows broken. Wow!! Impressive, professional and speedy service! I called Wednesday, sent picture and immediately had quote. Told him yes. He ordered the window and installed it 48 hour later. Install took 20 minutes and he even caulked my sink because I couldn't figure out how to get the goo out (evidently you need a caulking gun). So happy with Shaun's service. 5 stars. We called on Monday about getting some glass repair work done on 70 year old windows. A couple hours later, Don called back and came out to look at the job. I FINALLY took the time to get a window repaired after the outside glass of the double pain was broken over a year ago. They gave us an estimate, said the door was on order and that it would be taken care of by Thursday am.
