I had an overall good experience with exclusive. Our driver, Wayne (hopefully I remembered his name correctly!) was so kind and helpful while transporting us for my sisters wedding. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is communication is a little rough. I was referred to their email address, and when I used it, it was immediately sent back to me. I don't believe I've ever given anyone a negative online review, but I have made a special exception for this company. In summary, they did not provide the service we asked and paid for on my wedding day and they responded inappropriately when we addressed our concerns with them. We asked to have a shuttle bring people from the church to the reception hall, then continue cycling to local hotels throughout the reception. We booked the shuttle for 5 hours (? - not sure the exact initial contract) and confirmed multiple times with the shuttle service that they would stay for longer and charge us extra if we required them. We asked the first shuttle driver to stay until the end of the reception, as it was raining and there were many people who still needed rides to their hotels. Again, we had confirmed multiple times that this was totally fine, they would simply charge us more. The first shuttle driver disappeared and did not return. The event director of the reception hall personally drove my grandparents to their hotel in the rain. While this was a hiccup in the day, I could have believed it was a miscommunication. Perhaps the first driver was not clearly told that we needed him to stay longer. Perhaps he expected someone else to cover the shift. Things like this happen. It's ok. My mom called the shuttle service when she realized the first guy went missing. They apologized and sent a replacement driver. Again, could have forgiven them at this point for the hiccup and ridden it off as a miscommunication. However, the replacement driver they sent very much appeared to be intoxicated. This was apparent to everyone who spoke to him and was independently noted by the event director at the reception hall. I have no way to prove that this man was intoxicated, but he appeared to be so and guests were uncomfortable being transported by him. My mom called customer service the next morning to explain what happened. I heard her on the phone. She was extremely calm and gave nothing more than a play-by-play of events as well as our concerns about the second driver. However, the owner was incredibly rude to her and said something akin to "how DARE you accuse one of our drivers of being drunk." I could literally have forgiven everything that happened, despite the fact that they made my wedding day less than perfect, if they had treated us apologetically or if they had shown any interest in our concerns for the safety of their customers. We felt we had not received what we signed up for and their response was combative and unprofessional. Mistakes happen and are sometimes unavoidable during big events, but I advise you to choose a shuttle service that treats both customer satisfaction and safety appropriately. read more

So upset. We used this car service to get my grandma and grandpa safely home after our wedding and they charged her $85 extra when she asked to change the departure time by 30 minutes. They never once told her about this price increase. I'll remove this review if they refund her the $85. I am shocked and angered that this company takes advantage of the elderly. Please, if you want to have a good, worry free evening, do not book with these people. They demanded advance full payment, sent the wrong bus, the dvd and cd players were both broken and the defrost stopped working on the wind shield half way though the trip. One of my guests had to sit up with the driver and wipe the wind shield so he could see. They are giving me a tiny refund and a $50 gift certificate so I will use them again. I rented an 18 passenger shuttle bus for my wedding on 11/4/2017. I rented their services from 4:00pm-6:30pm and 9:30pm-12:30am. The driver was on time for their pick-up at 4:00PM. One of my bridesmaids paid her the full amount owed for the shuttle, in cash, upon arriving on the bus (we also gave a tip on top of the full amount for the service). The bus driver shuttled my bridal party to the venue (10 minutes from the hotel). The driver NEVER WENT BACK to the hotel to pick up the rest of the guests! I paid for the bus to continuously pick up my guests and bring them to my wedding between the times listed above and she decided to just not go back. My maid of honor had to call Exclusive Car Service over and over until finally she was able to get a hold of the driver (after 40 minutes of calling), who said she didn't know she had to go back to the hotel (Even though it was in my contract). At this point it was 5:50PM. My wedding started at 6:00pm. By the time the driver got to the hotel and picked up the remaining guests, they were all over 20 minutes late to my wedding ceremony. We have to delay the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception because of this! The bus driver also did not know how to work the radio on the bus and said it didn't work, so my bridal party drove to the venue in complete silence. At a later evening drop off (about 9:30PM) only 2 guests were on the bus on their way back to the hotel (a two year old and her babysitter). The bus driver figured out how to work the music apparently and was playing it extremely loud, even after my guest asked her to turn it down because the toddler was trying to sleep. To top it off, I realized a day after my wedding, that Exclusive Car Service charged me TWICE for my service. They charged my credit card for the full payment and also took the full payment in cash that night! After calling the manager about 4 times, they finally took the charge away on my credit card. (I still paid full price for my shuttle). I then tried to speak with the manager about my experience after this and they kept saying they would call me back. I have followed up 8 TIMES and still no call back, or compensation in any way, even though they partially ruined my WEDDING DAY. I cannot express how upset I am that I chose Exclusive Car Service to shuttle my wedding. I would stay as far away from this company as you could. I would never again use them for any service and I advise you do the same. I wish I could have left zero stars on this review. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I booked this company for my wedding to shuttle our guests and wedding party to and from the venue. The hotel the driver had to travel to was located in Holyoke (the same city the company is based out of) and from the hotel they were bringing us to the Log Cabin (also located in Holyoke). The driver we had on the way there was great! He was on time, professional and got us to the Log Cabin without a hitch. Unfortunately the trip on the way home did not go as well...The company ended up sending us 2 shuttles- we only booked 1 but, because there were so many of us being picked up and brought back to the hotel I think they sent 2 in order to get people back quicker- which I thought was great...at the time. The first shuttle driver was the same gentleman we had on the way there and none of my guests had anything bad to say about him or his driving. The 2nd shuttle which my husband and I along with our parents, siblings, aunts, uncles and cousins were on was HORRIBLE! The trip was actually scary. We started driving down the highway, swerving, then the windows on the bus fogged up, the driver couldn't figure out how to defrost them so he pulled over...on the highway! He then missed the exit and we ended up on Riverdale Road in West Springfield. Because he missed a turn again he thought it would be a good idea to put the bus in reverse and back up...on Riverdale Road- the entire bus was screaming at him to stop. We ended up arriving 40 minutes after the other shuttle and missed a good amount of our after party. The driver was rude and unapologetic that he scared half the people on the bus and made our trip back to the hotel triple the amount of time it should have been. I'm not usually the type of person who writes reviews like this and this company could have prevented this review from happening had they not been so nasty on the phone the next day when we called to express our dissatisfaction with the trip. The person who answered turned out to be the owner of the company "Dave" or "David" he was very rude, unprofessional and come to find out, he was the terrible driver we had from the night before! If you are looking for a stress free ending to your night whatever you do- DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY, THEY SHOULD NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR GETTING YOU AND YOUR LOVED ONES HOME SAFELY! Also- my best friend got married a month after I did and had already booked this company for her wedding at the time of this terrible experience. She hoped they wouldn't have any issue like we did but unfortunately they did. The driver that they paid to shuttle wedding guests to the hotel after the wedding picked up 1 group of people then never returned to the venue to pick up the remaining guests. Once the driver finally did return she complained that someone had called her boss to ask why she didn't come back then had the audacity to ask where her tip was. Talk about unprofessional! Horrible service! Wayne was my driver. They took my money and the bus broke down at the first stop (1 of 10 stops) so we had to Uber the rest of the way. They refuse to return my money (north of $800) and are providing horrible customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. No morals and bad business. I would Never recommend to anyone due to how they handled our issue just last weekend! July 2018! If you are looking to get taken, get on this bus! Booked a 28 person bus for 10 hours. Was given a rate and gave a $50 deposit. When we made our first stop we handed over the rate we were told plus the drivers tip. We had the bus from 11am - 9pm, but at 5pm the driver said you guys only have 2 hours left. I argued with him the we had the bus until 9 and the driver said he had gone beyond his hours to drive. Then came up with a story about paying an additional 85 an hour to make it till 9, mind you I paid the full quoted rate plus a $300 dollar tip. We get dropped off and the driver calls me and starts yelling at me about how we cut him short. I end up calling the owner and he says well it sounds like you may have overpaid, I'll look into it and get back to you, 4 days of playing try to reach Mr. manager/ owner whatever, he calls back and says yes it looks like you are due a refund, I just need to figure out how much. Later that day my wife calls and he says ya my driver said you only gave him $800 in cash! We have almost $1400! He said to my wife do you feel strongly enough to make a police report! The bus had a past due inspection sticker as well. This place does bait and switch, gives you a quote, and come the day of the trip AFTER you pay the change times and amounts. Conveniently on the email confirmation, it gives a start time but not a finish time or a duration! Please stay away from this awful business! read more

If negative stars was an option, this company would be just that. It's pathetic I am forced to even give them one. A friend booked this company for her birthday with a group of friends to celebrate with a few fun locations in mind. We were late getting to our first destination because the speakers in the van didn't work. The SPEAKERS in the van DID NOT WORK. The driver had no clue. Other than having a responsible driver, the main reason for renting this van was not even available. You would think these things would be sorted out prior. So, as I said, we were late to our first destination because we had to backtrack to get a speaker to make up for the lack-thereof. We went over the time allotted in which we had the van due to an unfortunate event on the way home that was out of our control. We went over by only 2 hours, again, due to a circumstance out of our control. My friend was charged a lot of money for the time over and when she fought it, she was no only uncompensated whatsoever for the lack of a sound system, but treated poorly and completely dismissed. She rented the bus for 6 hours, was not provided what she paid for, and the company didn't have the decency to take it into account and instead took more of her money. Pathetic. The worst car service I've ever dealt with. Not only did they not succeed to hold to their contract on my wedding day, the driver was extremely rude and unprofessional. Not only did she two hours into our contract come find me and very rudely point out that she has not gotten her tip yet (as she still had another 3 hours to go in our contract) she rolled her eyes when I proceeded to give her a tip although her shift wasn't even close to over yet. My family stood outside in the cold for over 45 minutes which we were told she should make a trip every 20 minutes. We called the company and was told they could not find her. Upon her return she then yelled at me that I called her boss. As a bride and with a very small amount of guests actually staying at the hotel she was shuttling guests too my demands were very little and I did not find actions to be professional by any means. Please don't waste your time or money!!! I will never use this company again. Disgusting customer service as well as they do not care. This was not my first negative encounter as my best friend used them for her wedding as well and the driver who was supposed to be providing a safe ride for all of her guests showed up intoxicated. read more

1. do not choose them even if you want some "luxurious" services. it is not worth it, as they charge extremely high prices for the same standard of service as those of similar companies, e.g. $110 (them) versus $20 (another company). 2. when i made my reservation with them, they did not make sure that i really got the price, and thus they charged me a much higher price than i expected. the next time when my friend called for the same route they did make sure that she got the price. in other words, they do not treat customers in the same way, and i don t know whether this is their approach to make easy money. 3. they did not offer me any further explanation regarding the confusion, although twice they promised me that they would. as a result, twice i had to call them after being cheated, and after these these calls i still have not gotten an explanation. read more
