My esthetician is Vanessa and she's great! She always talks me through what my skin needs both during the facial and after for my skin care. She always makes sure she's aware of what my skin goals are whenever I go. While they do sell products here as well, I've never felt like it was ever forced on me and she's have given me samples a few times to make sure I actually like it! This is both The Acne Spot and Taylor'd Skin Studio, with everything sharing one lobby. It's very relaxing in all areas including the lobby and the facial rooms. I ended up getting the membership that included one custom facial among other things like the red light therapy. The lobby is where the Glow Your Own Way red light therapy stations are and it's just as relaxing as inside the rooms. The lot for this plaza is fairly large so Ive also never had issues with parking! Highly recommend if you're looking to improve your skin!

She does an exceptional job, she's funny, and she takes her time to make sure everything is completely clean so you know it'll be perfect! The vibe itself is so cute, and everything is extremely sanitary. There was cleansing wipes for you to use inside the room before they see you and I think small details like that are what make for the best experiences! I had a woman who was so precise and so gentle thread my cheeks, and I feel like she could have been making the world more beautiful, but instead she was with me. Her thread was thin (iykyk), and she had me holding back skin and getting angles no one has ever hit before. She made me feel things I didn't know I could feel anymore. She was so welcoming that I legit had to question if everyone who walked in there was a regular. They were not. A real regular came in and I saw the difference. It was still cute though. Loved that everyone gets that kind of treatment.
