The…read moreRussian pedicure is done with a machine that kinda looks like a bonnet style hair dryer , but is a air filtering device that takes all the debris from your pedi including neutralizing the fumes (it might be my imagination about the fumes but this salon does not have any chemical smell I still got the full on soak and massage /rinse in the bowl, but the gel application and filing/cleaning prepping was done with this machine silently sitting next to the technician Regarding the skill level of Jennifer, she is meticulous and thorough. She had to even out my nails and get the cuticles in order. I had cut my own gel covered nails prior and that was a mistake because it made them more uneven Jennifer spent a lot of time getting my toes in order. My appointment was at 4:15 and I didn't get finished till 545 pm. I left my Stanley there , and Jennifer called me and waited for me to return to pick it up which was after closing . also a quick note: Jennifer take Venmo or cash.

Then after touching a dirty UV light dryer, I proceeded to go through FOUR different gel colors because they were all extremely different from the samples. The owner said it was because the samples were faded! At this point I was done, I just said stop working I am leaving - owner charged me for a full manicure (even though I got no polish and barely "manicured" nails) and the poorly applied gel clear coat. Bottom line: this place is dirty and a rip off. Horrible customer service.
