Apparently the $119.00 is for the first half hour - so my mistake if this is the case. The plumber cleaned out the drains for two sinks (I have dual sinks in the Master Bath, plus the overflow drains as well). Work took about 45 minutes. Bathroom was left in the same condition - so they do clean up after themselves. I tested the drains before he left - they now drain properly! Bill total came to $146.00.

Our tech Larry showed up at 11:40am and got right to work looking at the sewer access lines. He spent about 30 minutes snaking out a line in the 20 degree weather and cleared it out. He ran a bunch of water to double check the drainage afterwards as well. Great job done there. They are not the cheapest option in town but more recently I've found that you really are getting what you pay for in this area. Worth every penny for excellent same day service. I hope I don't need to but if something like this happens again I will be using Cameron for it.

Raymond did a poor job of communicating the project schedule and next steps. We never knew when he was actually coming by to complete the work. When we called for updates we got the run around or he blamed it on other entities. One of the last steps was replacing the concrete, seen in the photos. We asked how many people would be working with him, he said a few around 4 people. In actuality it just was him and his son that helped. This was the sloppiest concrete job and evident that Raymond, a plumbing expert, has no business laying concrete. He definitely should've outsourced this part of the project. The concrete is uneven and bows down, which is a safety hazard. Left a broken piece of the wood frame in and just overall the messiest concrete application I've seen. Our garden bed is ruined, he didn't put enough dirt back before adding the brick. We're extremely unsatisfied with Odemz craftsmanship. We would've appreciated if Raymond was upfront about his capabilities and any changes in the project schedule. We feel he just took our money, knowing he didn't know what he was doing.

This is a scam and a ripoff. Someone came in to look at our garbage disposal in the sink for 15…read moreminutes. They fixed the clog and charged us $165 for it! Then they said the garbage disposal had a crack and we should replace it. When we inquired how much it would cost, they said it would cost $565 including service. The garbage disposal costs $130-$150 at home depot. We pushed back and said that they were significantly marking the price up. When we checked the prices online and let them know, they said it could be done for $425. We refused. All in all, a very unpleasant experience. The guy who came in looked like he didn't want to be here. I do not recommend using them. The big mistake we made is that we should have inquired about the cost before having them come over for "servicing".
