I wanted to write a review because the lack of reviews almost prevented me from using ExecuCar. I used ExecuCar's online form to request a car to pick my girlfriend and I up from the airport and drop us off at our hotel, as well as take us to the airport for our return flight. I used their online form to set this up a few days before our first flight. I had a text message from ExecuCar waiting when my plane landed telling me that my driver, Rahim N., was waiting for us at baggage claim. Rahim was extremely friendly and he immediately helped us with our luggage. It must have been less than 10 minutes between landing and being in the car on our way to the hotel. The return trip was just as great. We checked out a bit before our pickup time and Rahim was already waiting. I decided to go with ExecuCar over a taxi, Shuttle, or Uber because I didn't want to risk waiting at the airport or missing our return flight because we couldn't get a timely ride. I also prefer paying a fixed amount ahead of time instead of the potentially of being surprised by a high taxi bill. I choose ExecuCar over their competition because their online form was incredibly friendly and easy to use. They weren't the cheapest, but I found their rates to be fair and they were definitely far from the most expensive car service in the area. If you are looking for stress free, friendly transportation, I highly recommend ExecuCar. read more

Will not use them again! I booked them a few days ahead as I needed to leave for the airport by 4:30am. Booked them so I didn't stress. I received a call at 2:45am the morning of my flight saying they did not have a car to send but they were calling me now so I could make other arrangements. I had no other arrangements. So at 2:50am I was downloading the Uber app. I was a afraid to use Uber but they were much more reliable and only a third of the cost. read more

Booked a round-trip reservation for the first time with Execucar for a family vacation in Orlando this past week. The online process was easy, I was even able to use an online discount code I found prior to booking. I received an email confirmation along with detailed instructions explaining what to do upon arriving at the airport. When our plane landed I had already received a text from our driver Safiq instructing us that once we claimed our bags to go to a designated pickup location and call him from there. We did as we were instructed and Safiq was there to meet us. He was very friendly & professional. The vehicle was clean and is great condition. Safiq told us it would be about a 20-25 minute ride to our hotel (which it was). The traffic was somewhat heavy on this day, but Safiq was very safe in his driving. He opened the doors for us and unloaded our luggage. Five days later was the return trip. We received a reminder text the day before with an estimated pickup time of 5:50 a.m. as our flight was scheduled to depart at 7:50. That morning there were thunderstorms and heavy rain in the area. At 5:24 we received a text from Execucar that our driver Harold was 1 mile away and at 5:33 we received another text that our driver was outside the hotel. We were extremely thankful for the extra few minutes. Harold helped us load our luggage in the pouring rain. He made sure we were in the SUV and safely buckled up. The vehicle was clean and the temperature was just right. Harold was very conscientious of his speed as the rain was coming down. We arrived at the airport and again Harold helped us unload in the pouring rain. He too was friendly and professional. Note: On the return ride, I noticed a small sign in the window where I was sitting (passenger side, middle row) that stated Tips Not Included in Fare and Are Appreciated. I was somewhat confused by this because I was charged Gratuity when I booked. I tipped both drivers a little "extra" because they were so nice and its Christmas time, however, I hope they received the additional money I paid upfront. Please clarify this policy, otherwise, we enjoyed using your service and will do so in the future! read more

Only reason they got 3 stars is I paid to be driven in a luxury SUV and got a luxury SUV, brand new. Otherwise, the driver never helped us with our bags and stayed about 20 feet in front of us while I was trying to push a wheelchair with my one little boy, and watching my husband and other little boy (running) to keep up with our driver. When you pay $200+ for a chauffer, I expect to be helped with bags, or at least help my child. read more

Only used it this once so far, but everything went smoothly and plan on using again next time I need to transport a lot of people and luggage to the airport. read more

On time.. Professional and easy to book online.. The driver was very professional and the Mercedes I rode in was clean and fitting as an executive class ride should be. Rarely do I find such timely professional and comfortable rides to the airport. For road warriors we all know how little things add up to more comfort which makes all the miles a bit more worthwhile.. I made a round trip reservation with Super Shuttle Execucar on their website to the TPA airport. I thought it might be a good idea to have a customer service phone number handy just in case I needed quckj access to a live person. There is no such thing. Calling several numbers listed on their various websites I always ended up in the same menu and had to listen to a lengthy menu without the chance to talking to a person for 15 minutes. When I complained about the long wait time I got the laconic answer, "Well, Sir, we are busy". after I said that I am not winning m tome in the lottery the person hung up. Needless to say, I immediately cancelled my reservation and booked with another company. Customer service is not optional for service businesses. Stay away from the Execucar. read more

This is a scam. I booked a car and they got the dates wrong and when i called them they put me on hold for 20 minutes. they were unable to figure out anything. i asked for a refund and they refused and said i had to go on another website and "file for a refund". Also extremely stupid and rude people. read more

Great experience. As promised the driver was by baggage claim waiting for us. The company had also texted us with the drivers name and information (unexpected but extremely helpful). Scheduled a ride from home to Orlando International. I had an international flight and had pickup time scheduled for 4am. The app showed my car sitting idle no where near me at 4am. I contacted the driver using the app and received no response. I tried three times with no response and the car not appearing to make any movement. I ended up driving myself to the airport and having to park for 24 days which cost way more than the original price to book the ExecuCar through SuperShuttle. I cancelled the return trip I had scheduled and sent an email. The prepaid charge was refunded immediately. At least they did that, but that was the only acknowledgment I received from them. No apology, no contact, no nothing. On my return I did receive an email requesting a copy of my parking receipt and was informed they would refund me the difference of what my parking fee was vs. what I would have paid for the booking. I thought, ok, at least they are doing something. I returned the receipt and never heard anything back. I followed up a week later, no response. No check has been received a month later. I will not be using them again. read more

The car was lovely and clean. The driver was late and rude. No offer to help with bags and contested the fact that I had been waiting for 30 minutes. When I called to cancel my return trip, the office support was slow with long hold times. For a $120 trip, this service was not worth it. read more

Can I please say, "THIS is the way to travel"!! Our driver was waiting for us at the airport with my name on what appeared to be an iPad. He helped my husband get the bags, loaded us up, asked what type of music we'd like to listen to and had us on our way. I usually choose for the van to pick me up. But since this time I had my husband and kids with me we chose to use ExecuCar. This was a great choice!! Will definitely use them again!! read more

Nightmare ride. Driver was not at baggage claim when we arrived. He had trouble getting out of the airport and then set the GPS to avoid toll roads. After it was obvious that the driver had no idea where he was going I pulled out my phone and the driver continued to drive for miles after we told him he was going in the wrong direction. He tried to drop us off at 1:30am at a water park telling us it was our hotel. Our 20 minute no traffic drive from the airport to our hotel turned into a 2 hour nightmare as the driver refused our repeated requests to turn around. When we finally did arrive at our hotel the driver entered the driveway going against traffic and nearly DROVE INTO THE LOBBY! As its 2:30am I will call Execucar in the morning and demand that they make this right. What a f'd up way to start a vacation. read more

ExecuCar provided a great experience. The website was easy to navigate and email communication was timely. The driver texted my phone before we landed in Orlando. Our flight was early and the driver was there waiting at the foot of the escalator. I recommend ExecuCar for your travel from MCO to the hotel and back. The cost is higher than a group van but definitely worth it. Two adults and three children round trip, including gratuity, was less than $200. The Luxury SUV was immaculate and so comfortable. Upon leaving the Portofino Bay Hotel (at 0600) the driver called my cell and texted to let me know he was early and waiting for us. I appreciate the timeliness and communication of ExecuCar drivers. Please do not use this service.*** They have no concern for you or the people abandoned at an airport at 12am. I booked a car for my 94 year old mother, 2 kids under 9 and 3 other family members. This was at VPS Florida airport. My sister followed the instructions to the baggage claim as stated in writing on the reservation paperwork. After a long day on planes my 94 year old mom was extremely tired. After looking and asking around for 20 minutes or more they called me. I called Execucar (super Shuttle) they put me on hold for 20 minutes I hung up called back and the 1st of 8 calls the woman looked up the reservation number " oh yes I see ride for 6 under our last name and that the driver had checked that they were picked up" NO they are waiting for your driver!!. She put me on hold waited 10 minutes. She then said I will connect you to dispatch and they can help you. So a man answered said yes I am here waiting for them he repeated the reservation number, 6 people and our last name, I asked where are you in the airport he said behind the desk by staircase. I call my sister they can not find him any where at this time of night the airport is pretty much closed only rental cars open they ask around no has heard of execucar and super shuttle does not go to this airport. Called back 7 more times they were unable to figure out anything but all said they had the reservation number 6 people and our last name. I asked for a supervisor and then a guy tells me that he doesn't see my reservation and I am telling him are you kidding me he says oh It was cancelled. This service is a joke. I scheduled a ride from home to the airport with a 3:30 am pickup. It was only $6 more to take this private black car than to take the shared van shuttle. Their app was clear and helpful in seeing where my driver was and what car I could expect. The driver arrived exactly on time in a vehicle that was clean and very comfortable. He was helpful with my bags and extraordinarily kind and helpful. I felt safe and welcome. I look forward to the next opportunity to use this service. read more

I think giving this company 1 star is generous. This company was supposed to pick me up at 3:55 pm in Orlando to bring my family to the airport. We went outside to wait at 3:45 figuring they would be early. By 4:00 the driver was still not there so I was getting worried and called the company. The automated service said he was 15 miles away. I am thinking the driver would not be there until 4:30. This was not acceptable. They did not even give me a call to tell me the driver was running late. If I didn't call I would have no idea how late he was going to be. In the mean time I had the hotel try and get us transportation while waiting on hold for 15 minutes waiting to talk to a real person. When she finally answered she out me on hold again. She finally said they will send me an emergency car. I told her I was going to miss my flight and didn't have time for that. The hotel was able to get us a car at 4:30 we boarded it. Shortly after we left execu car driver showed up and tried to claim we were a no show. They said because we were a no show we would not be getting a refund. After a while of convincing them the driver was a no show not us, we had to leave or we would miss out flight. They finally agreed to a refund. A simple phone call telling me your driver was running late would have been greatly appreciated. They sent me a confirmation text 3 days prior to remind me of my ride to the airport. So they clearly had my number. My family owns a travel agency and we book A LOT to Florida. We will never recommend this company to any of our clients. read more

The driver was nowhere to be found, despite a text saying he was in baggage claim. I put in two calls to customer service who told me driver was on his way. The first told me he was 10 minutes out; the next that he was trying to park his car. Really? At 1 am? After a text already proclaiming he was in baggage claim? My team was scheduled to arrive near midnight for a conference and I didn't want to have to mess with finding a cab that takes AMEX. So while I waited for our flight to take off from SLC I Googled shuttle service for Orlando and found ExecuCar as a service through Super Shuttle which I have used many times. The service was fantastic and I used it again for my return trip to the airport. According to a colleague who took a cab from the airport our ExecuCar was only $10 more than the cab and well worth the additional money. The staff was courteous and the car was clean. read more

I received an email confirmation within 24 hours of booking service. I received a text 24 hours prior to confirm pickup and a text once our driver arrived. SUV was very clean, well maintained. Our driver was very courteous, loaded all luggage and helped everyone into the vehicle. Transport to the airport was very uneventful.
