I was referred to Caesar from a friend (one of those friends who has a person for literally everything and every single one of them are top notch). Something hit my windshield yesterday and it hit hard. It made a huge impact and I didn't want to wait to take care of it. I called yesterday afternoon and they came out to my home today. I called and he tried to explain why he couldn't come out again. Apparently, this company doesn't stand by their work. Another company has returned my call and they were only charging $90. I wasn't expecting a brand new windshield, but I wasn't expecting to look worse than it started. After they were done repairing it, it looked ok. A day or two in the heat and it just started to look worse. Not to mention that when the technician was drilling a hole for the resin, his drill slipped and added an extra scratch. I called to complain about it and all they could offer me is a brand new windshield minus the cost of the initial repair. I said no since they didn't stand behind their initial work. Again I cannot stress enough have nothing to do with this company. I contacted the BAR (CA. Bureau of Automotive Repairs) and filed a complaint with them, which is now pending. Ceasar the owner did a "bait and switch" on me, he gave no written estimated of repairs then crammed the bill almost $200 after he replaced my windshield. He is now called me threating me with a lawsuit, saying he has contacted his lawyer. I sent him a check which he now refuses to cash for the full amount he is trying to cram on me. I will deal with him legally and that is why I am writing this review Buyer Beware!!!! Scam billing and threatening behavior!!! Look, I get it. You see a one star rating and you dismiss it because you think this one person had a "one-off" experience. I do the same thing. All I am going to do is recount my exact experience and let you decide for yourself how may stars it deserves. I had a very small crack in the windshield. To be specific, like the size of a pen point. It was so small that I had to really inspect it in my garage to see if it was a crack. Didn't grow, but I was annoyed by it after a few weeks. So we looked on Yelp for someone who could come to our house and came across Executive Auto Glass. We made an appointment for a mobile repair at my home and were given a time frame of 12-2 on a Monday. First, they simply never showed up, never called. I had other things to do on a work day and moved them around so I could be around to be here. Nothing, not a call, nothing. So we called them to see if there was a mixup and they gave us no answer why, but said they'd be there are our home the following day. I should have picked up on this. The next day they actually came over. First thing I noticed on their van was that they have a sticker that clearly indicates that they take credit cards. But for some reason he insisted that he could only take cash for the $85 fix. I now get that this was sketchy and I should have known better. But, still. So i kindly give them each a water and go in the house and let them do their thing and a half hour later they ask me to come out. I have never had a windshield repaired so I wasn't sure what I was looking at and whether this absolutely mess of a resin blotch on my windshield was going to dry and disappear or not. Frankly, I imagined it HAD to because the mess they left looked awful and I knew that no professional would ever consider this "done" the way it looked. On top of that, there way now ANOTHER small crack and a large three inch crack connecting the two. That's right, I paid these guys to come to my home and give me another crack and a long connecting one. As they reviewed their handiwork, they claimed that because my car was parked outside "in the heat" that it caused the additional crack. It was a FEB day and it was 62 degrees and the only reason my car was out of the garage overnight because these guys never showed up the day before. It wasn't anywhere near a hot day. Then, they claimed I had a bunch of "tiny little cracks that you can't see" all over my windshield and I should get it replaced. Of course, THEY replace windshields. It was clear to me at that point that they saw me as a sucker with an expensive car and I was being scammed. I wanted to the experience to be over and just said "yeah maybe some other time, blah blah" and they took their cash and left. However, after seeing that the resin never dried and the crack they created was a major deal compared to what it was before, we called them back and expressed our dissatisfaction. At that point Cesar told us he was sorry and would come back to our home and refund our $85. While I found that to be an admission of guilt, I was fine with his gesture and decided not to share my experience on yelp. Plus, I now needed the $85 to go towards my insurance deductible because my windshield absolutely needed to be completely replaced at this point due to their handiwork. Well, true to form, Cesar never came back to my home to give us back our money nor did he ever call. So what a huge waste of time and money this experience was. There ya go folks, you decide whether you'd get better service than this. But at least you were warned and you now know for sure that at least THIS yelp review for this company isn't fake or done so I could get a discount or anything like that. Good luck! read more

Executive Auto Glass was called to repair a stone chip in my windshield in mid-January of 2019. The chip was small and an associated crack of about an inch was there as well. I made an appointment for the tech to come to my residence on a Friday. No show. I called EAG and rescheduled for the next day. The repair was done on that day. About a week later the crack expanded to the width of the windshield. Over the next several days I texted, phoned , and emailed multiple times and got no response. I understand this can happen with cracks but the company should respond to follow up calls. This company ignored my requests in spite of a supposed warranty on their work. I had a new windshield installed by a competitor. Do your homework if you need auto glass. read more

Bought a car that the front windshield was shattered. I had called they provided a quote and I booked an appointment. They called 15 minutes prior to arrival- showed up on time. Replaced the windshield with sensor in 20 minutes. He also took a few minutes and helped me put the bumper back in the clips so it's not protruding. I bought the car a hot mess with the intention of getting it just driveable but it is looking pretty nice. I was so impressed that I have another appointment to replace another windshield which has been broken for at least 5 years - safelite had quoted me $500 to replace and Executive quoted me $220. read more

Wow! The workmanship and prices are UNBEATABLE. They came out to me during one of our worst storms in decades, so they worked in my garage. The work took less than 30 min and they made sure to clean up afterwards. I will FOREVER recommend these guys for all auto glass repairs. I needed to replace my front windshield on my 2002 Lexus rx300, my mechanic wanted $380 and said it would take 2 to 3 weeks to receive the glass. i called several more companies and they all were at that range. then i found Executive Auto Glass, I called and spoke with Cesar and he said he could be there that same day!!! the cost was $280!!! Huge thanks to Executive Auto Glass! My husband and I have been working on my 03 Corolla that is now my husbands commuter car. The last thing was to reseal the windshield so that it didn't sound like an air tunnel on the freeway. Two companies where called and we went with Executive Auto Glass, which was cheaper and had great reviews. We appreciated that we were warned that windshields, from time to time, break during removal, and were given the price to remove and seal the current glass, as well as replacing it. They were able to do same day service. We expected to take my car in for the price quoted, but they came to us. They were a few minutes later than our appointment time, so my husband called, but I'm sure they were just running late and trying to make up some time. We went for the replacement since it wasn't a huge price difference and the old windshield already had a sealed crack, but there was no pressure we just thought it would be best. Not only did they do an awesome job with my windshield, but they even noticed a dent and offered to try getting it out with the suction cup. My car is older, so anything would have been and improvement. The dent is now only noticeable if you are looking for it and look at just the right angle. They didn't have to, but they did, which is huge, and why I am writing this review. TL;DR Thanks Executive Auto Glass for doing an awesome job, at a reasonable price, and going above and beyond by not treating my POS car like a POS. read more

I called Cesar this morning at 10am, and he quoted $250 to change the front windshield on a 2013 Hyundai Elantra. The car was in the Aliso Viejo Walmart parking lot. By 12:30pm Noel showed up with all the tools needed, and a new windshield, and did an EXCELLENT job. Noel really knows what he's doing, and was mindful of the glass pieces that fell off, and vacuum cleaned them. Noel is a true artist, and did a great job. Then when time came to pay, the bill came to $280. We haggled a bit, and luckily I had cash, but this kind of bait and switch is just not acceptable. So in conclusion, I recommend Noel, I do not recommend Cesar. Use this company at your own risk! read more
