My windshield cracked over the weekend, I contacted them on Sunday 6/21 and they came out the next day for the repair. They gave me a window of 1-3PM Monday 6/22. The only problem I had was that I hadn't heard from them come 3 o clock. I gave them half an hour before I finally called them to see where they were, they were about 15 mins out. This company took a bad experience and made it not so bad. I had someone break into my car by smashing my front passenger window out. I came out to my car to drive to work and found it that way. Not a great start to my day. I drove to work and called Executive Auto Glass and they said it might take until the following morning to locate the materials they would need to fix my window. I agreed and went to work. 30 minutes after I called I received a return call and they told me that it was possible to fix it that same day. I was stoked. They came to my work to do the job. When they arrived they were professional and courteous. They literally finished replacing my window in about 30 minutes. And they even cleaned the broken glass from the inside and outside of my car.
