Worst bait and switch I've ever experienced. I called to get prices for vehicle windshield replacement and I spoke with George I give him full vin so he can review and pull dimensions and confirm size and what it will require. He tells me that my vehicle has rain sensor and radar cruise control and that windshield will require It to be calibrated which they are unable to do. George told me the price will be 395 + tax and that he will be able to come out to do the work at our home. I said that will be fine and we scheduled the appointment. The installer arrived and here it came "This windshield is a specialty windshield it will need to be correct size so that sensors work" so they show up with wrong size windshield after verifying what we needed and gave us a price. He then says he can go get the right size but the price will be $795 now. Worst way of doing business very unprofessional and to waste time instead of being upfront and trying to deceive people like it's no big deal. So many companies out there that do this type of work and doing these bad practices is amazing. UPDATE: I was sent an apology for inconvenience. My vehicle info they received didn't match up in system however my car doesn't have option he is explaining HUD so there is misinformation maybe from installer not really sure. We have Driver Assistance Windshield according to Cadillac which is what they brought but, somehow they said we needed HUD windshield which we don't have. read more

George met me at the office. he let me know that it was a really bad chip and would still be visible. I visited the Orange location. If you are shopping around for estimates from various shops for your job, then I highly suggest that you put this place at the bottom of your list due to severe lack of customer service and professionalism. I initially came here to get an estimate on getting my convertible top replaced before taking my vehicle to get body repair. I visited three shops in the area and wrote down the estimate I received at each location for future reference. To start, this location is hard to get into. There is a narrow parking lot that is mostly full and with additional cars haphazardly double parked throughout, so good luck in finding parking if you go to get an in-person estimate. I got parking easily due to having a small car, but a larger car would have been much more difficult. Second, there is no actual entrance, so you have to walk around to find someone to speak with once you arrive. I surprisingly had to walk around a few minutes even in the garage before getting someone to come out and see my car just as I decided to leave. Those were just some initial barriers. What really turned me off was what happened afterwards. A few days before I was scheduled to get my car from the body shop I used the online auto estimate tool on the store's website. I gave all my contact info, information about my previous visit, and information about interior work I wanted on my car that I did not mention during that visit. Two days later I hadn't heard from the shop. I don't know why they have that feature on their website for customers to use if they have no intention of responding to requests. After I picked up my car I still drove over here to again talk with someone in person about all the work I needed done. This was barely a week later and I still had my sheet of paper for reference but when I mentioned the initial estimate I received, $600 parts $800 labor, that person said, no, he told me $1600 total, then made a face and accused me of "playing games" before walking away. I don't know why I received two different priced estimates from him within 9 days; I may have misheard him or he may have been in a happier mood the first time around. I would have gladly heard him out on the reason why the second estimate was $200 more than what I thought I heard the first time, but when he immediately dismissed me as a liar I knew this was a shop I wanted nothing to do with. I am a man of my word, so I take offense at someone questioning my integrity as a paying customer, and I am sure many others out there would react the same when trying to find a fair deal. Whether it's being too dismissive of customers, or having a bad memory, or not paying attention to what they are saying to customers when estimates are requested, any one of these reasons is enough to stay away from this company. Update: I received a call from the shop's owner as soon as he was aware of my review. He took more information from me and said he'd address his staff on the way I was treated.
