Wow! Was I impressed! We woke up to a flooded bathroom, hallway, and two bedrooms from a leak in the toilet inflow water hose- metal reinforced tubing, but plastic nut that split. Water inches deep and carpet/drywall/baseboards all soaked, and in standing water. Probably ran (shot out) for about 8-10 hrs only -such a mess. I called Executive Carpet Services (by referral) and they responded immediately. Water extraction done quickly and then they proceeded with drying out everything- 11 fans and 3 dehumidifiers (2 large rooms, Br, closet, hallway). Took days, but necessary and they applied mold prevention. Moisture/water all tested before and after with their infrared? meters to be sure all was dry. Baseboards, that may need removal for the drying process, need reattaching (someone else needs to do, or subcontracted out- they can give names) and some new ones (ruined with water). These guys are experienced professionals at a very reasonable rate. They are also very personable and a real joy to work with. We worked with Tom (owner), Benjamin, Adam and James - a pleasure. I originally called them yesterday and their quote beat everyone else's, plus I was really impressed by the customer service I received from Benjamin when I called. Even better was that they were able to accommodate our need and come out the following day. Our daughter had had the stomach flu and the carpets were old as it was, so we really needed them cleaned ASAP. Adam and his team came into our rental home to do an estimate for our property management for a leak that had caused a lot of water damage and mold. Josh cleaned my carpet, spot treated, and called me after to let me know that there were some wear spots around where furniture was, but overall the carpet looks great for its age. I highly recommend this company for their responsiveness, I wanted my carpets cleaned before we moved furniture in, and Josh was honest about what he could do for me and my realtor was there and said he was so professional and did a fantastic job. We just had new carpet installed 2 months ago. Last week our dog carried in some mysterious blue liquid on her paws and left a mark on the carpet. I called Executive Carpet Services and they came out the next day. Dalton and his assistant were on time, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I originally had another company come out to fix my bathroom drywall and the issue came right back after a few days. I was not surprised as they were only here 15min. and the technician was beyond rude. I called Executive because my cat had an "accident" which got on the carpet. They answered right away and had a same day appointment. The technician Brennan called me when he was on the way. Water seeped into two walls from an outside source. Not only did Ben coordinate services, he helped me further troubleshoot the possible causes.
