2018 Ram 2500 Diesel Brought into Executive in Wallingford, CT for 15k service on 12/21/18. Drive the truck around for the holidays and today 12/27/18 I noticed spots under the truck while at a friends house. Inspect it and realize it's oil. Head down the street to my home to get the paperwork from the service and inspect my driveway where it's always parked to find multiple oil spots on the drive way. Spent $600 on service and this is what you get. Buy a $70k truck and they don't perform professional services on it. Very unhappy with my experience. Beware of your service needs at this dealership. *Picture posted below to show the oil on my driveway* *Update* Contacted the dealer and they had me bring the truck in. They look it over and inform me that it was residual oil left over on the belly pan from when the oil change was performed. This tells me it was done carelessly and unprofessionally. Beware!

I would give this purchase a 4.5 is possible but am rounding up since half stars are not allowed. I purchased a new Jeep Wrangler 2017 recently from this dealer. Since the 2017 models were so new and so few had been delivered to dealerships, I was coming in from out of state to pick up the vehicle. I was very pleased with the sales experience and my salesperson Tim H. Everything was as expected when I flew in from out of town with my purchase price, financing terms, and sales contracts. I was able to sign all of the documents quickly and leave the same morning. The dealership was professional and my sales person kept everything well coordinated throughout my purchase from initial sales call to sale completion. I also very much love my new Jeep. The only negative thing I have to say about my experience is was during part of the financing process that my credit was run 6 times to different creditors. Since my credit score was good, I was bummed to see how much it dropped from the excessive number of inquiries. Although the financing manager explained to me it was his job to get the best rate possible, I have never had any dealership run that many different inquiries on my behalf of applying for auto credit and they did not inquire with Chrysler Capital which is whom I had requested as my first option. My advice would be to keep tabs on this part a bit more if you purchase here, but other than that I was very happy with the purchase and would recommend the dealership to others.

Good experience. Staff was friendly and attentive. Nick went above and beyond to assist with the buying process.

Yes, we have an O'Reilly's battery. That was purchased 2/24 which usually is two year warranty…read morebecause we didn't put any number with this product. They won't honor replacing the battery which I think that's pretty shitty not everybody owns a phone or has a number to put down for something that you could clearly see is only under the two year warranty. I just don't understand why they can't replace it and send the battery back to the manufacturer.

Worst store ever. I went in today to do an oil change on our car. As I walked in the sales person…read more(I use this term loosely) asked what I needed. Had he not asked I simply would have walked up to get the components myself. I gave him the year, make and model of my vehicle. After typing it into the computer, he proceeded to tell me how hungry he was then... no lie turned around to check his cell saying "has anyone texted me?". Who he was asking I have no clue but I had to wait for him to put his phone down. We walked back to the oil section and I told him I wanted whatever was on sale and high mileage. He proceeded to tell me that "everything is on sale" before telling me I needed to put synthetic oil in the car. I said I didn't need it, the car has well over 150k and just need the simple on sale high mileage. He proceeded to try to tell me I was wrong but, pulled the normal high mileage oil off the shelf when I said basic (with an audible sigh mind you). He then proceeded to walk over to the oil filter section and tell me that unfortunately the filter that comes with this product is crap. I said it's just our around town car and we don't go far. I said had I still had my mini Cooper I'd opt for something better like a FRAM. He then tells me that's stupid because you can't say FRAM and better in the same sentence. I said I'd used K&N in the past as well and he told me I was stupid because they're crap too... It's at this point, had he continued to talk, I wouldn't be writing this review. I'd be waiting to be bailed out of jail. Had he uttered one more derogatory word, I'd have likely swung on him. I've been working with my dad on cars since I was about 8 years old. I don't assume to know everything HOWEVER, I too am in customer service (albeit in the Information Tech field as a manager), I have NEVER in my life dismissed someones opinion on a product even if I knew they were wrong. I MAY suggest something different based on experience but never act like this. After leaving I called the store. THAT kid picked up and I asked to talk to the manager (Matt). He was at least cordial. I explained to him what happened. He was very apologetic and asked why I didnt say something when I was there. I told him I've got a very even temper with a long fuse, however I'm also Puerto Rican so when the wick is lit.... I told him I couldn't guarantee that I wouldn't have lost it and started screaming so I thought it better to just take my leave. I told him I could have ordered it on Amazon OR just gone to Walmart and gotten equivalent products and probably cheeper too. I said I work more than 40 hours full time and I shouldn't have to deal with this crap on the weekend trying to get items for maintenance on the car. As it is, I've already left feedback on the "autozonecares.com" site which I doubt they'll respond to and left a voicemail at the regional office. In the future, I'll be playing the option of Amazon, Walmart OR one of the other auto stores in the area. Before I left the house I was speaking with my dad and he mentioned that O'Reilly had the oil change for the same price. Hind sight is 20/20 they say but I never thought it could be a foreshadowing. I actually was thinking on the way there to myself if I was going to be hassled. Ironic...
