She talks about wanting her patients to be "healthy inside and feel beautiful outside," and I think that really comes through in the practice. I've never felt rushed during my visits. Something I really appreciate about Dr. Tran-Kim is that even though she owns and runs the clinic, she is still actively practicing as an OB/GYN. If I were pregnant, I would personally love knowing that the doctor I built a relationship with would also be the one caring for me during delivery, rather than having to wonder who might ultimately be on call. After waiting an hour, the actual treatment lasted only about 10-15 minutes before they sent her home. We paid for a 60-minute service and received only a small fraction of what was advertised. It felt rushed and careless, not like a professional skincare treatment. This was a complete waste of time and money. If you purchase through Groupon expecting to receive the service you paid for, think twice. Based on our experience, the appointment was not respected, the advertised treatment time was not honored, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing.
