On yesterday I visited Executive and Nail Shop and I was very disappointed in my visit. I met up with my daughter because I wanted to treat her with something for Mother's Day... and we both needed the relaxation. #1 disappointment My color selection was totally opposite from what I selected.. I was told that they sometimes will not match the selection choice! Really.. I should have been informed my my technician in the beginning! #2 I wanted the square shape.. but the tech asked me about the coffin!! I said ok since it had the square shape as well. To make a long story short, it wasn't until I got ready to pay with an elevated bill I was informed about the color and the added price for the coffin... It just was a horrible experience, not a relaxing one at all! #3 My experience has been when you are first greeted by your tech..he or she will inform you of the reclining chair and will assist if needed.. My 3rd time here. At first I wasn't really happy with the dip selection so these 3 visits were for convenience since it is close to where I live. I am not really fond or happy with their dip selection.. they just don't have many colors that I like.. no neons or anything someone young would like to wear.. Today I noticed their color powder selection and that selection was awesome so I just switched to powder instead. Sofia did my nails. She did a good job just wasn't too friendly with me like others were with their clients around me. Max did my pedicure which surprisingly he did an amazing job. The reason my I say surprisingly is because it is VERY hard for me to find someone who does a good job. I wasn't offered a drink or to turn my massage chair on so that was a bummer. I will never go back. If timer with appointment, they kept me waiting 45 minutes. They had me removing old dip, then she cut my 2 nails OFF that had lifted at back instead of trimming dip off. Left with 4 bloody nails from her filing my fingers instead of nails. Then she had the nerve to charge and extra $5 for filing/shaping????? are you kidding me, left with same shape I went in with. I went here for the first and last time. I was cut, not once, but twice during my manicure with no apology. I'm on day three of a shellac and my nails are chipping like normal polish. I have to go to a wedding and so my nails needed to be done. The nail place I had been going to did not do such a good job so I wanted to try a new place. Executive nails was very close to my house so I decided to try it, I walked in and thought wow this looks amazing! You can sign in on your own and the sign up process is very simple. They have so many different colors and very wide variety of drinks! It was about a 20 minute wait which was kind of annoying. When I got seated someone came immediately and started on my pedicure, it felt wonderful and did not take to long. Shortly after I got another person for my manicure. I have been going here since they opened the doors several yrs ago. This place has big space and chairs, beautiful decor and bar. Nice alcohol and non alcoholic menu when you arrive. It continues to be very clean! A nice variety of pedicures to choose from. I do my own hand nails but I see lots of ladies using the manicure services. Long post: I never write reviews but felt that I had to this time. The only thing they do right is my feet. I am never satisfied with my nails and I'm truly not hard to please. I went for my WEDDING NAILS and paid $100+ for nonsense. The same day I let them do a Brazilian wax for me (big mistake).. I was in a rush and decided to let them do the wax. The waxer did not seem knowledgeable on waxing and definitely wasn't skilled. I've never seen a waxer pull out LARGE craft scissors for a Brazilian! Ended up having to go to a different shop the day before my wedding to fix my nails and wax. I told the manager about my wax experience and he only offered a $5 discount...... Gave this place a few more tries on my nails only because it's convenient and close to home but they fail me just about every time. They also would tell me a price at the beginning and once I'm done they'll add a few more dollars to my total. When I ask why they added there's always some lame excuse that makes no sense. The place has potential but it needs better staff that know what they're doing and don't have stinky attitudes. read more

Came here with a friend after hearing about their opening special. We both got full set manicures and pedicures (Hot Stone for me, and Volcano for my friend). Tina did my pedicure, and she was very attentive, detail oriented, and just a true pleasure! I loved my pedicure. Ly did my nails, and I was a difficult customer as I wanted an ombre with glitter, but she handled it like a champ. My nails came out beautiful and I couldn't be happier. The bartender also checked on us and our drinks several times throughout our services. (I recommend the Pina Colada!) I definitely recommend this place! I will be coming back! read more

It's sad that it takes one bad experience to ruin all the good ones:/ so I thought this was my go to pedicure spa. I always told my friends to go here but after my experience no thank you. I like to maintain my feet looking nice and feeling good but this past Friday(08/25/23) I went to go get a pedicure, I don't go just to one person because everyone does a good job so I thought....My pedicure felt so rushed, I always get the "treat myself" with gel and it comes with sugar scrub to remove all dry skin and have your feet feeling soft and a 10min massage...she barely scrubbed my feet and when it came to the massage she started the timer before she even did the mask and hot towels, from how many times I get this pedicure the massage always starts after that process and while she "massaged" my legs and feet I was getting so frustrated because she barely even tried. She was more worried about getting the wax off when that should of been done before my massage. I did inform someone at the front but they seemed uninterested. UPDATE: Won't be coming back here again. I came in with old acrylic, wanted them soaked off and shellac on my real nails. They began to soak them off and to my surprise I still had old acrylic on them. The lady asked what shape I wanted and I said almond but she kept trying to convince me to do square. I said no, I'd like almond. As she continues to put shellac on my old, halfway on acrylic, I point out that it's bumpy and you can see where the acrylic is still remaining. She starts to give me excuses that she kept SOME of the old acrylic on because my nails aren't strong enough for almond shape. She said if I got square then she would have taken all the acrylic off. So... you're telling me you aren't going to refill the old acrylic and you aren't going to fully take it off? I've never heard of this and explained that the other salon I go to never has an issue doing what I'm asking. Jessica the nail tech is very apologetic and says she will fix it. I was there for an hour and a half and I didn't have time to sit longer so I told her it was okay and asked to just remove the shellac and I'll stay with my bare nails. Jessica insisted that I didn't have to pay but my daughter wanted two lollipops and I wasn't expecting those for free. The lady at check out who was aware of the whole situation (she translated and gave many excuses too when I wasn't understanding) and she told me I owe $18. $8 for my daughters polish (no problem, I will gladly pay that) but then $10 to soak off my old nails. MY OLD NAILS THAT ARE STILL SEMI ON. I've given up on this place. I'll drive to Venetian Nails in Sugar Land from now on. But read more

I was very excited to try this salon being new to the area. But the odors in the shop were so strong, I actually had trouble breathing even with my mask on. The employees were apologetic but said there was nothing they could do about it. I could not stay and seriously believe the air quality was toxic. I do not understand why this large salon does not have a better ventilation system and do not know what the laws require, but this is not good. On 5/13 I had went to get a nail services for dip on my natural nail. I had grown my nails out really long and told the individual doing my nails so trim them. She cut the nail VERY short. I showed her a photo of what I want and she told me it would be $55 for dip with a French tip and $5 for shaping (which is what there menu reflected). The entire time I kept telling the individual doing my nails that they were not shaped the correct way and she was getting frustrated. When I got my bills she charged me $75. She said that dip with a tip was an extra $25. I nicely told her that this is not what her menu reflected and that I should not be charge extra due to her not notifying my of her uncharge. She became upset and told me it should be $75 because she work o my nails each individual. Management was able to fix the price due to there menu reflecting $55 for dip w/ a tip and $5 for shaping. As I was checking out at the front desk with MY CARD. The individual that did my nails was standing behind me watching me make my transaction. When she saw I did not leave her a tip due to her attitude, rudeness, and lack of attention and time spent on my nails (30 min) she GRABBED my hand and say "I am going to take your nails off, I worked hard on your nails and you did not leave me a tip, never come back." She said this after I paid full price for my nails- that were not shaped correct, cut very short, and after she rushed. I notified management and as I was notifying management she came over and continued to say rude things to me "you didn't pay and don't come back." Management did not offer a discount due to the lady snatching/grabbing my hand, watching my transaction, and being rude to me after my bill was paid. All management reported was that they would take care of it at the end of the day and continued to let her work on other customers after she displayed unprofessional and unethical behavior. My usual nail guy moved too far away so I am searching for a new place. My first visit was on Mother's Day weekend so I knew they'd be busy so I was willing to take anyone. I wasn't thrilled with my nails. The place is nice and the people are nice but the nails were not up to par. I decided to try it again, and this time I asked the receptionist who was really good at powder dipped nails and all she said was, if you want someone specific you'll have to wait longer. I was fine with that but she just brushed me off. I got a different person this time, but still... these guys are just in too much of a hurry to care about quality. I've been here 2 times- first time I saw the bartender guy behind the bar pouring in cheap liquor in a more expensive brand of liquor To make it look like higher value. Waited 20 mins to be seated even though I had an appointment. I had color dip nails which are supposed to be stronger than shellac and a couple days later my nails had faint crack lines all throughout my nails. 2nd time- my toenails were soooo think of shellac they bubbled with little pools of paint that he dried them and top coat them before I noticed the job he did, and was running late to be somewhere I didn't have time to fix them. I went in to get my acrylics off and decided to add a manicure as well afterwards as I knew my nails would be in bad shape. Their idea of a $25 manicure is rushing through, cutting your cuticles as well as cutting your skin in the process due to the hast of it all, and finally for your "massage" a simple up-and-down movement dragging the oil used for your cuticles up your arm done only ONCE leaving you extremely greasy and very unsatisfied. I was extremely upset that this is what I paid for getting a manicure. After removing my acrylics, I was in the chair for no more than four minutes getting my "manicure". My nails were not soaked, lotion was not applied, my nail beds were bleeding, and my arms were greased up from all of the cuticle oil. I am extremely dissatisfied and I will happily go out of my way to take my business somewhere else. read more
