Camouflaged professionalism. I took my classic 1977 Cadillac Seville in for paint. Paid over $5000 for subpar work. They kept my car for over 6 months, the car was not put back together, had a zip lock bag full of hardware and parts in the trunk, they broke my hydraulic trunk, side molding was not even and a host of other issues such as a broken steering column. I would check on my car every 5-7 days and it was an excuse every time I would call or just pull up. If you can find someone else to do the work on your car do it. I paid in full before they did any work... that's partly my fault. I was not a priority. My experience with this company was an epic fail. read more

I'm absolutely delighted with the paint and body work executives garage (Bizar) did on my 90 range rover. The outside of my classic rover was an absolute mess. It had dings, major bends in the bodywork, pealing and faded paint. They delivered exactly what I asked for: factory new condition which included the exterior and door jam's at a reasonable price. It was quite a bit of work, but they faithfully executed which included redoing pieces of work where the dings weren't immediately apparent at the first pass and dealing with the quirkiness of the rover design. Highly unprofessional and the work they produce is a complete joke. Let me start by saying that I have NEVER written a bad review. Two months ago I took my truck to have my windows tinted with a Groupon. I waited in the waiting room. 3 hours latter my vehicle comes out with scratched tint on multiple windows. I pointed the scratches to the manager, but she refused to see the crappy work they had produced. Finally and after much arguing they decide to apply new tint to the windows. I waited and waited. Two hours later I asked about my vehicle... It turns out they decided to work on a different vehicle. I demand to get my vehicle back and the manager refused to return my vehicle. By this time to have been at this place for at least 7 hours. Finally my vehicle comes out. I was so frustrated that I left without inspecting the vehicle. Two months latter the film has small bubbles all over. One window has a hair between the film and glass. Other windows have dust particles in the film. I paid $200 for a POS job. This is a rough part of town. The shop itself is falling apart and the staff is very shady. What else can I say... Stay away from this place! Pay a little extra and go to a good professional shop. read more

I recently had my Cadillac Cts tailights spray tinted at Executives Garage. From the begining of the process to the completion it was a 5 star experience. The owner Cat was delightful. She explained the process and sent detailed pictures of other cars they had done along with very fair price quotes. I felt comfortable and decided to make an appointment. I dropped my car off in the morning. To my surprise Cat sent me real times photos of my car and the progress from start to finish! Very professional. My car was finished in a timely manner and the results were perfect. The tailights looked like they were factory done!! No flaws just an even perfect coat of tint done by real professionals. They got the job done but they are highly unprofessional. It took two days longer to fix the bumper and then when I got there the bumper wasn't properly installed so they had to do it again which took another hour of waiting. Their price was good but I wouldn't go there again. I would rather pay a little more and have a much better experience. read more

I brought my car to this shop in good faith hoping they'd do a good job. Overall, it wasn't what I expected. I did like the paint job and most of the body work. But, I got my car back only to find that my sunglasses were stolen & there was broken glass under my backseat. The part that they were paid to fix, didn't look fixed. Basically if you wanna have your stuff stolen, do not take your car here. They are a very dishonest business. The same thing happened to my sister. Lesson learned, they're a fraud! Kat and her team at Executives Garage layed some tint down on my 4Runner. Her tint guy Dale, walked around the vehicle with me at gave his suggestions and even demo'ed a 5% tint overlay to me which solidified my decision on going that dark in the rear. Dale was great and knew what he was doing! While waiting for my 3-4 hour install, Kat explained the price breakdown, warranties, and even found the time to assess my vehicle in the tint bay and took notice of some exterior dings and interior rips. She brought them to my attention and even quoted on their in-shop remedies for fixing it ( great quotes! ). Overall experience at Executives Garage was terrific. Friendly family style atmosphere, professional work being done, and the results speak for itself! My 3-4 hour install was completed in 2 hours and the tint job came out great. Later on that day, I thoroughly inspected all 9 windows that were tinted as the sun was going down... Flawless install job... I took my jeep in to get my shocks changed. The other auto shops i've taken my jeep too said they cant change my shocks out because it has a lift kit. A friend of mine recommended this shop to me and i'm very happy with their overall service. My shocks were changed in a timely manner and most of all the customer service was outstanding. They wont talk you into anything other than what you want done and they give you a great deal. Seriously i thought it was going to cost an arm and a leg to get things done but nope not here, They'll get you the best prices out there! Overall this place is awesome. This place is awesome! They did an amazing paint job on my 05 acura TL. I mean it broke necks! They also recently did work on my civic which was involved in a minor fender bender. The work came out great! While my car was in there I had them replace my alarm which stopped working and replace my front windshield which had a huge crack in it, not to mention tint two of my windows. All done in a timely matter and fairly priced. These guys have earned my business for life! There's nothing they can't do. Where can i start with this... there are no words i can even think of to say how terrible this experience was. i would have to say that at this point i wish i could just burn my car to the ground into a pile of ashes and hope a big gust of wind would just blow my cars ashes to car heaven. my car looks terrible. wish this body shop had taken the time with my car as they have on their so called custom cars. when i chose this body shop, it was because i had seen their custom cars and assumed they would take pride in my car as they have in their other cars shown on their pictures. my car was given to me with damage that wasn't even there before. poor workmanship by far. paint was many shades off from matching. over-spray all over the place in wheel wells and other areas where it was clearly seen and just feel like they saw this before giving it to me but was too lazy to clean it up. the door was repaired and still has dings in it. wow i could just go on and on and on.... all i would wanted to have done is look at the manager or owner and look directly at him and just ask...why, just why?? just so i could just hear his excuse for this terrible job that he got paid over 3000 to fix. why and how could you give me my car back like this?? i guarantee he would not have an excuse for this because there is not an excuse for this kind of bad workmanship. all i can say is that everyone that i know that has seen my car has laughed behind my back and thats not a good feeling for me and the friends that are honest have said to me "i told you so". my pride and joy car that i love that i spend those nice days on cleaning up are over because now it looks so bad its not even worth it till i pay thousands more to have all this fixed. ask me why i wont take it back, well reason is i feel as if they will make it worse and worse and i better just accept my loss. So i came here after doing my research on different products offered at a few different shops and decided this would be the place. it cost me 1000 to have my bed sprayed, a viper alarm with manual to power lock conversion and a manual to power window conversion done. they were very friendly and completed the job in 1 days work. when i got the truck back i was very satisfied. the windows squeaked a bit but that was fine by me... they worked. it was about 2 weeks after that my passenger door stopped locking or unlocking as well as my passenger window making an awful noise. i took it in and right away they stopped what they were working on and helped me out. fixed and on my way within 20 minutes. now a week later my driver side window makes a horrific noise and refuses to leave the down position. they are very professional when it comes to dealing with customers but i do not believe they used the greatest equipment when installing my power windows. i will update this review after going to see them tomorrow. i am under warranty for 6 months. i'm sure they will help me again but how many more problems will i have with these conversions?? EDIT: so i went back. i will have to say that their customer service and business ethics are fantastic. each time i've run into a problem they have stopped what ever they were working on and immediately started working towards a solution for my problem. i've upgraded the review from a 3 star to 5 because of one employee they have. his name is eddy. he reconfigured the way my power windows were originally set up in a much more efficient and logical way. i would recommend him for any mechanical modifications. i will update if any other problems come up with the alarm system or power windows. EDIT: i don't recommend a power window conversion PERIOD. nothing but problems, considering converting back to manual. read more

Finding a reliable vendor is a difficult task if you are a small business owner, but these guys are amazing. Every car that I have brought to them has turned around in a reasonable amount of time, given the task. They send me pictures of the progress which jazzes to get my inventory back. Executives has offered to "fix" what is wrong with my truck and it gets picked up today. When I originally took my truck in I told then the paint job was a bad paint job over the original and was assured that it would be prepped correctly. It was not as the paint is coming off in many places and what do you see in those places nice "shiney" original paint, looking waxed, not even sanded. do not visit this "shop" for a professional paint job!!! these people know nothing, i mean absolutely nothing about paint! i took my 2006 mustang for a new fender and bumper to be painted and put on. i turned the car in and was said that it would take 3-4 days. i had went in saturday afternoon to pick it up and as unprofessional as these guys are, they scratched the fender putting it on. so now i have to wait another 2 days to pick it up. i pick up the car and notice a few things, but hey it looked decent so i left it alone and took off in my car. little by little i noticed a few things. there was a huge patch of over spray on the hood as well as the entire wheel well, the paint just peels off like a sticker, they didn't blend the paint in with the hood & door, and there's paint on the headlights. okay so over spray isn't a big deal, but as i take the side skirt off the car to see what else i could find, the whole corner of the fender that it covers wasn't even sprayed. not even sealer! the fender doesn't even look like it was sanded or scuffed!? (no wonder it peeled off like tape) i informed dale, the owner and he said he would get it fixed, but the same person was going to prep, paint, and finish the job so i was sure of the same quality of job. as we were negotiating on the phone he rudely hung up on me. this shop has nothing "executive" about it. if your'e needing a quality paint job, its worth the wait to save and visit a professional shop. don't let their "show" cars outside fool you, they perform when it benefits them only. read more
