Came in with an exhaust and a mid pipe and let them know I just needed it mounted. The previous set up on my car was welded straight through to the back with all the factory flanges removed so I was a little concerned that the work involved may have been more costly but they reassured me it would be no problem for them. In my case, the install was only $99 and they had it ready within 2.5 hours from drop off. My car used to sound obnoxiously loud but thanks to the fine gentlemen at Exhaust Works my car sounds great. So much quieter but still with a tasteful rumble. Plus they reinstalled a flange on the header pipe in case I want to upgrade in the future, saving me the hassle of cutting the pipe. Ver In my case I already had my parts, just needed them put in, but I couldn't recommend these guys more. Great work, did it very quick and at a fair price. Thanks again! read more

After carefully analyzing my finances I realized that I can't buy a newer model vehicle so I figured I'd invest in my existing '09 XF. I wanted my car to "growl" in other words I wanted it to sound like a true V8 with a deep sound. This resulted in them removing the stock mufflers and installing some different resonators to get the perfect "growl" I was looking for. Now, I originally took it down to the Exhaust Works on Broadway that quoted me $450 to do the same work I got done at this location for just under $200! Ken and Larry are great. They answered all of my questions and did their best to translate what I wanted into reality. My XF sounds super clean now, even when idle. It truly sounds like a V8 now. I will definitely go back to them for any future work on my husband's vehicle and I've already recommended them to my dad who has a few vehicles he may want to add the performance exhaust to. This location is kind of hidden, it is on Fort Lowell and between Stone and 1st Avenue on the north side of the street. I actually stumbled upon this location while I was working across the street. It was the best discovery I made. They had a quick turnaround, be prepared to have someone pick you up because there is no waiting area. I couldn't be happier. read more

Here's another 5 star review. My tail pipes had cracked off at the muffler when I hit a giant pothole in these wonderfully maintained streets of Tucson. I had been putting off having it replaced because I had several estimates at a couple other reputable shops in town and the price wasn't what I'd expected it to be. So I tried Exhaust Works and not only did they beat all other shops prices but they gave me a Flow Master muffler when other ships wanted to give me a generic product at almost double the price. They also set an appointment for my day off of work so I didn't have to work around their schedule. Now I'm back on the road and my truck sounds like it's growling again instead of gargling. If i could put no stars i would this place is the worst place to go to they are liars and thieves brought my own piping in and they said it would work but then put something completely diffrent in there if my piping wouldnt work tellin me it wouldnt was fine rather than screwing me over and keep my good pipe and putting garage under my truck and then wehn comfronted they want to have a stupid ass grin about it sayong my pipe was garbage that i brought evwn tho is was real steel i will definately never go back or recommend this shop to anyone unless u wanna be lied to and stolen from place deserves to be shut down read more

Dont believe the hype ! Horrible work , Horrible customer service. Looks like a 14 year old welded it together. numerous holes in the weld. the hanger for the muffler broke off after a week. Chose to use my own muffler and cat that i purchased elsewhere and the employee was annoyed that i did not purchase it from them. refused to give back parts that were replaced. They could care less about the quality of there work. never again.. read more
