He gave us an estimate based on time and he came in under that amount. We had him install a Revashelf pull down cabinet shelving. We ordered it and paid through Amazon, and the instructions say installation takes 45 minutes. HAHAHAHAHA. There's no way. He measured right the first time, he had the odd shaped tools needed, and most of all, he has the 40+ years of experience working the business with his wife holding down the office. Not only did Mike Northover misrepresent the quality of the cabinets, but he didn't stand behind them when we brought defects to his attention. The doors won't stay adjusted, and they are not lined up. We wanted solid wood and he said the rainiers were, but they are nothing but pressed board crap. The outside is white but the inside is an off white/yellow melamine inside. It is embarrassing to have a guest open them up. We paid over $45,000 for these and we could have gone to Home Depot and got better made cabinets for much less. Read less

When it was installed it looked great but within 2 years we had chip marks in multiple places and the vanity now looks horrible. The matching tall cabinet we ordered also has multiple chip marks in multiple places. 4 years later I feel like we need to refinish the vanity. When I contacted them to see if there is anything they can do it took them awhile to get back to me and really did not offer me anything.
