A small lot with more of SUV/mid size SUVs and a few sedan vehicles. Plenty of options to fit your needs. It looks a little sketchy from the outside BUT it is LEGIT as they come. We've rented 2 vehicles within a month for local road trip purposes. Both cars were very clean, serviced up to date, had gas and ran smoothly. No problems whatsoever. We rented a Toyota Sienna 7 passenger mini van that had plenty of space and was honestly one of my favorite rentals, super good on gas! Next, was a smaller mid-size Mazda 4 cylinder. Amazing on gas of course & really easy to drive. Lee is so quick to respond and is an excellent communicator. He has a great feel for making sure his clients are taken care of. He goes above and beyond to make sure your rental experience with him runs as smooth as possible. He is such a nice guy and really makes it a point to help you especially if you're in a bind for a rental. Lee even offered pick up/drop off services. AND he gave me a free apple car charger for the road. Seriously just the best. They accept all forms of payment. Credit card, Debit Card, Cash, Zelle. There is no credit check. There is a $500 deposit that will be returned to you once the rental is returned. THEY ARE OPEN 24 HOURS but the lot is locked so you will need to call before hand to meet Lee or another employee at the lot. It isn't your typical Car rental place that you can just enter during business hours. Think of this as a private car rental agency exclusive to those who "know" lol. It really is a great business. If I had to compare, it works the same as a TURO rental but obviously better. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend renting from here. An option to choose from if you don't have a credit card. Fine, give me a different car. Nope. There were no cars. As people returned cars they quickly cleaned them and gave them to the next customer. She stated that if I waited they could give me a car. But there were a lot of people outside the office waiting as well and she couldn't give me an ETA. I requested a refund and she stated that she wrote up notes on my file and to call Priceline for the refund. What's the point of having a reservation (grace period or not) if there's actually no car to reserve?

He handled everything quickly and walked me onto the lot to give me my pick of cars! He was going to offer me a free upgrade to a brand new Hyundai Santa Fe, but when we looked inside, it smelled like someone had been partying in there previously, if you know what I mean. He showed me a brand new Toyota RAV4 hybrid and I decided to go with that. The size was fine and it saved me on gas during our road trip! Upon return, it was super easy to drop off the car. We were able to skip the line and get right into our vehicle which was a Waggoner. However, within 2 miles of driving the Waggoner off the lot, we began to experience problems. As we drove down the highway and made full stops at red lights, the car would idle and completely turn off. It was very scary and we were almost rear ended twice. We knew that we could not drive up the mountain to Big Bear in this vehicle, so we decided to pull over into a parking lot and call Enterprise. This was when customer service became very poor. To explain, I called their hotline, and the woman who answered said she would have the Ontario Enterprise call us from their store right away. This NEVER happened. Since we did not feel safe driving the vehicle, I called another number provided on the Enterprise website that was supposedly linked directly to the Enterprise Ontario website. Once I connected with someone the woman on the line directed a tow truck to come jump the car. I informed her that what we really needed was the tow truck to tow the vehicle back to Ontario Airport and that we would need another vehicle. This person on the phone was not understanding this. She kept saying that the jump was on the way. I asked her how were we supposed to get back to Ontario airport and she could not explain. After being put on hold, I decided that we would drive the car back ourselves and risk being rear ended and potentially getting in an accident. The woman on the phone said okay. As we drove back, luckily we made it back to Enterprise unscathed, however, the car did shut off again 2 more times, and I put on the hazard lights for other cars to avoid us. Once we got back to Ontario, the Ontario staff was very helpful. When I asked them about the customer service hotline, they said that they do not even have a phone that is linked to their site. Furthermore, we were charged for a tow truck service, but I explained to the on site staff that we refused this service. Luckily, this was taken off our bill. This whole ordeal costs us an additional 2 hours of time when we were trying to get up the mountain to Big Bear. It was extremely frustrating. As you travel, no one wants to be stuck on the side of the road, and Enterprise is not helpful with their communication system. Our reservation was 71822394.
