Olivia was very understanding about the problem 1/31 Returned the car back and talk to a gentlement and told hm the car was not clean when I got and he raelly apoligize and sent him the picture I had on my phone of the car. The car was returned super clean and full of tank better than it was giving to me. I have to compliment the staff at this car rental facility. I dropped off the car and started heading to the airport shuttle only to discover that I left an article of clothing in the car. I contacted an employee - Ms. Castillo - who immediately hopped in a car and went to go find the involved rental car which had already been taken away. She knew I had a flight coming up and went into full-throttle, customer service mode. She was back in 5 minutes with my wonderful fleece vest (it was cold and breezy tonight) and a smile. Great experience here this week. We rented a Lincoln and drove from Ontario to Bishop for a family reunion. The car performed great. AC was cold and the ride was smooth and comfortable. David was excellent and friendly when we picked up the car. A pleasure to work with. He even discounted the cost a bit because we didn't get the exact car we had asked for. Great customer service! I rented a car on 2/21, it is now 3/20 and no manager has returned any of my 14 calls and visits to the store where I rented. This vehicle did not have ANY OIL in it; which we learned after near death experiences on the freeway. I called multiple times and no response. Because I DIDN"T DIE and no one was INJURED they are NOT TAKING RESPONSIBILITY. We have all of the documentation and photos and call logs and are taking this to court.FAULTY car - NO ACCOUNTABILITY. The review is well overdue. Let me first admit, that I initially went to the wrong location(Ontario airport). So, I was late for my reservation. The staff at Enterprise on Holt were beyond accommodating. There were some issues with my credit card and Jonathan was so patient and gave a gentle smile. Roxy, Wendy, and Evan were pleasantly engaging in conversation (you know-old school customer service). I was stressed and frustrated with my own personal error with arriving at the wrong location but they were all so understanding. The moment we entered the lot there was this big intercom with an aggressive tone male pre-recorded voice that told us that we were trespassing! Treating the customer like criminals while returning the vehicle is no way to earn our business! For any future customers, take your hard earn money elsewhere! Our flight was delayed (on a day numerous flights were delayed) and we called the branch and were reassured that they would stay open for flight delays. In fact, their website says they do stay open 2 hours beyond closing for delayed flight. We came soon after midnight and no one was there, and numerous people from our flight were stranded. We ended up paying a ton for an Uber to get to our destination nearly 2 hours away. Tried getting Enterprise customer service to help, and was told numerous times the branch manager would call me back to see what reconciliation could be done - but never heard back. In fact, they responded to my review on Google and promised to contact me back, but NOPE no call back. Although we waited for a bit to get helped that is by NO MEANS the fault of the gentleman who helped us. It was grossly understaffed and he did an amazing job with handling 3-4 customers alone. He offered to clean the car for us himself since he was short staffed but we declined and just took a quick vacuuming of the vehicle. this is my second time renting a car here, and it works great. I stay at a nearby hotel with airport shuttle, which I take there, then Enterprise picks me up for the rental. Do the reverse going back, and it saved it turned out to be less than half the airport rate, and really less hassle than renting at a busy airport kiosk. the car was great, except it was quarter tank filled, but that was fine since I used less than that. they walked the car with me, explained everything, and I was on my way... good job! The minus star was it took quite a while to get a pick up on the arrival (but I was working in the lobby so it was ok), and the gas was not filled, but maybe that's the way they do it in town. read more
