I came here first thing in the morning on a Friday and had a pretty good experience. The woman who helped me pick what car wash I wanted was super friendly and helpful. I went with the $75 interior/exterior wash. I had just transported my car from another state so it was really dirty and needed a good wash. Because I went early I didn't have any wait, just drove straight through the wash to the part where the guys did the rest of the wash. They worked quickly and did a good job. Was it the best car wash ever? No. But for the price point I think it's great and I would definitely be back. I think some of these reviews expecting a much higher quality might want to look at a higher end detailing experience. For what you pay here, they do a great job. read more

1st the amount of sad reviews had me hesitating to come to this establishment but from the front service and till the end!!! Kacie the manager made my time there like I was getting the grand car wash but only paid $28 something and the team took care of my car!!! Superb customer service and the way they instructed me on where to go and how they wash pre soak before going in the car wash was really such a great experience. I don't know what people who are doing all these one Star two Star three star review is really sad . I had no issues as you can see 5 people are working on my vehicle it maybe a slow day. Nevertheless The crew was so nice and so helpful it's so sad that these people are just here to work and make a living so if your experience with them may not be in your favor just remember to smile and if you want to be treated with respect then give back the same energy. I went to get a regular interior and exterior car wash. The attendant talked me into a $75 special wash that he said would be amazing. I left and didn't look at the details as I had my baby with me. It took sooo long and baby needed to get home. I had to clean the inside seats and also there were still many dirty spots on exterior of car. I wanted to go back but I have not had time. First time going to this car wash on Scottsdale rd terrible customer service Paid for the top car wash and my car is still dirty! The wash Probably cleaned about 50% of my car and there's no wax on my car either. At the end of the wash slowly coming out a employe standing looking clueless literally scratching their butt on the wall not sure what was going on. The measly 1 star given is no reflection of the hardworking cleaning staff that so meticulously wash and physically wipe down and dry off the cars___but my grievance is based on the appalling lack of respect and rudeness I recently experienced at "in-take" by a young lady "Jenny" who falsely identified herself as a JACKSON CAR WASH "manager" when I demanded to speak to the actual manager regarding a valid complaint . Fraud Alert!!! I have been purchasing hand washes from Jackson's for over two years and never had an issue--until now. I recently bought a prepaid package for five hand washes directly from them. The employee who sold it to me told me it was official and would be honored like any other package. When I went to use it, I was told they "can't accept it" because they've been having problems and that it supposedly isn't official. This makes no sense. I have both the receipt and the card, and I trusted their staff when they sold it to me. As a loyal customer, this is extremely disappointing. A reputable business should stand by what their employees sell, not turn around and refuse to honor it later. Unless Jackson's makes this right, they've lost my business and I cannot recommend them to anyone. If you also purchased one of these packages and were told it won't be honored, I encourage you to file a complaint with the Arizona Attorney General's Office and the Better Business Bureau. Customers shouldn't have to pay for Jackson's mistakes or misleading sales practices. read more

Absolutely the worst car wash I have ever dealt with. As a former owner of a mobile detailing business, the service of this company is unacceptable. I purchased a monthly membership and have been a member for the last two months. During my visit last week the employee guiding vehicles onto the rail instructed me to keep coming and ran me straight into the metal rail guide. I immediately asked to speak with a "manager". He proceeded to agree and tell me this was their mistake. He said he would be taking this up to corporate and they would be speaking to me within the week. Two days later I receive a call from someone who never identified themselves asking for my side of the story which I gave. This guy says it's my fault as I am the one driving the vehicle and hangs up. Nothing done. Why would I purposely curb the shit out of my wheel on my brand new model 3. As a pilot I think I can drive a car competently. Disrespectful ex con employees and a joke of a company. Do not bring your car here as they are likely to damage it. Wow! Definitely need to go back to the drawing board on customer service! Spent $75.00 on a "Spotless" detail. The problem was there were water spots everywhere! They must have vacuumed with a rake , because there was dirt all over my carpet. They didn't wipe down the inside as described. The lead worker was in a bad mood as expletives were pouring out his mouth. Someone needs to rope this place in, as other customers were saying the same thing. We booked a detail for our car and gave a cc. We subsequently had to cancel. It took hours to get ahold of someone and they said they would take care of cancellation. They did not and we were charged 321.00. I have called repeatedly and emailed their corporate office. They call and say they're going to take care of it, but they never do. This appointment was booked and canceled the first couple days in January. Still no resolution. Not impressed with them. read more

The membership is great if you use it more than once a month. They aren't detailed unfortunately most of the time I have to ask to wipe down the cup holders and the door panel. Been coming to this car wash for a couple years now because the membership is a great deal and they don't have harsh spinning brushes in the tunnel. It's a great car wash overall, this specific one is the best I've found in AZ so far.
