to update on the situation with the truck. after recovering the vehicle with the police due to the owner/ manager "anthony" being completely unprofessional and unreasonable about the repairs, I reported him to the BAR. It turned out that he did not have insurance or the credentials to do business at all in the area of my repairs, then when he was recommended by the state controller to refund all the money he took from both me and my insurance for his subpar and incomplete work, anthony refused. instead, insisted that we must go to court for the recovery even though he was at fault with his delinquent business permits. the situation is still ongoing and the resolution recently posted by exoticar is completely a lie. they wouldn't even listen to the state controllers (Bureau of automotive repair) advice when he was told he was operating outside of the laws in place. First off, I can't believe I'm the first one to write a Yelp review on this place. EXOTICAR ROCKS!! I was referred to Anthony (the owner) to get my brand new 20" wheel repaired from a run-in with a pothole. I simply texted Anthony the pictures of the damage and he got back to me instantly with super reasonable quote. Then followed up with an AMAZING job. My wheels look brand new again!! While I was at the shop I learned they also do custom vinyl car wrapping so I decided to have him do a black matte on the chrome around my windows. Anthony's shop is top notch. The only reason why I rated four stars is because I had a couple "go backs" (see pics--not sure what they used to pull the trim, but it cut into the paint a little... it was fixed and is not noticeable now unless you really look at it) but otherwise pleased with the result. I got my wheels powder coated and then the vents black out (see pictures RRS Autobiography). For the price in the area, it was competitive. What puts them above the rest and why I chose them is because Anthony really stands by his work and his team makes sure that if execution isn't up to the expectation for a shop like his, then they would go out of their way to make things right. Amazing! I took the lemon of a Tesla X you can read about in my other review in to this shop to apply a ceramic tint to the sunroof/windshield, which is a very strange design detail on the Tesla by the way. Anyways, in half a day for for a very reasonable cost, a great quality tint was applied to the sun roof and front windows to block a lot of the sun that was coming in. They also put a matte black on the handles (which had been a fingerprinty mess in the glossy chrome the car came with) Perfect, high quality work!! read more

Devon took the time to understand what I wanted and was very patient with me as I kept on changing my mind, also helped guide me in the final decision of going with Brembo red with Brembo decals for my brakes; they look like legit Brembo's! This place was full of high end cars when I was there, GT3rs, 458 Ferrari, and more, I felt confident leaving my Audi R8 in their hands, and they took great care of the car. There are only two kind of reviews I write. One Is when something is so. Well you know. And the other is when something is so good it deserves a review. Here is one for the latter and if I could give 10 stars I would. I was driving home from work last Thursday and hit the curb. The rear passenger wheel was scratched 360 and the alignment was thrown. It looked bad. Seriously bad so bad I honestly thought I would need a new wheel .. But in the vain hope it could be fixed I reached out to yelp and found Anthony. I did not call I drove in Wednesday morning and Anthony took one look and said it's fine. Booked me in for today. Answered a million questions I had put my mind at ease so today ( Monday ). I took my car over and in one day I have Just picked my car up and you would never know in a million years I hit that curb. the paint was matched on the wheel. Never have I ever had a wheel repaired to where it is absolutely undetectable, but Anthony pulled it off. Anthony repaired 2- 6" curb marks on my 2015 GT-R wheel- the wheels were the black edition wheels, which coincidentally aren't black, they are actually a Metallic gun metal blue color/cobalt and everyone I showed it to said it would be impossible to match, that I would be better off to just buy a new wheel if it really bothered me so much. Hah! Anthony brought it in, smoothed out the edges without removing too much material and mixed paint to match the factory color PERFECTLY, I mean, it's crazy how good it looks. Well.....just disappointing from top to bottom. Spent almost 1k total to have my rims powder coated and it was just awful from the beginning. Took my car in the morning and picked it up later in the evening and my steering wheel was shaking so bad I couldn't drive my car on a trip I had planned. Then had to drive back there to fix it. That being said I took a Lyft there and they never paid me for it! Second trip, oh thanks for leaving my rims wet! Barley touched them and the job wasn't finished. Third time, my fault I hit the curb so I took it back to have them fix it and the paint is chipping and the other wheel had two total chips on it from the rocks. I guess after paying almost 1k I wasn't expecting them to look like the 101 Dalmatians within a few months. I've gotten my rims done before and paid half the cost and had NO problems. They are nice guys but will completely rip you off and just care about the dollar and not customer satisfaction. I waited now 3 weeks after going in again because after taking it to 2 other shops they told me they didn't do a good job and used a white primer under my black rim. After asking about that they said "oh we will call you." Yeah NOT! Here's some advice if you want to say open, try caring about your customers not just talking! Stay away! read more

This may be the best customer service I have ever received!!! This morning I ran over a pot hole and my right front tire immediately went flat. I went online to find the nearest place that could repair a very expensive wheel since I thought the pothole bent the rim. Exoticar was the closest so i slowly limped there with my tire flat. Anthony promptly greeted me and immediately came out to look. He could have easily said it was both tire and wheel, but instead said it was just the tire. He tried to locate one for me with no luck and said that the dealer would have to order the tire. Then he offered to put my spare on!!!! He brought his floor jack out and changed my tire.
