If you're in Vegas and you would love to drive one of those expensive high performance cars that you can't afford your desire has been answered! Exotic Racing IS your place to go! It's quite affordable and worth every dollar. (And don't forget to tip). I drove the Corvette ZR-1 the first time and turned a lap of 55:15 (#29 out of 810) (top 3%) for the month of July with the help of the instructor. [Yeah it's OK if I brag a bit I'm 68 with an artificial knee]. He walked me verbally through each corner helping me with braking point, how to steer through the apex of the turn and when to accelerate. Really good assistance. I always thought Jay Leno was a great driver because of his TV Show and all the cars he drove. I was .5 second faster than his time in the Corvette vs him driving the Ferrari 458! (Half the cost! ) I'm only 1 year younger so it's not like picking on the 'old guy'. Lol I went back in Aug and had the privilege of being the first to drive the new mid- engine Corvette! An awesome experience! When I finished my 20 laps I had driven more laps than the instructor! LOL If you're in LV with a few hours to kill GO HERE! I know some have reviewed this place with less than a 5 because they couldn't drive in 'no computer - full track mode'. Unless you're a professional driver the computer definitely saves your butt. I got a bit sideways in the Corvette and I appreciate the bit of assistance. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AS A MUST SEE IN LAS VEGAS! ! I truly believe you will enjoy the experience. I have seen the faces and heard the comments of people and families that have gone through the driving experience. I definitely recommend buying the camera filming. Fun experience with go karts and exotic car ride along. 15 year old daughter really enjoyed riding shotgun in the Dodge Hellcat chase vehicle. Ferrari ride along was good but not great in comparison. Both drivers professional and interested in making it a good time. Go karts (3 rides) were better than expected. It's a nice track layout and the karts accelerate quickly. This was my first time with exotic racing, last time I was in Vegas and I used dream racing. I believe exotic racing has been in business longer and dream racing is the underdog. Let me just say I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DREAM RACING OVER EXOTIC. Here's my opinion: My instructor at exotic was plain rude. I'm just adjusting the chair he proceeds to talk down on me. He then proceeds to tell me I should be more excited because it's faster than anything I've ever driven. As I pull into the track I'm trying to wait for another car blistering up to us to go by but he makes me go, sure enough, half way into my lap he makes me slow down and let him by. He also yells at me for going on a portion of the track that the first instructor on the discovery lap says to use. Dream racing also is more readily open to you and your guests sitting in their available cars just for pics. Cool opportunities! Exotic was more picky about it. read more

FYI, this business offers locals discounts for their services, they just don't advertise it. I just went here for my good friend's birthday and it was definitely fun! We went for the go kart racing. They have a very large parking lot which definitely a plus if you're coming with a large group. The staff there was nice and funny and able to joke around and interact with my group which is nice because we are pretty rowdy. The go karts are pretty quick and of nice quality, none of them seemed to be faulty or needing serious maintenance which made me feel safe. The only downside to the experience there was the communication, or lack thereof, from the staff. Before we went, we called in and asked how the races worked when it came to breaks in between. They assured us that we would race once, take a break, race again, take another break, and so on. I purchased 3 races, which is almost 100 dollars, so I was expecting to have some time in between each race. I also was informed, before we got into the carts, that our first times around the track we're going to be a test run to get to know the track. What I didn't know was that we were going to be forced to race 2 times in a row and nobody informed my group that we were doing so. Obviously, I would have opted to take that break. It was also a bit unclear that the first go was a "race" because they told us we would have a warm up session and then a race. So the entire first race I was taking it pretty slow and not really driving hard on the track. I informed the staff and manager of my concerns and it was a cordial conversation between both parties. I asked if we could enjoy 1 more race because of the miscommunication and she informed us we could not do that, but that she could give us a discounted price since we didn't get the local discount and go one more race. We didn't even know they had a locals discount, so instead we opted to get everyone in my party the locals discount and leave. In my opinion, if I was the manager, I would have let us go one more round instead of issuing everyone locals discount refunds and losing that money. All in all, I had a pretty good experience but next time I think we will go to Pole Position or Gene Woods. Which we are actually planning on doing next weekend, $150 for unlimited races in a 12 hour time slot just to really get my money's worth. read more

What an amazing experience in las vegas, would definitely recommend. After watching too many top gear/grand tour episodes came here to try a super car and was not disappointed. The selection of cars here is excellent and the staff here were even better. Took the free shuttle pick up from the aria hotel to the track. The staff here were all very welcoming, friendly, and professional. After we paid/checked in, had a very informative info session and a pre drive overview of the track. Once in the car the instructor with me was super friendly and made for a great experience. Me and my buddy drove the acura nsx and porche gt3 and wow were they fun. The only thing we would have changed was to do more then 5 laps which is the minimum. The 5 laps went by fast and even enough we had a great time probably would like to have done more if we could. We also did the drift ride a long which itself was an amazing expereince. You are driven by a legit drifting pro and man was it a ton of fun. This place while a little pricey was IMO worth every penny and was one of the highlights of my visit to las vegas. read more

Cool place, did 3 laps in the huracan and it was okay, the driving instructor or whoever refused to put the car in sports mode (corsa) so I paid to pretty much drive a lambo in standard mode which was not that much faster than my mustang. Cool experience to track a super car tho. read more

We came here only because Dream racing was closed because of some dumb concert going on inside. I had my reservations about this place since the last time we came here a year ago and got horrible customer service. But something changed and they were very eager to please customers. I drove an AMG GT. I like the discovery ride all customers get it helped with in understanding the track layout. I could of pushed the car harder but wasn't sure of which way the road turned ahead. Instructor Mike Hayes was funny but able to inspire confidence when the car was more powerful than you're ready for. 488 GTB was amazing to burn through the gears and just gripped through the turns. The sales team got me a great a deal on the price and explained everything I needed to know. This place is badass, Hellcharger screaming through tires in the background when I checked in and rooftop to check out the whole track. Decided to get the Hellcat ride-along and it was worth every bit of $99 This nonsense with "Recommending other supercar businesses" on ExoticsRacing Yelp is WEAK. Do your research DreamRacing uses cars that are 10+ years old in bad condition. SpeedVegas doesn't even have half of the cars of ExoticsRacing and had that awful wreck a few years ago and killed some people. Saw SpeedVegas filed for bankruptcy in 2017 read more

3.5 stars. Came for a corporate event and got to drive 4 laps around the track. When you come in, you check in with your driver's license and you get a mini flash drive that will be used to record your video. You sign the waiver and wait for them to call you into the briefing room where they run a video on the basics and go over some safety rules. After that you go out on a short drive with one of their drivers as he goes over the course. Be warned, the driver is professional and will drive super fast in an SUV! I was told in the years past that you can line up and have a shot at choosing what car you want to drive. This year, everything was pre-assigned which was hella lame. I got stuck with the Mercedes AMG. While not a bad car, I was expecting "exotic" cars like a Ferrari or Lamborghini. The only way I could have driven one of those cars was to swap with the person assigned to that car. Let's be honest, who in the right mind who swap a Ferrari for an AMG? :/ Inside the car, the mirrors are set up for your instructor to use. They just want you to look forward and not worry about other cars coming. The instructor I had was really nice and accommodating, especially because I had no prior track experience. He pushed me to go faster and faster, and by the last lap, I was smashing the throttle. Too bad 4 laps goes by way too fast, especially in these cars. Would I come back? Maybe. It's starting at $99 for 2 laps. With these cars, you'd be spending the first lap or lap and a half just getting used to the car and track. It's pricey as hell. If you have the money though, I'd recommend this place. Just book the car you want to drive in advance, so you don't get stuck with something you don't want to drive. read more

I was very excited to have this experience, however my experience quickly shifted from excitement to a nightmare. We paid $475 to be yelled at and called names by an instructor named "Dino". He was the rudest and most disrespectful employee I have ever encountered at as business. Dino had a horrible attitude from the moment I sat in the driver seat until I parked it at the end. I drove a Lamborghini Gallardo and told him at the beginning the brakes felt very different and I was not used to them at all. After half a lap, he repeatedly called me a liar when I told him I was braking and he said I was lying and not breaking. Rather than telling me how I can improve and assist he only yelled at me for making minor mistakes and made the whole driving experience miserable. I notified management of how horrible my experience was with Dino and they tried to help by giving me 5 laps in a huracan with an instructor named Stephen. Stephen was an amazing instructor, was very helpful and gave great instruction on how to best drive the car.I appreciated management trying to help with a different car and instructor, but my experience had already been destroyed by Dino. I am not sure how the owner can expect to run a successful business with employees like Dino.  Dino should be working at a Burger King or a gas station not an instructor for driving supercars. Advice to management: terminate your bad employees and give raises to your good ones. read more

Bad experience with Exotics Racing. Coach (who was the boss) seemed professional, but very mean! Will keep judging you while you try to have a good time driving on the track. Also, they have a break on the coach side where they keep breaking for you and some times dominating the steering wheel if you don't follow the best route according to them. ZERO stars, they said no wait for a ride along experience in a hellcat, so we paid waiting an hour and a half. Towards the end we finally saw they we warming up tires for 5 laps for some stupid reason. It's a drift experience not a warmup watch from the stands. Then of course once they got done testing the car for 5 laps the driver gets out starts smoking a cig and taking selfie's. I guess he's really proud to drive the car but not do his job and give us a drift experience. We kept on waiting and watching and nothing ever happened. The manager refunded us but didn't say sorry or offer us a free trip or anything. If I ever disrespected a customer at my work like these people, I would have lost my job or at the very least got yelled at for sure. The only person that actually showed any kind of interest in helping us was the Aussie girl at the ride along desk. Everyone else was clueless just makes me sick, come to vegas for a good experience, you pay money get to a place right when they open and stil wait nearly 2 hours. Btw my brother has asthma that asshole smoked a cig then put his helmet on and the entire car probably would've smelt like smoke. Great idea, no service and give my brother an asthma attack. Groupon states 6 laps and when we checked in, the gentleman also reiterated 6 laps...however after viewing the video we purchased after, it shows he got to do 5 and not 6 :( my husband had an amazing time and got to drive his dream car but was disappointed that he got jipped a lap and his instructor doesn't announce what lap you are on so it's not like he could of said something at that time. Friends ask: What's your favorite car? I say: Hands down, super cars! Who doesn't drool for the exotics?! Friends go on to tell me that there's a track in which you can drive them as fast as you want, yadda yadda. Me: No Brainer! Of course I want in!! If you can't be behind the wheel for whatever reason, hey, you can be a back-seat driver! As I was waiting for my turn I saw a few people riding as a passenger alongside a real race car driver. I felt their excitement just by looking at their expressions as they got out of the car. They sure got the ride of a lifetime! Most of the employees here are a friendly bunch. They know what they are doing and seem to enjoy their jobs. The owner was on duty that day and noticed we were waiting for quite a while, so they offered my friend a free upgrade and tried to move things along as fast as possible. He paid for the regular Ferrari and got to drive the scuderia instead. I notice that they keep adding more and more cars to their garage! How I wished they had a McLaren when I was there! Okay, okay. AWESOME! I treated my Dad to this experience for Father's Day and needless to say, it was very memorable! He raved that it was the best Father's Day gift ever :) That's a pretty high remark from a man like my Dad. Exotics Racing was very accomodating from start to finish. I booked this experience day of (I know, bad daughter) but they had no problem accommodating my 11:15am telephone call for a 2:00pm booking session. We arrived at their facility a little early to get checked in and browse through their fleet. I am a huge fan of exotic cars and their fleet is top notch. Some of my favorites were the Mercedes Gullwing and the Audi R8. My Dad and I selected Lamborghini Gallardos as our weapons of choice :) Prior to hitting the track all drivers are brought in to their Briefing Room, where you are briefly lectured by some of their instructors on the history of the company and the track itself. It was very informative and not too long. As you can imagine, people were eager to get out there and drive. We were taken on a courtesy lap around the track in a Porsche Cayenne so that you can get a "lay of the land" so to speak and familiarize yourself with the track. After that we were fitted for helmets (which my Dad ended up not having to wear because he was too tall once actually seated in the Lambo lol). The trainers who ride with you are top notch and I would definitely recommend spending the extra $70 for a dvd/media disc of your experience. You also receive a certificate of completion that lists which vehicles you drove. It's cheesy but cute. Racing exotics is a pricey experience, but as others have commented here on review, definitely worth every penny with a company like this. read more

I loved my experience at Exotics Racing!!! I got a certificate to do 6 laps in a Ferrari F430 for Christmas. What a great ride. The company runs a smooth operation. The track walkthrough in the Porsche Cayenne S was exciting. The classroom session before driving was useful and not boring. They addressed the technical aspects of the drive and if you pay attention it will help you get the most out of your driving. The in car instructor was courteous and made sure I had a fun and great experience with the Ferrari. Note: you are not actually racing anyone so the namesake might be a bit misleading. You share the track with Murcielagos, F430 Scuderias, Corvettes, 911's but you are not in direct competition with them. The staff was super cool and let us take as many pictures as we wanted with the cars. I highly recommend Exotics Racing. Vroom! read more

THE MOST FUN DAY I HAVE ALL YEAR...!!! First, let's get this out of the way up front - this ain't cheap. But then again, do you really expect driving the hell out of a Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche, or McLaren on a closed racetrack with a professional instructor would be cheap...?!? I've been to Exotics Racing three times, and completely loved it every time. It usually takes two or three days to get the silly-ass grin off my face. It's not a cheap day, but for the money I spend, I get to beat the hell out of about $2 million worth of their high-end racecars, and then walk away. Frankly, I figure they have to replace one set of tires (that I burned off) for every day I've been there. That's probably $800-$1,000 of the cost. And if I did this kind of stuff at home, I'd have to keep a traffic attorney on speed dial, and would eventually lose my drivers license. I usually drive 4-5 cars, and it takes 3-4 hours of pure enjoyment. Awesome. Fantastic. Wonderful. Spectacular. Well-managed. Highly professional. Very well done. The BEST experience ever and that's from someone who didn't even drive so imagine the review on someone who did! This was a time well spent. The minute you enter, you are greeted by such great and welcoming staff members and they are great in communicating the rules and policy of the facility. I sat in on the driving training class and the instructor was really funny and made the science of drive an easy one. He broke down the concept of driving into simple ideas. When you're done with the class, you sit in an SUV and they do a test drive with a few others so you can get an idea of the 1.2 mile track. When you get back you get fitted with a helmet and you meet your instructor. They go over the basic sitting position and where things are in the car. Then you're off to your 200 mph speed limit track! The sound of those beastly machines are amazing! It gets your heart pumping. While in the car, there is a dash cam and a computer chip that tracks your speed, time, and look of extreme concentration while driving and you can watch your driving skills in detail on their ipad when you're done. You do have the option of purchasing the video. There was a sensation of awe after driving the Ferrari and feeling pumped with adrenaline! The 11 laps is enough satisfaction. A definite to do again. Lot of fun, great cars to choose from! Reason why only 3 stars because they switched my car last minute and explained cars where same! This wasn't true in fact it was 60 horsepower less, slowest car on track, after I looked it up. Also when I booked it with friends I was told I was getting the "Best" deal. When we got there they offered same everything to another one in my party and offered $40.00 less then what I paid. I asked for credit back and they said no. I just felt cheapened a little, still a lot of fun and highly recommended just buy all your "add on's" when you get there it's cheaper! read more

They get the newer and wider selection of cars apparently. Then go pay for it. 2) Instruction class was informative. It gives you the technicality of the tracks to help you drive these bad boys = 30-45 mins 3) Discovery Laps: 2 laps around the track in a Cayenne to show you what they were teaching in class = 2 minutes 4) Then, get your safety helmet and wait for your car. Show time!! [[ Cars ]]-- 5 laps each: Audi R8, Nissan GT-R Black edition, and Lamborghini Aventador. Cost varies per car and laps-- but it ain't cheap. -- Different instructors come with each car and they specialize in teaching you as you're driving. So listen closely! (Tipping is suggested, if you like them) -- No speed limit! Just the max limit of your car. Some people really go cray out there! -- Per the bf, order of enjoyment was GT-R, Aventador, then R8. These rides were like Goldilocks; too fast, too slow, and then just right. :) [[ Misc offers ]] -- Drifting with a professional driver for $99. OMG if you're just a guest looking to be a passenger and not driver, then this might be the most exhilarating 2 laps for you! -- Video recording of you in real time on the track with audio and your face as you go. -- Certficate comes free at the end The entire experience took us 2.5 hours. It can run long if you're scheduled with a reservation group that is pretty full. We waited in between cars until the next car came back from the track. It doesn't take long obviously but somehow we spent all afternoon there. I HIGHLY recommend them! Service was incredible and they are very professional. I can't say enough about the experience or the crew working here. Wow. Amazing. I went a few weeks ago and had the pleasure of spending some time in an R8... just me, the track, the beautiful beast of German engineering, and Danny - my delightful instructor. I was anxious about driving after the short (maybe 20 minutes) lecture / instruction segment in the classroom setting. Then we went out on the track in groups in a Porsche Cayenne (SUV) to get the lay of the track. Back to base and out with our instructors in our car of choice. I chose 5 laps with the Audi, but next time I would take the advice of other Yelpers and go for more laps in one car. Just as I really got a feel for the car and the gas and braking, time was up. =( My wife did the R8 driving experience but also did the ride along in the Corvette with a pro driver... She LOVED it. It was just as described - "a fast, crazy ride for people who love rollercoasters." I opted out because i'm not the biggest rollercoaster fan. The best part... aside from the memories and the photos -- we have video! So amazing to watch the track with the inset view of myself as I whip around each corner. I cannot wait to go back and spend more time behind the wheel... it's def. worth the trek to the track and dealing with an odd setup. Be prepared for the hard sell on upgrades, videos, apparel, etc. read more

I've never done anything like this in my life so when i first got here, it was definitely a wow factor. Just seeing the cars zoom by was a pretty cool sight. Came here for a work event that my company hosted. I got to drive the Lambo Gallardo which was awesome. I do have to caution for people that are over 6' since some of the cars are pretty low. I had a bit of a trouble with the helmet on for the lambo but I ended up just dealing with it. I would recommend getting 7 laps. The first 2-3 laps were pretty much a trial run since you're probably nervous and not sure how fast to drive. The last 2-3 laps is where it gets really fun. The only thing I hated was that if there is a slow car in front of you and the instructor doesn't let you pass them, you're stuck behind them. I think I couldn't really push the car because of that slow car. We got the videos too too come with it. After watching the video I realized next time I'm going to just really push the car even more.
