My appointment was between 10-12 and the guys were there before 11. They told me the job would take about an hour and it only took about half that. I had some serious stains on my carpet and would have been happy if they just got half of them. I was in another room and when I came out, it looked as if I got a brand new carpet. All the stains were gone so I was more than happy to give them a tip. He gave me foodies to put over my shoes and gave me great tips. They both rocked in personality and quality of work. Jim and Brett came out and cleaned our tile and grout. We have 1100 sq ft of ceramic tile and the grout had gotten very dark and black over the years. They were there most of the day and when done, the tile and grout were back to looking brand new and restored to their light color again. At appointment time 2 of their technicians arrived. They surveyed the rooms and got to work. Watching as they were cleaning you could see an instant change in our carpet. They deserve the highest recommendation as they not only cleaned the carpet in a 4 bedroom tri-level they even used a vacuum where the carpet met the wall to make sure they got every speck of dust that accumulated.
