GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! This operation is an absolute mess…read more I made an appointment online. Never received an email confirmation. Went to the facility at 3pm on Thursday 01/28/2021. Paid $150. Swabbed. Having had six tests elsewhere already so I know the turnaround time. I asked "what time tonight will I receive my results". The woman at the desk and the nurse both responded that it would be first thing in the morning, and at the very latest 24 hours. I was surprised. They explained that they drop off the results personally at the end of the evening. It has been 24 hours. I called to speak to the staff at the facility and got the "customer service" agent. I am now being told that the turnaround will be 48 hours. I have been on with customer service for 27 minutes and I can not get my results, a timeline, a direct number to the facility or a supervisor. I have a customer service agent who is on hold with "the higher department waiting to find out if they will call [me]". After 42 minutes on the phone the end result was "you can request a refund after 48 hours". So the "higher department" chose not to take my call. They can't guarantee my result will be delivered in ANY TIME FRAME. And told me I could contest the charge with my credit card company after I have not received my results in 48 hours. I wish I had gone to Covid LAX or Exer which both provide PCR tests same day. I also with I had looked at YELP. Every one of the facilities in this group get terrible reviews. Here is another honest and terrible review. I hope that you read it and GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

I tried several times with 2 different browsers, making sure fields were filled out correctly. Frustrating. I also tried downloading the images to my desktop, but when I tried opening them, no images. Just a bunch of binary code or something. Now I have to drive to the imaging center, pay for parking, and waste my time and theirs waiting for images to be put on CD. CD? Hasn't this technology been replaced years ago with USB? Everything else about Beverly Tower Wilshire, however, is great!

I never actually made it to this facility -- my appointment was cancelled before I ever walked…read morethrough the door, which is exactly the problem I want to highlight. I called to schedule a Coronary Calcium Scan as a self-pay patient -- no insurance, no doctor involved. I made that very clear from the start. Getting through to someone wasn't easy either -- the phone system is a guessing game with no obvious path to scheduling. I would have preferred to book online, but a Coronary Calcium Scan simply wasn't listed as an available option on their website, so calling was my only choice. The appointment was set. Then, at 4:30 PM the day before my scan, I got a call telling me I needed a doctor's referral. When I reminded the rep that I had specifically explained I was self-pay with no referral, it didn't matter -- the appointment was cancelled anyway. I can't review the facility itself, the equipment, or the on-site staff because I never got that far. What I can say is that the intake process failed at every step: an inaccessible phone system, an incomplete online booking option, and front-end staff who either don't document or don't read patient notes. I hope someone at RadNet reads this and uses it as an opportunity to train staff on handling self-pay patients properly. A last-minute cancellation caused by an intake error wastes patients' time and erodes trust before the relationship even begins.

You guys have given me my life and piece of mind back! Initially I was tested using the normal laboratory that my doctor contracts with. I got some horrible and incredibly devastating results that implicated an autoimmune disease that could be the worst disease in the universe. I got positive results not one but three separate times. After seeing 3 different specialists and UCLA facilities and spending $4000 dollars testing for this diseases I came across an article about high false positive results for this particular antibody. Hoping against hope, I finally was able to have my blood sample tested by the world renowned and best antibody testing lab in the USA... RDL Laboratory in Los Angeles!! My results ARE negative and I have been wasting time, money and healthcare dollars chasing a disease I don't even have. I feel like I can breath again. I am so happy I found RDL. I could have spent a lifetime and a fortune testing for something I never had if not for RDL. Thank you thank you thank you!!!! I hope that nobody ever goes through the absolute mental and monetary hardship I went through due to faulty testing facilities. Go straight to RDL for accurate results!!

I texted her to tell her I had a labcorp order and she let me know she had discontinued working there after all these years- I was crushed! How would I go about finding someone new who was as sweet and wonderful and pain-free and "for the patients" as Cynthia? Mary was every inch as accommodating as humanly possible- she was so so sweet when I asked for a butterfly needle and to do a "1, 2..deep breath" before placing the needle. She said "my pleasure" every time I thanked her- and was so kind. I was a walk-in mid-day on a Friday and it was a pretty full waiting room but I got in and out very quickly- maybe 20 mins total? They do have separate sign-in kiosks for patients sent from the women's clinic and it did take them a second to get my insurance figured out, which I'm not used to dealing with. I can't speak to parking as I got dropped off and picked up. The only thing that was less than pleasant was having the needle placed on the smaller vein on the outer side of my inner elbow. Eek- not used to people using the outer arm vein (is it called "cephalic"?). It hurt even with a butterfly- but Mary made it go fast- she was really kind and caring.

There's basically no street parking because most of the surrounding residential area is permit only, so you end up having to use their parking structure and pay (I paid $7. I was there 5 mins max). Then I finally get upstairs, check in on their kiosk, and within a minute I get called up. The employee asks if I have paper copies of my lab order. I tell her no because my doctor sent everything electronically literally YESTERDAY at my docs appt. She immediately says there's nothing they can do and that they need paper copies. Annoying, but fine. I step out into the hallway to call my doctor's office and explain the situation. When I come back in to continue the conversation with the same employee, another staff member rudely asks, "Did you check in yet?" Like... obviously? I had already checked in and was literally continuing the conversation that had just happened. The whole interaction felt dismissive and unfriendly. If electronic orders aren't accepted or there are issues receiving them, communicate that clearly beforehand instead of making patients figure it out after they've paid for parking and already checked in. Not a great experience.
