I really like Emily and Luong and I absolutely love my nails!! My feet were done nicely too, but somehow a smudge happened. Not sure as I didn't move and they were dry before I left. But when I got into the car and looked down trying to be careful is when I noticed the greater toe smudged. Ok work, but overpriced in my opinion. After getting my nails done by the same tech for over 10 years I've been recently looking for a new one since my former one had to move more than a few hours away. Every nail shop I come across keeps disappointing. So this time I decided to give up acrylics and just get a regular manicure. The clean up part of the manicure went well. The paint job is very pretty. My problem is the shape of my nails and the price. Maybe I'm just used to my old tech, but $30 is what I've paid for a full set of acrylics with gel polish for a long time. So, getting charged that for a simple manicure (and I do mean simple, my hands were in cold water for maybe 2 minutes each before the cuticle cleaning started and there was no other treatment done besides cuticle cleaning and buffing) what I've previously paid for a full blown acrylic set threw me off. I did get gel polish, but is that how much people are charging now for gel? Also my bails all look crooked. Like little Gumby's on my fingers. I guess I didn't look close enough before leaving. All in all, I think it's time I give up and just buy some nail polish to do my own nails at home. read more

Stopped here on a whim because every other nail salon I visited that Sunday was either too packed or closed. Interior décor is simple but the the service is exceptional. There was a bridal party there so I'm trying not to knock stars for the extremely long wait. Aside from that, I thought service was friendly and the end result overshadowed the wait. I must say I expected more from such a well rated establishment but my fiancé and I's visit was less than average. Worst experience we've ever endured. During the process my fiancé was cut to bleed multiple times due to the employees brutal force in the way she was filing the edges of her nails. Not only was her experience painful - to draw a tear - , but it was as if the employee couldn't care less about the quality of her work. I don't know this employees name, although her personality was sweet, her work was more that of an amateur. Never visiting again. We do not recommend it whatsoever. After the work was done, they still expected us to pay full price regardless of the cuts and flaws made. Who I'm assuming was the manager tried to just say "It's just an accident" as if that completely cleared our minds of what just happened. Ended up only getting $5 taken from full price. I almost kept myself from saying thank you for the nails. We don't know what this place was like in the past, but it certainly must have been much better than this dumpster fire of a nail salon. read more

Literally just waited an hour and 10 minutes to get my powder done. I had been in the day before and she told me come in at 4. I did. She then told me to soak my nails..... not for an hour. I waited- but really. They play on their phones giggle to each other constantly and sleep in the pedicure chairs. Never again. I stumbled upon this nail shop one evening while in the area knowing my when My regular nail person was on vacation (I was with my lady for at least 3 years). I got Emily and she was nice enough to take me 10 min before close! Let me just say I never went back to my regular lady! Emily is by far the best nail tech I've ever had (and I'm picky) she's extremely fast which I love but that doesn't effect her quality of work! My nails are always on point and even when I've pushed them to 3 weeks I still get compliments. She doesn't do pedicures but everyone I've ever had there has been great. been coming here for over two years and the owner changed, when the new owner came he remodeled the salon and also brought new manicurist with him, I've seen a lot of people come and go. after not coming for over five months I returned and found a whole new team of manicurist, i got the pleasure to get my nails done by Natalie. she was so sweet and kept asking if the nails where what I wanted I absolutely loved her and I recommend to get your nails done by her. The worst manicure and pedicure I've ever gotten. Overall they rushed the process and it wasn't relaxing at all. I hardly got a massage and the lady didn't even wait until the paraffin wax dried before she took it off. The polish on both my toes and finger nails was so thick that it never completely dried. My mani and pedi were ruined when I put shoes on 45 min later. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, ever! read more

They provide the highest quality service with care for each customer along with always ahead of making sure the shop is clean but safety for all customers & employees is strong. They have taken extra precautions since covid. I've had several techs do my nails over the last couple years but now only book with Kim. Who does regularly my gel manicure, pedicure & waxing of my eye brows who is beyond talented & exceptional. I can't say enough about this shop. They have a vast array of colors & able to match colors excellent along with services. Do recommend always making an appointment but they do walk-ins just sometimes they get extremely busy so the wait can be long as walk in. The booking of appt especially important with covid. Expect to wait & possibly long wait if doing a walk in. You won't be disappointed. I've super high maintenance & picky so me posting this is a big deal. read more

This place is just AWFUL I wish it would let me give them zero stars!!!! The guy that did my nails was so rough he made 2 of my nails bleed. I had to tell him he was being rough and to slow down. I had asked to get my cuticles cut and he would barley cut any off yet again I had to tell him to fix them. I had to tell him about 5 times that my nails were to long and I wanted them shorter they are still way to long now. When he would file my nails he would file a lot only on one side of my nail and barley on the other side. He did such a sloppy job!! I will NEVER go to this salon EVER again!!!!!! read more

The whole pedi experience wasn't really good in my opinion but it was okay. I opted for the hot stone - $30. The tech that did them.. he was nice, but I feel he missed a few marks for me. First, the water was WAY too hot. It had been a while since my last pedi and I needed a trim. I had to ask if he was going to do it because it seemed as though he wasn't going to. With the callus remover, it was dry,. Nothing put on to aid in the removal of dead skin. I also had to ask if he was going to finish removing any dead skin from my feet because I could tell there were a few unfinished areas. The only reason I had a problem with this is because they already charge $5 extra so if I am going to do that, at least do it right. While getting the hot stone portion of my pedi, he was more into the game than the hot stone work. Kind of missed a few points with that one as well. Disclaimer: I am not bougie or picky by no means. However, I've been getting pedicures for a long time... This is not a bash post, but my honest opinion as a consumer. One suggestion I would have to give is pay attention to the comfort of your customers and ensure that everyone delivers a great level of work to show mastery of your craft. read more
