I will be leaving a detailed review for each project which Sergio did for my husband and I but ultimately would use Sergio again for any renovations we will do in the future First off, let me tell you I looked and met with dozens, DOZENS of contractors, as many as 20 each day for two days and Sergio really stuck out to my husband and I. After meeting with so many contractors we were exhausted none of them could give us a definitive number because we needed to have a wall torn down and many contractors were scared to give a direct quote at the fear that they might have to do more work than they might anticipate. They were unresponsive and mostly rude especially when they would see that we had back to back appointments with contractors in order to vet for the best price and service. Sergio came in the same day I called him, gave us a direct quote and was proactive, in order to determine if we had a load-bearing wall he just simply broke into the roof (with our permission of course) to take a look at the rafters. After spending an evening to discuss my husband and I decided to move forward with Sergio and we have not been disappointed. First project: Tearing down the wall dividing the outdated kitchen and the living space, our house is a fixer upper so we had plumbers and electricians running around during the whole process and Sergio's team was able to work around them. Originally we were only using Sergio's services to tear down the wall and plaster the gapping holes. But we were doing a whole kitchen makeover basically so we were long from done. 2nd Project: Installation of Cabinets. We had already purchased the cabinets from Lowes and wish we found Sergio earlier so that we could've purchased cabinets through his sources as Lowe's cabinets not only came in damaged but the doors aren't level! Which were still currently trying to go at with Lowes at this rate it took them 12 weeks to deliver these cabinets and they still couldn't get it right. Sergio knew I couldn't wait anymore to finish this portion of the kitchen so he fixed the broken cabinet for us! The cabinets were installed in two days. 3rd Project: Tile Installation. So tile options were killing me, but after gruelingly deciding on what i waned to be done, I decided on a chevron pattern light grey ombre tile with white grout. Keep in mind you need to pick up these materials yourself, (hardiebacker, grout, tile) as Sergio wants you to make sure you have exactly what you want and there is no confusion. For installation, If you have a picture to show Sergio that is what's best. Since he replicated what I wanted amazingly! His tile guy is impeccable and since our kitchen floors transition to wood he managed to make it a seamless and beautiful transition between different floor types. I am thrilled with my kitchen floor and it is everything I imagined. This project was also completed in two days. 4th Project: Countertop Installation. Told Sergio I wanted Quartz and he sent me to pick out quartz at his source in Anaheim, CA. They won't give you pricing there only to contractors who they are partnered with (definitely so contractors can charge more at their discretion) But Sergio is an honest man, he only charges you for what the material costs, which you should expect to give him before he picks up the materials you picked out. He will give you an invoice from the warehouse source in Anaheim, CA showing how much the materials cost with no upcharge. His installation services are separate and he will go pick up the material and make sure it is perfect. I had a hefty project, my vision was for a 12 foot long island and at first I was hesitant about using two slabs to meet in the middle because the line might be too visible but Sergio's team made it so it looks like the island is one large slab! The line is seamless and it is beautiful! 5th Project: Backsplash Installation. Originally I was going with shiplap walls so wasn't going to do backsplash but afraid of the possibility of shiplap going out of style within a few years opted for white subway tile and black grout. You will have to pick up the tile and grout yourself once again. But his guys finished the backsplash in a day and once again beautiful. Sergio and his team are very polite and stay as clean as possible. But as you know with any remodel there is always dust and mess, so don't have unrealistic expectations on cleanliness. He and his team keep it as neat as possible considering the situation. Keep in mind that as long as Sergio and his team have proper instruction and make sure to text or email him everything so you have clear communication, this should be done with everybody not just Sergio but he does insist on having everything in writing so that there is no confusion. Sergio wants to make sure that what you have envisioned comes to life and that you are satisfied with the project. If you find that there is something that might have been forgotten he will come back and fix it. read more

Sergio and his crew worked on my kitchen renovation and overall I'm happy with the result. However the process was stressful as with any renovation projects. There were hiccups along the way. We had miscommunications maybe due to the language barrier. He used many different people for different work such as titling, backsplash and electrical work. I wasn't happy with the floor titles because they were uneven but he was willing to remove all of the uneven pieces and fixed everything for the most part. The guy he used for my backsplash was meticulous and did a great job. Sergio's prices are very reasonable and he finished the job quickly. Sergio is one (if not) of the best contractors I have ever worked with. He is very professional, knowledgeable and has excellent customer service. You can tell he takes pride in his work and not just in it for the money, he is not happy until you are. His craftsmanship is remarkable, does not cut corners and best part is he got it done on time and within budget. The master bathroom renovation looks better than expected, it seems we stepped into a Vegas hotel suite. The kitchen cabinets look brand new plus along with new tile installation, it makes it feel like we moved into a new house. My wife loved that he was work was very clean, which is uncommon (at least not with the contractors I have worked with in the past).
