CK was very professional. The technician came out and took a look, and took the time to confirm that there was nothing simple that could be done to repair the unit. He checked online for the part and ordered it from a source in Louisiana, and scheduled the follow-on appointment to install it. I was given a price that was higher than I would have guessed but not outrageous. The installation appointment went well, as well. The technician not only did the job but pointed out a few things that needed attention in the upcoming year or two.
