As I arrived to the area, she let me know that a salon worker (unclear if owner) proceeded to tell her to move away from the entrance cause her baby was disruptive (baby was not crying) and she had clients and she didn't want her around. She was rude to them and threaten in calling the cops. She sat down on a chair to adjust her clothing and she came out and yelled at her saying it was "her furniture". I have never ever seen such a rude behavior towards a new mother. Unclear if she hates children or was just having a bad day. There were no clients seen inside and the area is a plaza with other businesses . Needless to say, I will never set foot in this place ever again and will take my money elsewhere. As for the quality of their service, I can't speak because I didn't even get to enter their salon. One star for location. Zero stars for customer service. I usually do my own nails at home so it was fun to get something different. I got a gel manicure, which I don't normally do because it damages my nails. I was so shocked a few weeks later when I had the gel removed, that my nails were still in great shape! They did such a wonderful job not filing too much of the nail down.
