In January of 2023, I brought my car here to check out a coolant leak. They decided I needed to have my water pump replaced. $1200 later, I had a new water pump. Well, the low coolant light came on again the day I left the shop. So they obviously either didn't pressure test it afterwards or they didn't care. I believe they didn't care because that was their attitude the entire time I dealt with them. But, I was patient and respectful throughout because who's dumb enough to piss off someone in charge of their car? I took it to them 7 times in total to try and fix the problem. Finally, they tell me I have a blown head gasket. Okay. Well, at least they found the problem. So, they recommend a new motor in my 2017 Jetta because the engine is made out of aluminum. So, I paid for a replacement motor. The first motor, supposedly, came in damaged. But the second motor came in looking great a week later. When I found that out I asked when I could bring my car in. Well, supposedly, one of the 3 mechanics was in the hospital with his wife and the owner was on vacation for a week. So, I was told to call in a week later. When I did, they told me they were ready to receive my car the next day. I just came back from the shop after they've had it for the past 8 days. They hadn't even started working on it yet. This time, supposedly, one of their mechanics has been out with the flu. I don't believe that, personally. They couldn't even bother to call me once throughout this whole process and tell me that either there were delays or they just didn't have the time to put an engine in a car and I needed to take it elsewhere. Which is likely what really happened. The entire time I put up with these people, they've only called me once. I had to call them every time because.. this company just isn't professional in any sense. Eventually, I demanded the money back for the used engine I bought and told them I don't want them touching my car. Maybe you'll have better luck with them but all they did for me was cost me thousands of dollars. I got nothing in return. read more
