Needless to say after they replaced said pads and rotors the brakes continued to squeal. They suggested it would go away "shortly after driving a bit", but if not, they'd return and "oil them". When the squealing continued "after a bit", I contacted them again and heard nothing back. I tried again and was told they'd been sick, but promised to stop by that evening. They never showed. I contacted them again, but did not receive the courtesy of a response. Now I question the money I paid that did not solve the problem and their lack of responsiveness or accountability for stopping my brakes from squealing and following through with what they promised to do to make it right. I no longer recommend these guys so please disregard my earlier glowing review!

I…read morehired him to fix what started as the starter in my car which led to the flex plate then when we got all the parts in he had ordered the wrong bolts, he took them told me he was going to trade them in for the right ones, and the next thing I know he's telling me to send him more money so he can order more bolts. And honestly, I haven't seen the bolts that I bought or the ones that he supposedly bought , so I honestly think that he put the old ones back in which you're not supposed to do. And all he did was put the flex plate in and put my transmission back on so he could get his jack from under my car. he told me he needed one nut to finish working on the car promise to be back the next day and I have not seen him since and I believe I am missing some wires. Definitely the screw for the nut. There's something hanging under my car, he never put the starter back in, he swore up and down that he didn't do shady work and he got me every which way he could I've probably given him about $1000 and that's not including what I paid him to fix the car. He's also stole my cell phone on top of everything else . I am so scared to have another mechanic look at my car now!

After three appointments, he finally confirmed it was a bad wheel bearing--the same issue I had described from the start. I was told I'd receive a refund for the diagnostic fee, but instead my number was blocked. To make matters worse, his wife later contacted me online and sent me messages I considered threatening. I admit I said things out of anger during our last phone call, and I regret that. However, the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and how this situation was handled were unacceptable. I had noticed a sound like A Jet following me as of late and it dawned on me that---ohhhhh shoooot!!! That's my SUV! I pulled up and asked a gentleman could he listen to the sound my Murano was making and tell me if it's something they could assist me with repairing in a timely fashion.
