I did a chrome color - pricing was not disclosed prior to me choosing the Chrome either (Beware any add-on is charged. You are basically nickel and dimmed for every choice. My pedicure became an easy $100. Onto the quality of my nails. The quality was horrendous. The tech did not go all the way down to the cuticles so my fresh nails with a brand "new set" (I don't use tips and still got charged for a full set ) it looked like they were already a week old. After having the tech redo them to fix her mistake, they still look like shit. The tips of my nails are missing chunks of chrome. I'm not willing to walk back in there because this manicure and pedicure became an easy $215. I have never in my life paid that much for a simple pedicure and nail set. We came to Houston to try something new and expected it to be a little pricier, but I did not expect to give away my first born child. Nor did I expect to leave completely unsatisfied.

First impressions, I thought the salon was clean and rather small. They had 4 techs working and they were all busy when I came in but I didn't mind waiting. I showed my nail tech an inspo pic and let her know that I wanted square round nails and she got to work as soon as she was free. When she was working on my nails, another customer came in asking to get her eyebrows waxed. My nail tech stopped mid service when she was working on my nails to wax her eyebrows. I am patient so again, I didn't mind waiting however I could tell that the tech felt rushed and stressed. I'm not sure if this is the norm here but the tech only trimmed my nails before applying the dip powder but did not clean up my cuticles or trim any hangnails. Also, when she was filing down the dip, she cut 3 of my fingers which stung. I understand that she had another customer waiting on her but I don't think it was appropriate for her to rush through my service.

It was fine since I prefer to just relax and not have to socialize when getting my nails done. My only complaint is that everyone was being offered a drink, and neither her or the person who sat me asked me if i wanted a drink or water. Anyway, I did like how my nails came out. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and the outcome was similar to what I asked for. I think the price was fair, although there is a discrepancy in the prices on their website and the price on their in person menu. I'd definitely come back!

I would personally love more relaxing music instead of hip hop or upbeat dancing music during pedicures. I come here to unwind and fully relax. I also remember the lighting used to feel a little softer and dimmer, which made the atmosphere more calming. The individual pedicure chairs already have bright lights, so the overhead lighting can sometimes feel a bit too intense. And this is no one's fault of course, but I wish some customers would be a little more mindful of volume. Some of us come here for peace, quiet, and relaxation. The nail technician was gentle and did a great job on my ugly feet lol. Everything was going well until customers started trickling in. I can tell that this was not the norm for them on a weekday. The staff started rushing. While still working on my pedicure, the owner approached my nail tech and asked her to hurry and fix another customer's nails because she knows how to do powder nails. They spoke in Vietnamese (and I understood everything being said...) Then I was pawned off to another nail tech to do my manicure. I did not like that. I asked for round/oval nails and got square shaped nails. She also filed them way too short. The gel polish was thick and clumpy. She rushed on my nails and didn't even do a cleanup around the edges. I was told my nails are done and when I got to the car, the polish started smudging! I can tell it was going to bother me, so I went back inside for a fix. It was a 3rd nail tech I got now. She was sort of rude and filed down the smudged area to apply another clumpy layer on top. All in all, I was very dissatisfied with the service and how my nails came out. My toes looked great and that's where the generous 2 stars came from. Never again.

He did a decent job. By the time I drove home and took a shower the gel was coming off. I doubt he even put gel on if it came off that fast! I was charged $45 dollars for nails to come off within a few hours and I tipped $10. Now I have to go to my normal nail tech near me and see how much she will charge to fix someone else's work. The quality has gone downhill. Normally people will ask if you want something to drink or have quality products that don't come off right away. It was a lesson learned though.
