Dip manicure

I have been coming here for 8 months now and I love it! The women are lovely and have attention to detail. Their back massages are heavenly. They remember me every time and want to make it perfect. Highly recommend!

Hey yelp! I feel bitter/ sweet about this place. I keep going because it's convenient and near my home but it's subpar... Me and my friends made a reservation for 1 and they didn't start working on my friends until about 1:25. Also most of the workers there are nice! Except the man Tom!!! I attached a photo of him. I believe he's owner or manager but he is not nice at all and really is terrible at doing nails. He's too fast, he's not calming, he cuts my skin EVERYtime I've had him and they never look good... it's gotten to the point that when he comes over to work on my nails I have to say "I would prefer someone else to work on me" which is awkward in itself but then he's rude about it. The best worker in there is another male who sometimes wears a earring and has his hair gelled in a slight Mohawk. Lastly, I got cut again because the people here always seem to file the nails too much to wear it literally burns my under nail. Besides that they look good. Alrighty that's all.

Peeling in the end like a sunburn!

Nina burned my face so bad removing hair that I had to go to the ER later because it was so painful. I am not kidding. I am attaching pictures. She puts it on and in 1 swipe pulls it off all at once. OMG! Her sister always did it for me before however she does little spots at a time and it wasn't painful at all. My face was swollen for days, red, painful and looked so bad I couldn't go anywhere. I read here where they did it to someone else too. My face was so swollen in one if these pictures that it will blow your mind. Then.... It peeled like a sunburn. Same day, the girl that did my pedicure was talking away the entire time, not paying attention and clipped my toe. It bled. This place is horrible. Don't go here if you value your body. They SUCK! I did not need any more lines or damage to my face... Trust me.

Super clean and relaxing. I came in for a new set and pedicure. The pedicure was spectacular. I'm just not a fan of the oil, would've only preferred lotion but it's ok. Classic pedicure came with a nice, long foot and leg massage which was just what I needed. I'll definitely return. Love the way my nails came out! Ask for Mary.

Not cleaned around the nail , rushed work

Nina is very lazy , she does a half job , she did my gel nails and I had to keep reminding her to clean around my nail and under it . She rushes her work for the older white people . She always wearing right crop tops to show her cleavage (unprofessional). Overall a rushed job ! Would not recommend!!

Look at the polish near my cuticles. A rushed job that ended up growing out all weird and crusty :(

I came in here to try their SNS nails, because I saw that their color collection was quite impressive. The convenience factor is also there for me--I live close by and they have a lot of technicians and booths, usually guaranteeing that I'll be seen by someone in less than 15 min on a weekend afternoon. I should've known from the long wait while soaking in the pedicure seat that my visit was going to be a mess. However, I decided to stick it out (to my nails' detriment!). My pedicure, $25, was standard and almost on the rough side. I could tell that the lady was eager to get me out of the seat to serve more customers. This might not even be her fault but the fault of the management. Who knows. While my SNS polish has retained its shine and color, I am extremely disappointed in the application by the technician (i don't actually know her position, but she seemed like a higher-up, telling other technicians who to do for what, managing people while working on my nails). From the mixed reviews that I already see on this page, I think it really depends on who did your nails. I suppose not everyone is as sloppy as the person who did mine, but mine ended up looking especially crusty and odd at the cuticles after a week's worth of growth. Wish this worked out--I'll be going to another salon to remove the nails and to apply another round of SNS polish.

Disappointed getting manicure done here today. Took her many times to clean up the edges, it dried up my skin around the nails and it still doesn't look flawless after many attempts. I went there only because it's about one mile from where I live, and I didn't feel like driving far today. Will not go back here again! So glad I have another nail spa I can count on for manicure: Lux Nail Spa by Westheimer / Gessner, a little farther away from where I live, four miles but worth the drive. Always flawless and perfect manicure! Same price but much much better results!

Nails done

It's very good spa I love to there the Manager nini very nice lady!!! I always good serves!!

spent $100 for uneven sloppy job nails & pedi. Lady suggest natural powder and I said Yes. It looks & feels very unnatural & my skins stuck with glue& feels awful. Service- they never offer anything to drink. Price- very confusing/ when they show me menu chart my nails 30 / pedi 25 + (20) shellac suppose to $75 My nail was just regular color & she said natural powder doesn't cost any extra. Somehow she charged me $90 And I give $10 tip (for my pedicure guy) not very happy both but he seems just young & not much experience. She did okay job last time & she just don't really pay attention today at all. Jumping out different customers between me & another two people. Waste my time. I don't think go back there.

Trishia does the best dip!

I am a runner and have some nasty toes. Nina does such a great job making them look pretty! Trish does my nails at the same time and does an awesome dip. The place is clean and everyone is very friendly.

My mom wanted a very light and relaxing massage and I needed a deep tissue massage to work out knots. Kelli has very strong hands and worked the knots on my back relentlessly. I'll be sore later but the massage therapy was exactly what I needed. Rhonda did our facials and this was also incredible. She was extremely knowledgeable about the skin and what your body is telling you through your skin. She did a great job and our faces looked and felt amazing after. The spa is a little hidden in a business office environment and it's no frills unlike other spas (i.e. You're not going to hang out in a tea room in a robe), however the place was very clean, cozy, smelled great, and each room was designed perfectly and had the proper cozy ambience. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this small business!

Took advantage of the opportunity to relax a little bit in a Sunday afternoon. Call it a recovery…read moreday from working out or call it just a mental santity break to kick off the week. This is a great place to do either. The first hour and a half in the men's area rotating between the steam room, sauna hot tub and cold plunge, losing track of the time and just soaking it. The sauna and the steam room each held around 5 to 7 people, respectively. Fortunately I didn't need to push the capacity limits since the crowd was extremely light, especially for for a weekend. I strolled around and checked out the other rooms and the bulgama room was scorching hot, in the best possible way. Broken up into two different dome spaces - one hot and the other extremely hot with a fireplace- that had the cozy smell of burning wood. A fantastic sensory experience. I popped by the restaurant and the Bulgogi stew was delicious. Prices were comparable to being outside of the spa, and the quality was just as good. The food came out piping hot with a little kimchi and some potatoes and a small bowl of rice on the side. I have been to more than a handful of Korean Spas and the features that make this one stand out are: Clean smells- sounds strange to have to say this but Gangnam was clean but didn't smell like cleaning products. Each space had a unique scent based on the desired effect - cedar, burning wood, eucalyptus, etc. Comfortable uniforms - woven, soft terry cloth sets that breathed well and were easy to move in. Unique experiences in small niches- hand spa to massage your hands, foot spa with a pebble bottomed pool, plenty of lounge spaces, vibrating plates for muscle activation or relaxation, I honestly didn't have time to do it all. The staff = top notch. Friendly front desk crew gave a great first impression. The superstar was the gal who helped me decide on a tasty dish in the restaurant, providing great descriptions for all of the choices. After 4 full hours, I needed to go to my next meeting and had to leave. Nevertheless I left feeling relaxed and satisfied. Verdict: Check it out but be sure to give yourself at least 4 hours.

I visited Gangnam Spa with my fiancé expecting a calm, restorative experience. The facility is…read moreclean, the staff is professional, and the treatments themselves are excellent. FIVE STARS! And this is why the rating drops to THREE STARS However, the spa's current approach to cell phone use raises serious privacy and safety concerns. Multiple guests were openly using their phones in treatment areas and even inside the locker rooms -- including taking photos and videos in spaces where individuals are undressed. Locker rooms are universally recognized as places where people have a reasonable expectation of privacy, and recording in these areas can violate that expectation, regardless of intent. Allowing phones in environments where guests are changing creates a real risk of non‑consensual photography or video, which can have legal implications and exposes patrons to harm. Businesses that operate locker rooms and similar facilities typically have a duty of care to protect guests from exactly this type of privacy intrusion. I strongly encourage the spa to implement and enforce a comprehensive no‑phone policy throughout all treatment and locker room areas. A spa should be a place where guests feel safe, respected, and able to relax without worrying about being filmed or photographed in private spaces. PLEASE KEEP this SPA classy, with privacy rules and keep the ghetto out the door!

Today I got a new nail tech who was absolutely horrible. She ignored my request for no cutting of the cuticles (even after my usual lady let her know), filed my nails AND SKIN so hard it hurt, and ended up clipping my skin too close and leaving nail polish on the side of my nails! The color she applied was not the one I picked but similar enough I just let it go. This experience reminded me why I hate going to get my nails done. When I went to pay I found out she had upcharged me for a hand massage I didn't ask for or want and then an attitude when I asked why the price was different than all my other visits. I regret not requesting my usual nail tech but she was busy with another client. Unfortunately this experience was enough to deter me from returning.
