Had my tires replaced for over $900 and the tire pressure light was on immediately when I got in the car. Drove the car back and asked them to put air in the tires and they did. For some reason the back left tire was only 23 PSI as they put air back in the brand new tire (red flag). Then I drove home and just hours later the back tire was completely flat. Then I had to get the car back to the shop (for the third time) and have them fix the issue they caused. They had to replace the valve stem because they messed it up and it was leaking. Then I got the car back and within the first day the TPMS light came on and never shut off, so I had to take a fourth trip to the shop. They refused to fix the sensor and said the sensor battery must have just died (coincidentally) right after. They were going to charge me $150 for yet another one of their mistakes. I've paid this shop thousands of dollars over the years and this is how they treat their repeat customers. Stay away from this shop. Sloppy work and poor customer service. read more

worst experience ever! went in for brakes pads... they wanted to upsell me rotors. I refused,said I just want pads on all four to get rid of " brake wear light".. Dixie told me 4 would be 388. I said all 4 cause I want wear indicalight off! I even told mechanic I wanted pads all the way around. Come to find out my rear pads have 4 pads and that's all they replaced. I said " will brake wear indicator light be off" she said yes. And there not warranty rear brakes either. I said fine... I waited almost 4 hrs to this point. On the way home .. brake wear indicator light came on!!!!! I've had my wheels aligned, several oil changes done hear to this point. Never again... read more

The technician failed to completely reattach my heat shield underneath the car. On the 3000 RPM pressure test, it was clear that there was an audible vibration. I asked the service advisor about it and he told me that the technician would have double checked everything, and to not be concerned. He of course was wrong. After getting on the highway, it was clear that something was dragging, and by the time I was able to get off the highway, the heat shield was torn off and left in the middle of the roadway. I was able to retrieve it, but had nowhere to put it as I was traveling. It ended up inside my vehicle on top of my expensive golf bag. I returned to the store and showed them the detached heat shield. The manager came over to find out what had happened and started spraying degreaser all over my golf bag, which ended up spraying all over the entire inside of my car and all of my luggage. The degreaser did not remove the grease from the golf bag. He told me he could pay for me to get it dry cleaned, but that he would not be replacing it. He said that it wasn't their idea for me to put it inside my car. Where else would I put it? Absolutely asinine. It took them nearly an hour to reattach this heat shield to the underside of my car. I did get an apology from the technician for not listening to me when I expressed concerns before leaving, but the manager did not offer any discount on the service. By the time it was all said and done, I had lost an hour and a half on my trip back to Florida. Inexcusable. They owe me $400 for a new golf bag, $100 for an hour and a half of my time, and I would say my money back on the oil change (~$65) would be appropriate. I went in for an oil change today, I thought it would maybe take 1 hour. However, since the oil technician lost the spring out of my oil cap, I was there for 2.5 hours. The local parts store didn't have the part, of course, it had to come from "the hub". While the girl working the front desk did let me know the issue, her idea of compensation for sitting there for 2.5 hours was their generic $26 off coupon that really didn't do alot for me. I am extremely dissatisfied with this service and won't be recommending this location to anyone. read more

Would have left 0 stars if possible. Avoid this outfit like the plague!! On vacation, needed spark plugs. Stopped at Express Oil on a Saturday morning. Immediate attempt to upsell. Charged $19 for their "courtesy inspection". Charged $45 PER PLUG for plugs they purchased at a nearby auto parts store for anywhere from $11 to $17 depending on the store. Was also charged $90 for installation. A total rip-off!!! read more

Before I start my review, please keep in mind this place will cost as much if not more then the dealership. That said, don't expect to to get service like other quick oil changes. To give you perspective, I have a Toyota, and I use Mobile 1 full synthetic oil. The cost for that oil change was $100.81. With my career, I do medical courier work that takes me to rural hospitals. In total, I drive 400 miles a day. Working from 9-8:30pm. At these locations, you don't need a appointment. You can be out in 10 minutes or less. The workers are highly trained, and professional. Most locations also have a full service master mechanic, that can fix everything. Every location also sales tires. Is this place for everyone? No, but if time, and quality is the most important, you can expect to pay more. You don't have to take a half day off work, and schedule a oil change, just to sit in a waiting room. You also won't need to drop your car off, and get a rental. This being said about oil change service only. I haven't had the mechanic do any work, just yet. Included are pictures of the nice waiting room, if you want to get out of your car. They have water, and a Keurig machine, as well asa big screen tv. The bathroom is very clean, as well as the garage. I didn't get pictures of the garage, because I didn't want to inconvenience the workers. read more

My two front tires were worn down. They did an alignment on my auto. After that my SUV was running terribly, like I could not keep control of it. I went back and they said oh we should not have done the alignment; you need new ball joints. So, I had those replaced, two new tires and scheduled 3 times to have my SUV aligned. They canceled three times. I have been dealing with this since April 20, 2023. I called corporate and their customer service said that they called the location, and I was not there, which I waited in the lobby for 20 minutes and no one came along. Their customer service person did not even ask for anyone to come to the lobby. While waiting for my 4 o'clock appointment I was talking to a man who had been there since 9:30 a.m. to get his brakes done. I left at 5 p.m. with no service again; that man's car still not done. read more
