I called and spoke to Brandy. I was pleasant to her, despite her attitude. I needed an estimate of what the cost would be for maintenance for my car. I told her the code from my dash and she had no idea what that meant. She was really pushing to get my car in before giving me a quote. I told her I needed an oil change and listed the items needed to be checked. Reluctantly, she finally gave me some numbers and the price was reasonable. At the beginning of the conversation she said I needed to stop cussing and she was just trying to help me. Was there someone else cussing at her? I can't imagine what I said that would make her think I was cussing. I seriously wasn't. I was completely professional. Not something I could say for her. I would absolutely not tolerate a person like this answering my phones if I were the owner. Wow! I wound up calling another place and the lady knew exactly what my car needed and was pleasant. Here's the thing: This other place charges more for the same items. Two ladies walk in to a tire place because they panicked seeing a screw in the center ridge of a tire expecting it to have to be repaired and patched. But the honest crew that works here brought the screw to us and told us it wasn't even imbedded in the tire. No damage at all to the tire and no need for a patch. They checked the tire pressure and topped off the air not charging us a dime. These guys are honest and transparent. They have earned our trust and return business! read more

We always go to this location for oil changes and headlight bulb replacements. They do it all as you're sitting in the comfort of your own vehicle. This visit wasn't any different. My oil change service was overdue, but I needed the left headlight bulb replaced. I ended up replacing both because if one goes out then you know the other will go out soon after. I didn't want to make a second trip back. Anyway, I got there right before they opened at 8am. I parked in one of the lanes, stayed in the car, and waited. They have 3 lanes. It was perfect. You pay as soon as they are done. All while you're seated in the car. They also test to see that all the other bulbs are working (brake and backup lights as well). If they don't have the right bulb they will send someone out to get it while you're having your oil changed. No time is wasted and the service is super friendly. They don't force any other services on you. They just tell you what is needed, or what service is coming up next time. I wouldn't go anywhere else for an oil change. They've spoiled me. read more

If you're like me, you put off taking care of your car (except of course the much needed oil change on a regular basis) until something goes wrong. This time however, as fate would have it, the sensor in my car was lighting up because of the air pressure in my tires. At first you think that maybe one of the tires is just low, praying it's not worse, so I headed up to my local WaWa to take advantage of their free air machine. Upon inspection, three of my tires were very low, so I immediately assumed that this wasn't going to end well. A few days later, Mr. Sensor appeared again, and I knew I was in trouble. I decided to take my car here because it was close and because the reviews on Yelp were mostly positive. I say mostly because there were a few negatives, but mostly because people don't like waiting or because (like me), they don't like the responses from the employees about what their car needs (and the cost) due probably because of neglect. I however had an excellent experience. Roger and his crew were beyond nice and accommodating, and let me know exactly what was wrong and the estimate to fix, along with how long it would take. I needed a new tire and a plug for another, and apparently the third tire was just really low. I escaped with what I thought was a decent repair cost, but it was the overall experience that will have me returning. Definitely 5 star service, well worth it! read more

I had free time this morning so I decided to stop and get the overdue oil change. The signage outside didn't really help clarify what door to enter through or where to park the car, but that's not a big deal. Once o drove the car into the bay, the people where really courteous. The waiting area is clean and quiet. Ten minutes later and it was done. Of course there was the review of things that need repair, but no thank you to the up sell. ESTIMATE WAS WAAAAAY price GOUGING !! I brought 2 different cars there on different occasions. The first car, a '03 VW, they said it needed $3,500 of repairs as the timing sensor and 2 other items needed to be replaced. I said no way. It had 110k miles,,not terribly old,but.. I actually sold this car and bought a '07 Camry. The Camry air conditioning stopped blowing cold on driver side. Pass was cold. They said the a.c. compressor needed to be replaced. $700 alone for the compressor,$35 for "o" rings,,labor--arm & leg,,,,yadda-yadda,,total would have been $1,700. I decided on second option. GLAD I DID. all it needed was Freon. total was $60. I will never,ever,ever go back but will tell all I know and meet about this place. don't be a sucker. get a second opinion. read more

The service itself was good, if slightly pricey, but not a single mechanic was wearing a mask or social distancing. They would come up to the window and be only a foot or two away from your face with no mask on. The car next to me had an elderly couple who are at high risk if they get covid-19, and neither the mechanics nor the couple were wearing masks. I understand that it's Florida: it's hot and you might not be able to wear one all the time, but at least have a mask ready to put on when you have to get in a customer's face. Also, having some hand sanitizer for customers to use after having to make contact through payment would be nice. read more

I have been to this particular shop several times with several different vehicles over the past 10 years, and always felt like I was dealing with honest people there. I never felt like they were ripping me off. Actually, they have always did there best to find the cheapest options to repair my car. Now they are miracle workers. My wife's mustang has had an issue that lasted about a year. Everyone thought she was crazy, and we brought it to 3 other shops before we came here (I moved and they are now 25 minutes away, but worth the drive). Those other shops told my wife they could not figure it out without getting a code from the computer. But, Express Oil did narrow it down to 2 options it could be. Both would cost over $1,000 or $2,000 to do both fixes. Since they did not know exactly what it was they did not recommend us paying that to fix it when it is still an unknown. At least they got it narrowed down if we had to go to dealership or argue with Ford to fix. Better yet, we pulled away about a mile from the shop and it actually happened again. My wife and I idled back to the shop. My wife called them to tell them problem is happening and we are on our way in. As I am pulling in, Jeff, the mechanic comes running out with the diagnostic tool. BINGO! They got the code and confirmed it was one of the two options to fix. Better yet, they narrowed it down to a specific part and got it for a cheaper price after some research. Seriously, in a world where honesty and customer service is nearly non existent, these guys are a gem in the rough. My first time here but a little background is needed. I put on over 60k miles per year and have visited several oil change places all over the state of Florida. This is one of best experiences I've had. They did not push for upgrades. The entire team was engaged. I have an 8 qt Land Rover and I typically pay $130 for the oil change and filter. They came in at $89. Topped off power steering and other fluids. Checked all my lights and gave me a tire estimate. All in 15 minutes. I am really annoyed that I have to write a negative review about a place that was seemingly genuine and honest with regard to repairs I needed. I took my vehicle in with concerns about the A/C cooling and a "surge" when it was running (meaning there was an extra draw coming from the engine that I could both hear and feel". I was told by Roger that I needed to have the A/C Evac and Recharge which is a $69.99 service. Today, when I returned with the same concern, he told me I needed that same service which I recalled having done already - he claims that it wasn't notated in the system, even though I have a receipt from that visit. After I paid and left to go to Auto Zone, I came back to show the receipt from May and ask why I was charged twice. His attitude immediately became unpleasant and defensive and he insisted that even though the same service was completed, I didn't have the same complaint the first time. Which, of course isn't true, because I'm back for the same thing...I'm writing this in real time, simply waiting to see if he's going to scam me out of the $69.99 or give me my money back. I have been at the shop since 7:50 this morning (with an appointment), it is now 11:34 and I even brought them donuts! I am super disappointed and would encourage you to go somewhere else.
