I was on the freeway driving next to a truck when a rock hit my windshield, I didn't see anything at first but after getting off the freeway I see a chip in the windshield with it branching out. I immediately look for windshield repair and come across Miguel, he answered right away and lucky was able to take a look, He was right in the area of where I live so I drove to him. He gave me the details of the repair and pricing, he informed me of the drawbacks, one being that I may still see the lines partially, but I would rather have that then the option of replacing the whole windshield (I have a 2020 vehicle) given that would cost a significant amount more. I had owned my Mazda 3 for about a month when a rock bounced into my windshield on the freeway, causing a decent chip. Unfortunately, there were three cracks stemming from the center of the chip that extended over an inch in either direction. After researching windshield repair services in the area, I ultimately contacted Express Windshield Repair to come by and see if the damage was reparable. The technician (Miguel) came to my work, and was there within an hour. He was concerned that the spreading of the chip was too large to be effectively sealed by a chip repair, but he went ahead and did the repair anyways at no charge. He even reached out to me about a month after the repair to see how it was holding up. He was extremely professional, honest, punctual, and kind.
