I was visiting my grandmother in Florida and came to this urgent care facility because I was experiencing terrible migraines. I was greeted by a friendly woman at the front staff and was given clear and concise forms to fill out. Immediately after handing back my forms, I was taken into the exam room by the nurse. She was very understanding and kind, and took my information efficiently. I saw the physician immediately after she was finished. Dr. Musoff gave me an injection which helped ease my migraine pain, and suggested I seek further medical attention if my migraines persisted. He was very professional and and compassionate, which was very much appreciated. The facility was very clean and nice looking, and the aquariums added a nice touch to the waiting room. My mother was feeling very ill on New Year's Eve day and her regular doctors' offices were closed. We called around to find an urgent care office that could test her blood for a particular issue (she's on blood thinners) and give results on the spot. ExpressDocs was the only option we found and they came through in every way! They were very helpful and efficient, and spent extra time with my Mom to make sure she was OK. Doctor Musoff was wonderful - very knowledgeable, caring, and thorough. He noticed that my Mom had a little trouble hearing him, checked her ears, and found they had heavy wax buildup. His staff treated this immediately and her hearing improved right away. We would highly recommend this office to anyone needing urgent care. As others stated, the waiting room is clean and comfortable. When we asked about how long the wait would be, they said it was shorter in the afternoon than first thing in the morning. read more

I had been to another walk-in clinic almost 3 weeks ago and got some medication for a sore throat and cold. Went to my regular doctor a week later and she said I was fine and that that medication would not help anyway. It eventually got so bad that I was coughing so much that I could hardly breathe and my throat was raw and my ear ache was almost unbearable. I could not sleep because I coughed so often. I went to Express Docs, was seen within minutes, and saw Tatiana Mendoza, who was caring, knowledgeable, and understanding. But most of all, she was sympathetic and actually wanted to make me feel better. She prescribed a few meds and by the next morning, I felt more than 50% better. I know this will continue and I will be back to normal soon. Living in NYC with access to some of the best medical physicians in the country, I was concerned just walking into a Florida urgent care center for a check up, however, I was pleasantly surprised. From the moment I walked in, I was treated quickly and professionally. The office was clean and beautiful. The staff was pleasant, caring a very attentive to my needs. Once I met Doctor Roy Musoff, I knew I was in good hands. He has a calming personality, well versed in his profession and made me at ease instantaneously. He gave me excellent care and took the time to answer my questions and advise me of all my concerns. Lisa, his nurse, was professional, sincere and has great follow up skills. From the office manager to the medical assistants, I can tell that Dr. Roy Musoff, the medical director, is running a highly skilled urgent care center. He has staffed his practice with professional & competent employees. Dr. Roy Musoff had much patience explaining the diagnosis of my feet, along with instructions to treat symptoms at home. During his thorough exam, he noticed that my ears needed medical attention. They were flushed within minutes. My visit to Express Docs was actually very pleasant. I saw a nurse practitioner in this office i was suffering from high blood pressure and was very upset it was so high, this nurse came in with an attitude my husband who was with me said wow why is she so mean, No matter what I paid money for this nurse to have an attitude she didn't even exam me till the end she told me breath and listened to my heart and told ne nothing of what to do, she told me get a primary we can't help you for High blood pressure, She did refill my meds after she called Dr Musolff and got his approval if she is not qualified to give me a scrip why is she there. This is my 2nd trip to ExpressDocs. I came back because of the excellent and outstanding service received the first time. Their is a sincere concern for my health problem. I have been fortunate to have Dr.Pedraza both times. She made me ( an 89 year old male) feel comfortable immediately. She listened and listened. She told me WHY she made suggestions and prescriptions and what to expect and approximately when results may occur. Always with a warm smile. Would I recommend? Of course. Would I come back? This place is knock out georgious,I hardly got to see the lobby,filling out forms as you have to do when you go to new doctors office when I was called into the exam room,not to left there to wait for the intake interview. Vitals taken by concerned doctors assistant,I was told I would be seen by Doctor in 2-3 minutes,ya I heard that before.2-3 minutes later in came Dr Muskoff..examined who recommended X-rays and cardio gram which was completed in what seemed minutes,results were give to me by Dr Muskoff.never have I had a more pleasant first visit to a Drs office. read more

I only used the service once when I had a cough and chest congestion. I was seen by Alexa Gonzalez, PA-C. I was impressed with her thorough exam. She thought that I has pneumonia and a chest x-ray confirmed it. Roy Musoff, MD came in after the exam and x-ray and he confirmed her diagnosis (I think she was interning at the time so she needed a "doctor" to confirm what she diagnosed). Alexa asked the appropriate questions and did the necessary testing. If I needed to see a GP while I was in Florida, I'd use them again. I have recommended them to friends. read more

I can honestly say my visit to this facility this morning was one of the best visits I've had to any doctor in recent years, whether one of my regular doctors or an urgent care doctor. The facility was spotlessly clean. The waiting room was quiet and restful. The staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Pedraza-Negron was thorough, sympathetic and informative. We have been here on more than one occasion and have left happy and comforted each time. My 7 year old daughter was seen for an ear infection and my husband and I were both seen for different reasons. Each time we were greeted (semi) warmly and seen within 5 minutes. The doctors seem kind and knowledgable. The facility is exceptionally clean and the awesome fish tanks in the waiting room are a bonus form of entertainment. From the moment I walked in, to the time I left (1-1/2 hours total), my first experience with Xpress Docs (on Military) was absolutely positive. Dr Harris and staff who took care of me were wonderful. They even got me an appointment for DCA that evening. Going to an ER was out of the question for me. I cannot thank you all enough. From my brief visit to the office, I can tell that the owner of the company actually cares about the patients. I came in when the office when it was very busy, so I figured I would have to wait a long time. But surprisingly I was called back only 10mins after checking in. Absolutely wonderful experience. I went to see Dr. Musoff on Saturday for inflammation in my knee. He and his staff diagnosed cause very efficiently. The medication they prescribed had the swelling down within two days....what a huge relief, recommended I see a specialist for longer term cure. His whole staff was fantastic. Was visiting family in Delray Beach and woke up with what I thought was a cold. After four days I decided to go to an Urgent Care place. Turned out ExpressDocs was just 2 miles away. Went there for sinus infection, they saw me within ten minuets of getting there. Everybody who works there is super nice and knows their job, very few papers to fill out the med assistant take your history. Dr Musoff is very thorough and has has excellent patient skills.
