What a great experience we had at ExpressDocs Urgent Care. I brought my 82 year old Mom for COVID test (which was unfortunately positive). We were greeted by Laurie who checked us in warmly and promptly. She seriously couldn't have been kinder or more helpful. Mom was seen very quickly by Alesia and again, she couldn't have been any nicer. I see a few negative reviews and I am sorry others didn't have the same experience we had. We could not have been more pleased that we found our way to this particular urgent care facility and would not hesitate to return. These folks are all working a ridiculous number of hours and have been since the start of the pandemic. I can only imagine the stress and exhaustion that comes with that. This is the absolute worst Urgent care I've ever been to. I sat for 2 hours and paid $75 just to pee in a cup and have them tell me to go to the ER that there's nothing wrong other than my side hurt. This was the biggest waste of my time ever. Should've just gone straight to the ER. If you need a good suggestion to go to I recommend JFK emergency room in Boynton. I couldn't get an appointment with my regular Dr. and was having severe abdominal pain so I came here. I filled out the paperwork and was seen in about 5 minutes. The staff...amazing. Tatiana, PA was caring and thorough. I know this is secondary, but if you have to sit in awaiting room, you'll find no better than here. Complete with fish tanks, coffee & tea and a fridge with bottled water. It is decorated with Zen like colors. I hope you never have to go to urgent care. But, if you do, I don't see where you will get better care. read more

Clean office with a fridge with water bottles and a coffee area. Service was friendly and they answered my questions. Wait was normal for an urgent care clinic and they provided me with a CD of my x-rays so I can easily give them to a specialist if I need to. I was visiting my mom when a nasty sinus infection kicked in. I used Yelp to help me find an Urgent Care. I picked Express Docs and I am so glad I did. I went there about 1 pm on Thursday and there was no wait. The waiting room was clean and comfortable and everyone there was very professional. Registration was easy and fast. I saw the PA and she did a complete exam and asked all the appropriate questions. At the end of the exam she prescribed some antibiotics and suggested some other self care. The best part was I was able to fill the prescription right there. They took my insurance. The icing on the cake is that they called a few days later to see how I was doing. I think I received better service and care there then I do at the doctor's office I have been going to for the last 10 years! read more

ExpressDocs is by far the best clinic I have ever been to! I've never liked going to clinics because of the experiences I've had there with wait time, staff, etc. But the staff at ExpressDocs is amazing!! I have been twice now and both times have had a great experience. Short wait time, personable nurses, and great doctors. This is not a walk-in clinic. I now know this after the very hefty co-pay. Do not go here if you do not need emergency treatment. Your co-pay will be the same as going to an emergency room. I was also mis-diagnosed, was told I can come back in but would need to pay the $100 co-pay again only after 3 days of getting worse. No thanks. read more

I was here visiting my mom and needed to get a COVID test before I flew back. Everyone at Express Docs was kind and helpful, the space was very clean, and the wait for service was not too long. I saw staff members being very helpful to an elderly lady who was obviously sick. LI would definitely feel comfortable coming here for medical care if I was sick. My wife and i have used this place since its opened for anything from a cold to a fall and bruised rib. They are a very informed and equipped doctors office and a very nice staff.If his limitations are reached he will recommend a more able place for the problem you have. they always follow up on their patients progress If you ever need a good doctor this is it. read more

The wife took a fall and hurt her ankle so we went to Express Docs and they took an Xray. According it was just sprained so they gave her a 'walking boot'. They billed us $262.24 for the boot (Medicare paid for the Xray). The same boot is sold on Amazon for $29.99 (similar cost elsewhere). That's over a 700% markup! read more

My first time visiting any urgent care anywhere, so I didn't know what to expect. The tech who handed me the clipboard to fill out my registration turned out to be the same person who was most instrumental in treating me. I have the most productive ear canals of anyone I know. They fill up with wax and godknowswhat on a regular basis and that stuff needs to be removed clinically. Yuck! But it was time and here I was in Delray Beach. All the folks I met were kind and competent. Couldn't hear a lot so we worked with gestures for the most part. Dr. Okeke did the exam and three people started shoveling away the detritus. Didn't stop until my ears were thoroughly clear Can't say enough about the great job they did. I can hear again! read more

I was visiting from out of town and came here because it was close to where we were staying. I found it to be clean and efficient and late on a F afternoon, the wait was not very long. I was seen by a PA who listened to what I had to say and prescribed what my doctor had home had prescribed a couple of years ago with the same symptoms. I recently visited this place while on x-mas vacation. I traveled from Hawaii to stay with my in-laws for the holidays and came down with an awful cold. I walked into ExpressDocs five days AFTER being prescribed a z-pack by another walk-in clinic nearby. Unfortunately, I was getting worse instead of better, so decided to visit this clinic for a second opinion just two days before Christmas. They were fast, professional, and very caring. Alexa is a fantastic healthcare professional. I could tell immediately that she was genuinely concerned about helping me get better and salvage the time I had left in my trip. She took great care of me, and prescribed me a steroid that cleared up by symptoms by about 60% within a day, essentially saving my Christmas Holiday. Wonderful urgent care facility. Efficient and the doctors have been great as well as all the nurses and front office staff. Excellent follow up too. They really care about your progress. Didn't have to wait long at all even though there were several people there. My situation had some urgency and they sent me for a cat scan without hesitation and prescribed medications they have made a big difference. Beautiful office with salt water fish tanks. I have used a lot of urgent care places and was nervous about trying a new place since I just moved down here. I will definitely go back again. read more

I recently visited Express Docs for the fourth time. Each time has been a positive experience. I've been for eye problems twice, flu after a cruise and most recently Shingles. Each time the Drs. And staff have been professional, efficient and comprehensive in their diagnoses. Whether I needed x-rays or further follow-up with an ultra-sound, they did not overlook anything. I have come to feel quite confident in knowing that if, as life will have it, I get sick after 5pm or on weekends, I have complete peace of mind knowing I will get excellent medical attention just walking in to Express Docs. My wife broke her wrist and I brought her over to ExpressDocs on Military Trail. We were both impressed with everything about the place, from the comfortably arranged waiting room to the speed and efficiency with which everything was handled. She was in an examination room within a few minutes of arriving and she was X-rayed and treated in about a hour. read more

I have been to this wonderful, clean facility twice. Both times I was seen immediately by very caring and knowledgeable Doctors. They were so good that I asked them if they would take a patient on a permanent basis. I was called the next day, both times to make sure I was doing better. read more

I went for my DOT physical there in February 2016. The desk manager told me they would file my medical endorsement for me. I received a letter 2 months later stating my license was suspended. The desk manager apologized stating that my endorsement was sent in late as they try to collect endorsements for a whole month and then send them in. I said OK that I should of hand carried it to the DMV January 2018 I went to the Express Docs and asked to take my physical. She stated I needed to wait till it expired. I came back after my expiration and they said the DOT doctor only comes on Thursdays. I came back the following Thursday and they stated the doctor that was doing the exams will be in on Tuesday! Long story short I finally received my endorsement. I then waited in line at the DMV for the dreaded 1.5 hours and they said they could not honor my endorsement as they had mistakenly wrote the expiration date as the same as the date of issue. When I went to the office they wrote over 2018 and wrote down 2019. So now my 2 year endorsement was now a one year as it was easier to change 18 to 19 instead of writing a new endorsement with 2020 on it This place has a beautiful waiting room but administrative and attention to detail are below par. If your job requires you to have a CDL better get your DOT physical elsewhere read more

I had tripped over a parking block, while walking my dogs and went to Expressdocs Urgent Care. I am big baby when it comes to going to the doctor. Lisa, my nurse was extremely warming and reassuring, holding my had through out the whole procedure. The doctor, Dr. Roy Musoff explained the nail procedure (removal) and was very gentle. The facility is spotless, Scotty was knowledgeable about my x-rays and would highly recommend this Urgent Care above all others! read more

i just flew in to florida from out side of the country, at this point I had no insurance and I have been sick for a long time up to this point. using Yelp i found this place, once there the price was fair, but money was not that much of a concern at this point. I was skeptical up until Dr. William sat down and talked to me, quickly I knew that Yelp worked and I was in good hands. I now have insurance and I can go anywhere, easy for me I am staying with Dr. William and ExpressDocs. thank you. I need to update this review it has been almost 2 years since I have been to ExpressDocs and I am unable to get better. I was grateful for the help they gave me in curing my problem but due to lack of testing and the overmedication put me in a different situation with new problems. I have been seeing doctors and specialist now for two years and I am still sick. They are the nicest people and I'm sure they have the greatest intentions, I am just beginning to wonder if I will ever be well again. Doctor was wonderful . Medical Assistant and Xray technician were one and the same- a Newbie in training. I was told they are a training Urgent Care! Check the credentials of the people taking care of you.! I tried to contact Dr Roy M about my concerns, but have not gotten a response. I've accompanied two members of my family to express docs in the past week. The first experience was very good. The second experience was very different. The staff was courteous and professional, but the doctor was not. Dr Mazzaei was curt, gave incomplete information and appeared to be compromised in speech and manner. We returned home with questions we needed to call back to get answers to and are still left feeling as though the visit was a waste of insurance money. Not going back. Beware. Your mileage may vary depending upon the doctor. My apologies to the staff for this horrible review as they do not deserve it. They deserve 5 stars. read more

I became severely sick to my stomach during the night while visiting family in Delray Beach. I found ExpressDocs by a Google and Yelp search for walk-in​ clinics in the area. There was no wait on the Sunday morning after Thanksgiving. I am pleased with the attention and medicines prescribed and my rapid recovery on the same day. I was able to drive to return to central Florida that afternoon and then on to Houston, Texas over the next 2 days. I can highly recommend ExpressDocs. read more
