I am posting this review, now that they have their business profile on Yelp. I have used Exquisite's services twice now, Charene and her team are rock stars, and can clean a house like no other!!!!!! I recently got married and my house was a mess, I called them up and they went above and beyond and cleaned everything up, top to bottom, they even skimmed my pool and swept and power washed the concrete in the back and put all the party stuff, chairs, tables, flowers etc away!!! They are very fair on prices and will work with you, trust me you cannot go wrong if you go with them!!!!!!! read more

Started off good with 2 people then one took off because they only allotted a certain amount of time to clean and I had told them I needed a deep cleaning with even my walls being cleaned since we were just moving into our home after have dusty construction work done. I felt bad for the lady left behind because it was a lot of work for just one person so of course many details were missed. Charene is seemed like she was a hard worker and she was physically at my house for many hours, but the house never turned out as she promised...especially for how many hours she spent there (it was a move out clean). Overall, I would not recommend her for many reasons. As you read all of this, keep in mind that she knew I was no longer living in the house (bc it was empty) and thus had to drive there to open it for her each time...and that we were moving and had 2 toddlers. First, she was late by 1.5 hours the first time she came. Our appointment was set for 9am, she notified me at 8:40am that she wouldn't be there until 10am, and then she still didn't show up until 10:30am. My house was completely empty bc it was a move out clean. When she texted at 8:40am, I was already almost there to open the house because I wanted to be punctual for my 9am appt. I had my 2 toddlers with me so we had to find something to do for 1.5 hrs. While she was there, she kept asking me for stuff that she didn't have (I.e. a mop, etc). They didn't leave until 7pm that evening, so they did put in the hours for the job. My neighbor ended up locking up for me after bc I couldn't come back. I was very unpleasantly surprised when I saw the house two days later. There was lots of stuff missed considering how long they were there ... and mind you, my house was not that dirty to begin with. I was promised a "sparkling clean" house and this was far from that. Baseboards were dirty, doors were dirty, the floor was dirty downstairs, countertops in the kitchen and bathroom were full of residue, the stove was full of residue and didn't even shine. The shower curtain and rod were thrown on the floor in the bathroom. There was other stuff as well but that was the biggest part. She was responsive when I expressed these things and I had her come for a reclean a couple days later. We were on a tight schedule because we were driving up north for our move that morning. We also had the property manager coming at 9am for pictures. Charene was made aware of all of this ahead of time. I told her I had to leave by about 9:30am and she said "no problem." She said she would be there at 7am. Once again she was 1.5 hours late and didn't show up until 8:30am. Frustrating yet again because we made sure we were there on time to open the house for her. I called her around 8am because she wasn't there and she said, "I'm in Orange County so give me a minute to get there." A bit Unprofessional. At the reclean, she got a lot of the big things that were missed, but it still wasn't as clean as she promised initially. At this point I couldn't be very picky because I was already delayed leaving because she didn't finish until 11am. So our leave time was delayed by 1.5 hours because of her. Charene is sweet and responsive but overall I just found her unreliable and I wasn't impressed with the cleaning. I didn't feel like I got the "show ready" and "sparkling clean" house I was promised. A lot of the inclusions that were supposed to be done were not either (doors, wall smudges, etc). The time delays and requiring a reclean added a lot of stress to our move. I would not use them again due to the poor attention to detail and unreliable timing I experienced. Last but not least, she had a "$150 for $300" yelp deal posted on here but she actually doesn't accept it. I think this should be taken down bc it is misleading. I had to pay full price for my clean and I feel sort of cheated because I didn't get what I was promised and she also wasted a lot of my time by being a total of 3 hours late for the 2 times she came AND making us leave 1.5 hours late on our move out day. Overall she wasted 4.5 hours of our time and she never even apologized. I would not recommend her service, she made a stressful situation (moving) much more stressful because of being constantly late and not doing the job right the first time. I kept my word and paid her, she did not keep hers once in any of our interactions. read more

First time I scheduled on 9/24/19 they were late. Which is not a big deal, things happen. Second time I tried to use this company I texted the number provided and made the appt for today 11/20/19 at 9am. No show. I text at 11am wondering if they are running late like the first time. They text me I was not on the schedule. I send a screen shot of the text saying I was. I tell her just to cancel my appt. They text back "You mean please do not add you on because I can't cancel anything you were never on my calendar." Wow! Unless you have multiple peoppe using one cell phone I'm not sure how there was a confusion and to try to correct my verbiage because you can't remember a confirmation just astounds me. Wow, wow, wow. This lady is one of the best housekeeper I have ever had. There was direct communication back and forth before the service started and I was keep in the loop up till the time she walked in the door via text message. The best attribute was she works till the work is dont for the quoted price. None of this 2 or 3 hours and I'm out crap. She cleaned the cabinets, walls, floors, bathrooms, bedrooms with care and concern. She made suggestions for our next appointment and is the most reasonable priced cleaner based on the effort and time u get ! I would not hesitate to use her again. read more

I contacted Charene regarding cleaning my home before I moved in. My biggest concern was that some areas had build up of neglect that I was certain could only be solved by replacement.
