The insurance is Fraud too, will never respond or payout a claim. They will only take your money. I had a unit with 2 concrete walls and the third wall that is shared with the neighboring unit is made of drywall. Which is actually a very cheap way of doing things, should be metal. Well the first time I found the infestation in 2022 I made a claim and nothing, no response at all. Had to throw out a ton of items. Afterwards I had the unit cleaned and even swept. Well went this weekend to move out of the storage and long and behold another rodent infestation but 100 times worst even now. And the first time I even found a dead mouse. Now this time I had to throw away so many items. But what was upsetting was I had to throw away my blanket I've had since my childhood and I no longer have either one of my parents. Here they charge you a good amount to rent. So when you pay for a facility to store your valuable items you expect your items to be there in the condition you stored them in. You don't expect to come back and have to throw away your items. And when I called them to let them know, the guy in the office tried to gaslight me and somehow blame me. Like we don't know what you store??? Are you serious???? Take responsibility as a business to have the proper maintenance to not have a serious rodent infestation!!!!

The place is practically brand new, is always clean, and I never have a problem with entering & leaving the facility. I want to give a special shout out to David, Anna, & especially Eddie. They've all been extremely accommodating & very professional at their jobs. Always very pleasant and courteous when I see them. They are always very willing to help when any issues arise. They are great employees. I feel safe and secure that my things are stored at their facility. Never had any serious issues. The facility seems secure, the elevator was working, and there were always trolleys on hand to move the larger items. She presented the options and explained why there were only a specific number of options/sizes were available. I also asked about the new customer discount (first two months would be half off), and she explained that that would be available for certain units depending on scarcity of the unit. At first, she stated that the option for that discount wasn't available since I was taking the last of a specifically sized unit, but then she made it happen. And I very much appreciated it! She was kind and patient throughout the process and worked quickly to ensure that we could get our unit before the end of the day. This place is very competitively priced, and the units are clean. They'll go over the process of how to get in and whatnot when you rent out the unit. They also sell locks in case you need one on the spot.
