When I called the manager to talk about it, she just kept repeating that they were month-to-month, as if that excused it, and that an increase in month 3 and month 8 were normal. That would have been really nice to know before we signed up, especially considering the first time I rented here my rent only increased twice IN SIX YEARS. This has never been their standard business practice until now, and I'm really disgusted to see them pulling this BS on their customers this time around, especially with the economy being so bad and people are barely scraping by. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the male employee who works here is always very kind and helpful, and I genuinely DID love this business as it was run very well in the past and its always been very clean and safe, but they took advantage of me this time around and I just really do not appreciate it, especially having previously been a happy, long-time client with only positive experiences before this. Its insulting and takes advantage of both me and my mom during a vulnerable moment in our lives. Once again, another business corrupted by prioritizing profit margins over people. Surprise, surprise.

These guys are the best. Packed up my 1 bedroom apartment and moved everything into my new home in under three hours! They moved my stuff in record time and took care of everything really well. However.... after the move, some shiesty things happened. They said that they couldn't take a credit card and would only accept Zelle, but charged me the credit card price which is $20 more per hour. The owner tried to say that there's some sort of fees, but there are no fees for Zelle. The difference was well over $200 so this is why they're getting three stars and almost got two. As a business owner, I can't really refer them just for this reason.

Oscar and Nick texted me when they were 30 minutes away, showed up on time, were friendly, worked quick, and were careful with my belongings. I moved out of a 4th floor apartment into a 2nd floor walk up. They were also able to disassemble my wood bedframe and put it back together for me in my new place and also lifted my heavy dresser up the stairs. They also asked where I wanted things put in my new place. Straightforward pricing--worked exactly as they said it would on the phone. Thank you and I recommend using them!!

No calls the morning of and when we called they said the truck had a radiator leak and would be about 2-3 hours late in arriving. The condo we're moving to has a strict 4:30 cut off time. They…read moredid arrive later than expected, but after seeing how hard these guys worked, I completely understood. Moving all day from job to job has to be exhausting, and they still showed up ready to work. They were efficient, professional, and very careful with all of my belongings throughout the entire move. Nothing felt rushed or careless. We didn't finish until around 10pm, and despite how long the day must have been for them, they kept a great attitude and stayed focused until everything was done properly. Really appreciate the effort and work ethic from the whole team. Thanks again Dan, Tom, and Sawn for making a stressful move go smoothly.

But here is a list of pro's and con's: Pro's: Team showed up promptly on time Wrapped furniture Moved quickly Cost effective Con's: Dinged/knicked some furniture pieces (dresser, fridge) Was unable to relocate washer and gas dryer for liability reasons, so I had to hire an additional mover for those appliances Place the furniture every which way and whatever at the new rental Conclusion: I appreciated their honesty and straightforward answers when it came to moving/relocating certain items. Perhaps I would use them again for future moves. I'm just grateful for all their heavy lifting and time.
