We needed some heavy furniture moved so they did a quick size-up of what was needed and where to put it. He and his helper took care and didn't hit any walls or scratch anything. They worked quickly to the point that I wanted them to take a break. As I said this stuff was very heavy and was not easy to maneuver. Also, they happily moved other small items for us.
